I ordered a green juice and a hot chocolate to drink, both of which were amazing. the juice was natural and made right there in the kitchen, and the hot chocolate was good enough to remind me of the hot chocolate i make at home. my sister and i wanted to share two things from the menu, and they very kindly split our meal into seperate plates for us. i had half of the nutella and banana waffle, and the green chilaquiles with chicken. both of these plates were amazing, and left me feeling satisfied and honestly just in a good mood. the owner's husband came out and spoke to us, and. his presence around the restaurant definitely created a welcoming and positive atmosphere all around. my parents ordered coffees, and he explained to us that the coffee they use is local, harvested about 2 hours from nuevo vallarta, and he orders it weekly to make sure the coffee he makes is as fresh as possible. we ended up ordering a kilogram of ground coffee to take back home because it was so good! the menu had a plethora of other juices and smoothies, as well as different milk options for those seeking non-dairy options. very accessible for people with dietary restrictions/preferences! overall, this breakfast experience was awesome, and had i known about this restaurant a few days ago, i wouldnt have gone to the other restaurant 20ft away. if you're in the nuevo/puerto vallarta area looking for a nice, organic, and trendy breakfast with a local feel, definitely check out So Chill :-)

My husband and I are coffee lovers, and with their coffee selections, it was hard to pass on the coffee. We had a frappe with a scoop of ice cream and a vanilla iced latte with almond milk. The ice cubes were made of coffee. We started with a plate of fresh fruit. My husband got their red chilaquiles with chicken, and I had the breakfast burrito. Both were flavorful and filling. We ended our breakfast with a complimentary ice cream sample of mango and vanilla. We will be back for a scoop. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

Lovely reclaimed space on Lázaro Cárdenas. It looks like it would be a little wine bar but it is…read moreactually a French style creperie. French music throughout the space on the patio and indoors, and the menu has choices of sweet or savory crepes, & as well, desserts. The staff is friendly and attentive without hovering; although I wish they had given us a little direction with items on the menu (perhaps some recommendations or popular choices?)... I had the Provençal and husband had the Mexican. Both were very tasty, but I preferred mine due to the fresh ingredients and attention to detail with lovely garnishes. It's a little pricey, but the atmosphere is chic and trendy and in my opinion worth a stop in for a late lunch or early dinner option.

However, in the past two attempts to eat here, the location was unexpectedly closed - with no notice to patrons. The first was a couple of years ago during Easter weekend. The location was closed without any signage out front or here on Yelp. The second was this past week. We attempted to go on Wednesday, and they were unexpectedly closed AGAIN with no signage to patrons. When I called, they said they were closed on an "exception" day. Bottom line - check with the business BEFORE you make plans to dine or show up here because it's very possible they may unexpectedly be closed. But once you're there you won't regret it.
