She even remembered my name and said goodbye to me personally before I left, which was such a thoughtful touch. I've been to hundreds of Starbucks locations and this one stood out in a good way. Service was quick and friendly. The drinks and food were well made. I like the new horchata oatmilk espresso. But the decor and comfort was what stood out. This location is big. I sat on a comfortable leather chair while my wife and daughter grabbed a coach. Needed an afternoon pick me up that's easy to hop on/off 526 and had some gift cards to use up so to Starbucks I headed! I was blown away by the remodeled interior!! It's been a minute since I've been to this location and they shared it took 3 months to make the upgrades which to me sounds super fast! The crew welcomed me and was patient with my decision making..I got the iced shaken oat milk horchata and it was really delicious! Plus the ice they use elevates the drink itself! There's an electronic screen board that updates the status of your drink order so there's no confusion when your drink is ready plus it's alphabetized on the counter according to last name. I haven't gone to Starbucks in awhile but this location surely took care of my caffeine fix in an efficient manner that makes me wanna return again sooner! read more

This is the worst experience we have ever had. It took over an hour to receive our order which was incomplete. We never received the protein box (which is a grab and go item) but we did receive the egg sandwiches and drinks. The girl working there complained that there were only 4 people working which was not true. I saw at least 5 people working. She claimed that the drive through was paused for 25 mins, again I did not see this while we were there observing the flow of customers driving through and walking in and out of the store with their orders. We tried to explain how we were just waiting for the protein box and a croissant and all they had to do was grab it and hand it to us. However she could not comprehend this simple concept. Then finally they informed us that there were no protein boxes left. They could have expressed this to us when we placed the order. In the bright side was able to refund us our money. It was a very bizarre and frustrating experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Went through to drive through this morning during prime time and the line moved so quickly. I would say this line moved a lot faster than the two other locations I've been to lately. The staff that handled my order was very polite as well. My pumpkin spice latte came out perfect. Not a single complaint. It satisfied the pumpkin spice void I've had since the end of last season. My mini goldendoodle was also happy with her service. She got a pup cup that she devoured quickly and the cup of ice water put a smile to her face and quenched her thirst. This location near Tanger Outlet always has a long line in the drive-thru, but they typically move quickly when I stop. I ordered a Venti Caramel Apple Spice no whipped cream, which is steamed apple juice with cinnamon syrup, whipped cream and a Caramel drizzle. If you love or like Apple Juice you'll love this. This location is about as busy as it gets, but they still get the job done! The drive-thru line was a mile long and inside was also full and yet I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I placed my order for an iced coffee and the barista was happy to help. The pick up area for coffee was almost overflowing from all of the mobile orders and the noise inside was a steady hum of conversation. It was hectic but also gave off an easygoing vibe. This is a standard Starbucks, so you know what you're getting- a typical Starbucks experience. This Starbucks has a drive-thru as well as a special area for pickup when you order through the app, which I highly recommend. It is impossible to turn in against traffic here, and located on International Blvd. and across from the convention center, there's a TON of traffic. This location seems to stay busy all the time but has plenty of parking and indoor and outdoor seating. Each time I've been here, the staff have been nice enough and my order has been correct, which is all I can ask. read more

The inside now has a massive counter across the entire store, only a couple tables and one or two lounge chairs. If you go inside to order, be prepared to say excuse me about five thousand times. The people standing and waiting for their drink are all crowded around the counter, right by the door. Not their fault, but it is incredibly frustrating. The drive thru takes forever and if there is a long line in it, it blocks one of the entrances to that shopping building area and sometimes you get stuck just waiting to get in or out. The parking lot is very small, so people opt to use the DT but it just creates more chaos. They always seem to be out of things. Food, Drinks (syrups, milks, toppings, etc). What I do order always tastes good, but it's just not ideal for trying to grab some caffeine quickly in the morning. Or afternoon. Sometimes evenings. It's always just a mess over there. read more

This location is easy access off the main road with ample parking lot if you choose to go inside. You should expect the typical Starbucks experience at this location. The bonus to this location is they offer Nitro Cold Brew, not all stores have this available. A recent downside, the mobile app is no loner allowing this location to order ahead for pickup with is inconvenient during busy times. In the AM when most people stop on the way to work this location and have a long line. There is a special area for pickup you can use for parking but at this time you cant order ahead on the app, I hope they bring this option back. Make sure you exit back to the stoplight unless going down International Blvd towards the Airport. Its right turn only and ALWAYS use the light at lunchtime or you will never get out of the parking lot. My orders have always been correct and staff friendly. read more

I go to this Starbucks at least once a week as it is by my office, and every single time there is the same manager (Chanee I think on her apron) yelling at the baristas, belittling them, and making their lives harder. The bathrooms are bad too. and although the staff DOES work quickly (but not accurately and honestly) everything takes FOREVER. What a waste of time and money, And no, I don't want to tip 2$ on an already overpriced drink, with a mysteriously high 37% tax rate. I have to give mad props to this Starbucks team for keeping their composure and handling the massive amount of business that came through their store at a recent conference. Being the closest store to the convention center [and with virtually no coffee service at the convention center...that's a missed opportunity...], they took the brunt of the 6,200 people that were attending the Rise Business event. Despite the absolute chaos [I'm talking dozens of pre-ordered drinks on the hand-off, 50 people in line, and a drive thru jam packed], the attitude and service was killer. I have to give shout-outs specifically to Davante and Lexie. They both were rolling through the punches and embraced the chaos. Instead of keeping their heads down and rolling eyes like so many other businesses I experienced locally, they engaged us in conversation and had a light-hearted approach. Lexie worked every day of the conference and even a the peaks of business was cool as a cucumber. Girl, I've been there and that is HARD. Mad props to you. The level of business shockingly did not affect the quality of my drinks at all. My nitro cold brew was great, and my lattes were wonderful. The first couple of days their case was almost completely empty, and so my only recommendation would be to have advanced planning for large events like this. But, after talking to a few employees, it sounded like they only had a 1-2 heads up about the conference. I was a partner for 7 years and knowing the schedules of local events is imperative. It is my understanding there was a recent change over in management. Very difficult to not have a manager and be blindsided by an event like this. Whoever is responsible for giving appropriate kudos - the entire team killed it. But specifically Davante and Lexie... Please make sure they know how much they were appreciated by not only me but hundreds of others who passed through those doors. read more

We go to Starbucks all the time! It's great for a quick coffee craving. But sometimes the staff get lazy and do drinks a bit differently, affecting the taste. I always tip the employees who aren't lazy. the food and drinks are always quick. The items are straightforward and all the items have images to show what you'll get! But one of the main problems I have is that the boxes with food items are horrible quality! One time I ordered a pb&j box and the pb&j was folded and covered in the jelly, which didn't even act like jelly! With the $75 Espresso Tumbler we obtained from Christmas, this was one of the many Starbucks we frequented. During January, we were allowed to come and go as we wished and order as many Espresso drinks using our re-fillable Tumbler. Overall, we probably tried every Espresso drink on the menu, from Lattes, Café Mochas to Caramel Macchiato. We like them all. Service: This one was probably one of the nicer ones in the area as far as baristas is concern. They were always friendly and even washed our Tumbler during our many trips during endless free refillable month of January. The barista there told us to come back as many times during the day as well. Downfall: The only disadvantage of this location is the wait times in the drive through. This Starbucks knows how to work. It is routinely busy in the morning and they crank out the drinks in an efficient manner. The overall service is friendly with standard greets, thanks and more. It's nice to see the location working with a proper number of staff too. Good location with outdoor seating, but the interior could be bigger for the customer traffic.
