When taking our order at the drive through, the child at the window was a little snippy when she asked me what I wanted. So when I told her what I wanted, she corrected me and made it what she wanted. I asked for a VENTI green tea matcha FRAPPE. She gave me an ICED green tea instead of a frappe and made it a TALL instead of a VENTI. Then proceeded to tell me at the window that they couldn't take tap to pay, instead of telling me at the speaker. The way she explained it to me was like she was talking to a 6 year old. When I went in to pay, her and another employee proceeded to make comments about me coming in to pay to each other. I have been coming to this Starbucks for about 8 years now, I've never been as disrespected as I was today. I will not be coming back any time soon. Needs new management and employees. read more

The service was awful! They were very rude when I had to take a drink back in due to it being nothing but Carmel! I did ask for extra Carmel but not a whole jar! All the male employee could say well you asked for extra! The female stated that's what happens when you get extra Carmel, it just all goes to the bottom! I wound up "eating" my Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappe with a fork 4/29/24. I sucked out the little bit of liquid in the cup, then had to eat the rest of the frappe. Look! No drips!!!!! It was frozen that much!!! I had one just like this about one week ago from the same place. I used to get good ones most all the time from here, but lately.... To top it off, this was my replacement frappe. The one I originally got this day was so light, it looked like there was no caramel in it. It tasted awful, too. So very sad. This location has terrible. Wait times if you go inside and order a coffee you'll have to wait 20-30 minutes to get it.

I placed a to go order before I left the house (which was 6 mins away) to get a frappe (keep in mind I chose for it to be pick up via drive thru and it was $7). As I go there I get into the drive through and it takes a good 20 minutes to get to the window. The guy hands me the drink and it was super melty. I asked him if it was supposed to be like that and he said it's because of when I placed my order. Um okay fair, but part of it getting melty was me waiting in line too. I would've asked in but I was unable to at that time. So Starbucks, make drinks for people once they pop in line. I just feel like it's incredibly expensive to get a drink that isn't even made properly. It's not my fault I was unable to walk in. read more

If you don't order ahead the drive thru will take you at least 25 minutes. Today we ordered a drink and when we got them, they were less than 3/4 full. $6 for a drink is already insane, but when it's not even close to full, that's a problem. read more

*Give the workers some grace* This store is the only store in Lexington and Nicholasville that accepts DoorDash/uber eats orders etc. For that ENTIRE area. This store is already busy due to being by Sam's club, so keep that in mind. Being able to be served coffee is a privilege that these wonderful workers are providing you. Sometimes it may be slow, but there are many things going in behind the scenes. Even when it looks seemingly calm, it's not, due to mobile orders and delivery services. They do their best and are very overworked/understaffed. Make sure to thank these workers for all they do, and exhibit some patience and grace towards them. Starbucks loves to cut labor and keep them running ragged. And they do probably the most sales in the entire Lexington area. Don't be the person that makes their stressful day worse. You never know what these workers are going through, because they will try to put on a smile and make it seem seamless when they can. Just know it's rarely as simple as it looks or what you may think. read more

Came here for a quick warm holiday drink only to be stuck in the absurd traffic, where people are literally in each other's way trying to leave their parking lot. I went through the drive thru since they were extremely busy inside from what it seemed like. Upon ordering, I was told they didn't have the holiday flat white, so I opted for the flat white and to have chestnut praline flavoring to be added instead. Picking up my drink, the Starbucks employee at the drive thru had the worst customer service I've ever received not only from Starbucks but from this particular Starbucks. She had a bad attitude and non helpful in any way especially when it was questions regarding Starbucks and their rewards. I understand that the holidays may make some people not so cheerful, but don't ruin other people's moods with your attitude, UGH! read more

Average Starbucks. The guy taking my order was a new employee and was kinda slow. He forgot to get my plain coffee. The other drink that I ordered took a long time for the barista to make. They were not busy at all. I will go back again if I am in the area and want a coffee. Homeless guy was hanging out at one of the tables. This Starbucks location is conveniently located on Nicholasville Road by Sams's Club and Kohl's. I like to stop there while running errands at these stores. The staff is always very friendly and always gets my drink order correct. The drive-thru can get very busy and wrap around in the parking lot a bit which can be quite a challenge to navigate. read more

This location is right in front of Kohl's and Sam's Club in Nicholasville. Typically I use the drive thru to get a good drink and a quick caffiene fix. While, it can be busy at times and may be 3-5 cars deep, the cashier does well with moving customers past the window quickly and courteously. read more

This location is very basic. There is nothing unique or noteworthy, and the flow of traffic can be challenging, but they tend to be reasonably quick and get drinks right. There have been a couple of times that I've noticed a staff member lacking the warm hospitality most people expect from a coffee shop, but if you just want your drink served correctly and quickly, this place tends to fit the bill. read more

This Starbucks has had decently good service, when I have been here. I am not big on Starbucks, and typically try to support more local, quaint coffee shops, whenever possible. I have not been terribly impressed with their tea selection, and feel many of their drinks are over priced. Overall, I have not had overwhelmingly negative or positive experiences here. This isn't my favourite tea or coffee shop, but this place is ok and I occasionally stop here for tea. read more

My favorite Starbucks in the Lexington area. My staple drink is an iced coffee with coconut milk and 4 pumps of classic sweetener and no Starbucks has been able to satisfy me like this one has. Making fun of your customers & being rude because my wife didn't order with proper Starbucks etiquette was completely unprofessional. I always visit this location because it's conveniently close to work. However, I want to make others aware of the poor customer service I received today, absolutely HORRIBLE! The girl who took my payment at the window was huffing & seemed bothered by me the second I pulled up to the window. I received a call while she was trying to scan my app for payment & she rolled her eyes, like it was my fault someone called me! Then I said thanks as I was about to pull off & she just looked at me and closed the window. The Staff here are very friendly and helpful. Just recently went by and ordered my white chocolate mocha. During this trip my wife was with me and inquired about a different coffee than she was used to. The kind Barista made her a tall sample at no charge so she could make up her mind. Very nice, polite, and patient. This is a definite coffee stop for me on my way to or from Lexington. read more
