I counted 9 employees behind the counter this morning as I patiently waited to order a single cup of coffee. Simple one would think! Yet, I didn't even get so much as a "we'll be with you in a moment." Totally unsatisfactory to make a customer who actually comes inside to order at the counter wait while they jump right on someone at the drive-thru. Probably my last visit to the Niceville Starbucks. This is the worst Starbucks in a 20 mile radius. I have given them chance after chance and my drink order is wrong every single time. It's a super easy drink order and it's always wrong. I bring it up to the person at the window and they say " I'm sorry" and then look at you like you're the dumb one. Not one time have they ever offered to fix it. This Starbucks in Niceville Florida gave false information on the Starbucks app on Christmas Day stating they were open until 3:30 PM. I've been sitting in the drive-through for 33 minutes behind other cars and after I placed my online order for pick up realize that this location was closed. There is no one to call or contact to get my money back. When I called other locations, they told me that they were supposed to be opened and I had to reach out to Starbucks corporate office to get my money back. I spent $20 because the app stated they were open and I placed the my order on the app. Now I have no idea if I can get my money back. read more

Love the brand new Starbucks in Niceville. It is just off the parkway in a new complex. It is next to an entrance that has a small Wal-Mart sign, but not the main Wal-Mart entrance. This Starbucks feels slightly more upscale. I visited around 4 p.m. so it was a coffee break time and too busy to take many photos. The feel was modern and relaxed. The staff, although newer to the company (so it seemed) was still well trained, filled with knowledge, and nice. The exception was Logan! He went above and beyond (he may have experience with the company, I am not sure), and made the whole Starbucks experience even more magical than normal! What a gem and hard worker to boot! Plus, I think it is just great that Starbucks honors all of their military employees! Logan, and all of others in the military (active or not) thank-you for serving our Country! Go to the new Starbucks, it is fun. It also has a drive-thru for those too busy to buzz on in and stay awhile! read more

Lots of seating is a pretty clean place. Employees okay. Drive thru. Small rack of beans and cups for sale. They only had drive thru customers and they lost the order. After 10 minutes, asked again, they can ignore in store customers. I bumped them up to 4 stars because they gave me a $4 card for losing my order. read more

The staff was short this morning, December 16, and they were getting their butts handed to them! While there were customers standing inside looking upset, I was watching in awe. The only person that I could really see from where I was standing was the girl that was making/putting out the drinks for in store and online orders. I have no idea how she could make all of those drinks, back to back, so fast and accurate. I wish I could have gotten her name, but it was slammed. We stopped by over the weekend for a coffee and looking for a place to sit and chat while drinking coffee. The place was a dump! Trash overflowing onto the floor, remnants on the table, trash and food on the floor. No excuse - mid afternoon, 4 people behind the bar, and very slow. Coffee was okay (it's pumpkin season after all), but I'd give it zero stars based on atmosphere if I could. read more

The breakfast sandwiches were great 4-Star. The un-sweat tea was over priced, and did not come with a refill. The tea was very week. - 0 Star. At least they did not charge for water. Starbucks just made me cry.. I've never been so upset for people not listening to me in my life... I had ordered ahead and paid online and tried to go around the drive through line being I had already made the turn but got stuck behind one of those big Sysco trucks. Nobody would let me back into the line to get out and go around. But this one woman did so I decided being I had already paid and the drink was made and waiting on me I'd just stay in line and pay for hers. Doing something nice for someone who did something nice for me...No big deal right? Wrong... as I was telling the Starbucks employee what was going on and trying to tell her I'd stay in line to pay for the woman behind me. The woman behind me got out of her car and yelled at me. Nobody would listen to what I was trying to do. The woman or the employee. The Employee actually said "I'd be upset to." So. I got to the window where the lady in front of me was telling on me up at the window...All of this because I was wasting my time (when I could have easily picked up my drink and have been gone 10 minutes before all this)so I could do something nice for someone who was yelling at me. I decided to still do it anyway just to show her what kindness looks like. ... and then I left crying. read more

This is the worst Starbucks. The staff doesn't seem to care very much about their customers. I think it comes down to poor management and poor training. They always seem overwhelmed even if they seem pretty well staffed. I usually order an iced latte and they're never the same. Always a different amount of milk or ice. And the wait! It's crazy how long you have to wait for a drink here! The space itself is usually clean and full of people working / studying. I was really excited when they first opened and things seemed to be going well, but once the store manager changed there was a really obvious shift in customer service and the overall experience. I think they could learn a lot from the location at the commons. It's always impressive to me how busy they are and how quickly they get drinks out. I really love Starbucks and I do hope that this location will get the extra training they so desperately need. read more

This Starbucks is the slowest and most inconsistent in the area. I usually bring my own reusable Starbucks branded cup with me when I come, but they still make my drink in a disposable cup and throw it out after they dump the liquid in the cup I brought with me. A lady named jasmine was working there when i came in and she was so rude!! She kept throwing side eye and muttering things under her breath when my caramel machiatto was served hot when i asked for iced. If it was that much of a big deal i wouldve asked for a cup of ice and done it myself. Never going there again!! I wake up early every morning and on more than one occasion when I have decided to get my coffee from this location they have not been opened at the referenced time indicated on the store hours provided. More recently when this happened and while I waited in the drive through I was given the excuse "oh sorry sir you know it's the virus", wow didn't realize only opening the drive through is actually harder then opening the entire shop at it's intended time. This is my least favorite Starbucks by far. Their Wi-Fi is almost always down which has caused me to stop frequenting the location. The main reason I come is to do school work and research and in turn I sip on some coffee, but without connection I have no reason to buy coffee. Also, on numerous occasions they have messed up and my wife's drinks. Ask for lite ice and that didn't happen and when asked for no whip cream they continually add it and after asking for one thing to be corrected they mess up another in turn. I'm continually disappointed with this location. I travel for work and frequently go to starbucks but this one seems to do the minimum necessary each time. I assure you not all iced matcha lattes are prepared by throwing the mix in the bottom adding ice and milk then swirling the cup a couple times. When I asked them why they didn't mix it up they said "that's the way we do it here". I was hoping it was a one time thing but I tried going again today and the same thing happened. Sad to say I won't be visiting my home town Starbucks any more. read more
