They have a private parking lot and a drive thru... however I recommend you dont drive thru. Nothing wrong with driving thru... its just the inside is so perfect and welcoming. They have friendly attentive staff and most of all, the way they present their baked goods and the quality of said baked goods is worth the steps inside. Everything is hand created there. Speaking of the food: The breakfast biscuit made on the herbed biscuit is a MUST get. If you don't get one and someone in your party does.. you "will" have food envy. Not even joking. It is that good. We surprised our friends at a dog show down the road ag the richland county fair with breakfast sandwiches and baked goods from Nickel and Bean and they multiple times brought up how good the sammie was. In our case, I had a business meeting near the end of their open hours and had not eaten much earlier, so I was hungry. I had a hot mocha (my associates had ordered their regular iced versions of coffee drinks) and ordered a garden salad, which includes generous amounts of chopped chicken breast. The portion appeared moderate, but it was more than filling, and very tasty and full of fresh vegetables. The space has a couple of 4-tops, maybe a 2-top or two, and a lounging area with comfy furniture, much like you'd find in many coffee shops. One of the main differences is the light and bright ambience, and the fairly low noise level (though some regular customers dropping by may speak using their outdoor voices). This is the place to go when your other choices are too loud, too dark, or too closed for the day.
