There needs to be a limit to large orders or they should be placed in advance so the mobile app tells the right wait time. Someone ordered like 20 drinks and everyone else had to stand there and wait well past their pickup time. I was in town and popped over from my hotel - the app said 7-10 min. Knowing the Detroit area can generally take much longer (and the apps reflect this) I had been pleasantly surprised. My 7-10 min turned into nearly 30 minutes and when I asked nicely about my drink after I waited 20 minutes, the gal with a beanie and a nose ring snapped at me that they had a larger order. I completely get that large orders happen / but they did nothing and there was zero apologies to all the people who were waiting. They weren't updating the status for the app either. I thought my order might have been lost! Rude staff; poor service. I've seen busy Starbucks run much better. Everyone here in the morning is awesome! They are the fastest Starbucks around if you go through when morning shift is working. They always get my order right and hook my doogo up with a pupcup everyday. They have a cute window with all the pets that come through and the lady even gave me a cute little pic of my dog to keep! They're as fast as can be with the volume of customers they have. There isn't many parking spaces out front and parking on the side blocks you in since the drive Thur line is there. Nice friendly cashier very helpful with a handy list of items they were out of. She did say there was an event at a local venue and they supplies were out because of it. A few spots to park up front, but it's mostly in the back parking. The front can be kind of a nightmare. . The building is usually clean and the staff are pleasant. It's very difficult to get out of the parking lot regardless of which exit you use from this location. Otherwise this is a pretty typical Starbucks. No surprises on the menu. Pricey drinks. Spent about $20 on three coffees. They were good, but just kind of standard. At least they didn't burn it. Although they forgot the chocolate shavings in the peppermint mocha. They also forgot to make them decaf and we didn't realize it until the drinks were half way done. Service was ok, not all that friendly but not rude either. Location, location, location.... is great but not so convenient. It's great that it's right off the expressway and also so close to the hospital but good luck navigating back to Providence after you get your coffee. There's a Right Turn Only sign on Beck when you leave so unless you're heading north you'll need to take the back way through the bank to get to bank to GR. It's also plagued with one of the least accessible parking lots ever. I'm all for handicapped parking but half of the parking upfront is handicap accessible. They have a drive-thru so a few more standard spots upfront shouldn't have been an issue. Service was 3 stars when I was here, each time I was here. Cashiers didn't speak clearly, they didn't make sure to get my baked goods otherwise coffee is as coffee does. read more

This isn't a bad location, but you'd think this wouldn't be busy walking in. This is not the case. This location is smaller but longer, and it's always busy and it's not easy to get a seat. This location does have a drive thru so you do have that option. read more

I know the price of it they charged me more and when I asked she said it went up, I get this coffee everyday so since yesterday it changed, as the worker replied yes. so odd how it goes up here at this store but the other stores in novi area, are all the original price and after that day those prices haven't changed. so not only did she lie they charged me more for a cofffee they barely made right. I come here a lot and I usually use the mobile order app, but this time I did not use the app. After my order was taken I was told to wait by the long table. 2 other people were behind me getting their orders taken when I was waiting. I saw them make a drink that looked like mine (I was unsure if it was mine at this point) and they set it aside. After it was put on the counter no one touched it to see who's it was the whole time I was there. They were super busy so I just hung out for like 15 minutes & then the 2 ladies behind me both got their drinks before me. Soooo can anyone tell me what this is?? I'm confused how you add ice and I still have a half coffee. I let some of the foam settle down a little but it was still low. This is supposed to be a grande but it looks more like a top. It was nowhere near being at the top. I never have an issue paying five dollars for a coffee because I believe in great taste but to pay five dollars for a coffee that's halfway for is ridiculous. I am not a fan of going to the Starbucks that are in target and Kroger's but it looks like I might have to start going back there because this one I'm not a fan of. This was the worst service I have ever received at a Starbucks. Ordered $50 of items and they snapped at us for ordering, in fact the cashier wouldn't even help us until we asked, and was annoyed when I came back to get a protein bar, he snapped at me to swipe my item myself and after pressing a button stormed off. When I asked who was in charge of cashing me out, one girl yelled at us that they were short staffed. Sorry you're short staffed - doesn't give you an excuse to treat your customers like trash. I live 3 mins away from this store. Love Starbucks drinks a lot. But that evening I only had fews minutes to stop by picking up my order before heading to school. I spent couple seconds while stopped at the traffic to order a Venti White Mocha Frapp. The store was not busy. But when I got my drink, I could not believe in my eyes that its a Grande cup but labeled as Venti size. This is my least favorite Starbucks and of course is the closest one to my house. I use the rewards app and mobile ordering. I always wait until what I want (Mango Dragonfruit Refresher) is back in stock or any of the fruity refreshers/teas because they run out of everything at the same time. Whenever I order, 9 times out of 10 I get there and stand for almost 10 minutes before I have to ask someone where my order is. That's when they tell me that they are out of something. Which is really disappointing because it says they have it and I pay for it before I even get there. It's crazy because they always have 8-9 people behind the counter, and they never notice me waiting an excessive amount of time. So, today when I saw that the food/drink I wanted was available, I ordered. I knew I'd regret it because this is what I got. Yes, the dragon fruit pieces are missing which make it pink, but it also tastes very watered down which leads me to believe they were also out of the mango juice. So basically I overpaid for a venti water. I will be driving to the next closest Starbucks from now on because I always leave happy and the staff is very friendly and attentive. read more

SUPER DIRTY, unclean tables and over filled trashcans GALORE! It's a shame because it has a nice layout of tables and desks.

They literally NEVER have cold brew and are always "out" at any time of the day. If it's on your menu, have the product!!!!
