Went through drive thru on way out of town. Total was $11.27, gave them $21.27 cash wanting $10.00 back. Only gave me back $9.00. Told the girl at the window it was wrong and the girl at the window just stared at me like I was speaking a different language because she totally didn't understand. Then the same girl handed me one drink of my 2 drink order, told me to have a good night and almost shut the window when I said I needed another drink. Drive through customer rating: I have ordered from here and actually got a cappuccino with the right amount of foam to milk ratio! I was surprised it came out the way it should, tbh and we keep coming back to this Starbucks mostly to see if lighting will strike again. And so far, the employees have not disappointed us. It's amazing! Maybe it's because I know you need the foam, not the heavy milk, to make a decent cappuccino (hot). Disappointed! Sad as I have received and witness several times that what I was ordering, was not exactly what I ordered. Ordering of a trenta cold drink and watched her fill their cup for a venti, and then proceeded to over ice the drink for the trenta cup. This sadly has happened several times. When questioned that it was to be a trenta and not a venti, she holds up the cup (that she'll poor it into)and tells me, "it's a trenta". "Wrong!! you've just over iced it (again) to be a trenta". So I visit this store almost every morning! Get the same thing as usual! Well starting off yesterday considering I order pickup so when I drive up it's At least being prepared or ready as the time for pickup "states". Got one large oat milk espresso and a ham an cheese croissant. Told them my name they got my order pulled up quickly then said come around. I did so. Then I get my croissant and then get told to pull up because they are back up on coffee ??? I kinda don't understand that let alone more than 2 cars pulled out with their drinks. Soooo yea. THEN today at 2:30 I go get my order same thing I get it an I realized I got like maybe a cup of "espresso an oat milk" I asked why is it that low ? Pretty much get Starbucks every day. I used to go here everyday and order same thing. Takes forever and then on top they have never NOT ONCE made my drink correctly. No exaggeration. At least 15 times my drink wrong, completely. I go out of my way to leave my house early to go to a different Starbucks. I ask for caramel macchiato and they give me chai tea. I ask for them to repeat my order to me inside and they won't even make what is written on the label. I ask for soy, because I can't drink regular milk and won't put in soy. Tons of wasted money. I was just inside a few moments ago today and just as the person ahead of me was ordering I saw the manager and an associate recognized that their computer system was down. Instead of making a big deal about it and telling every customer within about three seconds the decision was made to continue on business as usual. That meant that a lot of people were going to get their order for free! I know in a time like this when good help is hard to find and the service industry is struggling in that regard... I got a good coffee thanks to the barista but they had one brownie and that was it for deserts. Epic fail for a Saturday night! They were hustling and although it took a while to get my food, I still think it was much faster to walk in than it would have been through the drive through. Nothing more, nothing less, but there are obvious standardds that should be met for a company that charges what they do for their coffee drinks and pastries. This Starbucks location misses the mark every single time with my drive thru experience tonight being no exception. I waited 15 minutes for two bottles of water and a pastry I asked to remain in the plastic wrapping- ie, and extremely straightforward, simple order. This was an experience in the off season. I hate to think what this location is like during peak season as there were five employees all doing something inside while two of us waited in the drive thru. So yes, it's Starbucks. You can use your rewards app, get stars, expect the same flavors of coffee from location to location and the same menu items, but don't expect quick service or good time management here. read more

I am pleased with this Starbucks, to which I go regularly for my lunch-time coffee. The facility is clean and stylish. The staff I've interacted with are friendly and attentive, and happily oblige my requests for custom orders. My Americano coffee is always fine, and quickly prepared. The men's room is always well cared-for. The porch is spacious and sunny (and I've never been run off from it despite my long lunches). I've had no problems with this outfit, and will return until they get tired of me :) My thanks goes out to all associated with this Starbucks.
