Nice small coffee place. Lizy is nice and makes a good late with regular, storing or decaf organic coffee.

On a recent trip to Puerto Vallarta, read about this place in a local magazine. Wow. It was so…read moreworth the trip. A friend had business on the North side coast of Nayarit and this was on the way. About 40 min North of Puerto Vallarta proper. How convenient! Now I'm not sure what when or how owner Maria Gomez Guerrero learned how to make ice cream when she was only 13, but like the many amazing and talented artists we have seen knock it out of the park in our lifetime, she is a true impresario. Maria manages to entertain and amaze our tastebuds with her Vegan Ice Cream made from real fruits, nuts, chocolate, vegetables, spices. It's all here. Cones, smoothies, sundaes and other frozen treats. Not sure what the base is made of but it's better than traditional ice cream for sure. Changing her health and lifestyle was motivation for drive to re create ice creams of her childhood yet make them plant based. And we all know the options have been limited even while traveling. We sampled the Mexican Chocolate, Strawberry and Coconut flavors. Seasonal this Summer is Pistachio. The only way to describe the flavor and texture of this ice cream is - stupendous! Over the moon frozen joy. Smooth, flavorful, authentic and not chalky. There really is no bad choice here. Tucked away on a busy little Avenida, locals and tourists come to this spotless hangout to cool down and enjoy the true tastes of summer. Next time you visit Vallarta, find your way to this little bit of Paradice in the sun! Just amazing. Will be back.

What a find! Absolutely delicious homemade ice cream. I had coconut milk made vanilla, very yummy…read more I plan to go every night that I'm here!

Well, first, let me start by saying this place is absolutely stunning. Wow. From the greenery, to…read morethe buildings, and beach lights, it's very romantic and gives me honeymoon/babymoon vibes. It's kinda a trek to get to the restaurant. We did not stay at the resort, but were able to make a reservation to eat here. We arrived by uber and they got us a golf cart to take us to where the restaurant was. The Menu was big at Venazu, but honestly nothing sounded good for me, and we were allowed to order from the Thai restaurant which was like 2 feet away from where we were seated. Some of our friends ordered from the Venazu menu and were not disappointed in the fish. We got queso, and that was yummy with the tortillas. The Thai Food was mid. Honestly, we shouldn't have ordered anything.. because the pad thai was not pad thai. The only thing things that were good were the samosas and korean fried chicken. The edamame was overcooked. The curry was alright, but could have been spicier. We ended our meal with churros and ice cream and that was a favorite. They made up for the meal with the churros. It's very overpriced for quality... just my opinion.

For a resort restaurant, this place has a good menu with several options for breakfast, lunch, and…read moredinner. Service was excellent and very attentive. Seating available was both indoor and outdoor. Menu ranges from breakfast options to dinner. I suggest trying the juevos benedictos Mexicano. If you want to enjoy a delicious take on eggs benedict. Ambiance for this restaurant is resort casual to dressy depending on how/what you are celebrating (date night, honeymoon) and the views from every seat are of the beautiful resort. And in the evenings this place is lit up so beautifully. Swing by, grab a delicious margarita, and enjoy this beautiful restaurant.
