This location is a great spot in Green Hills. Adequate indoor and outdoor seating. Classic church benches line the far wall. High top long tables in the front section of the store. Staff is friendlier and they have a good rhythm of serving their customers. With so many mobile orders, they've got a dedicated section for that, adequate standing room for ~20 people to wait for their drinks. Prices are standard coffee market rates. Food could be slightly cheaper but if you use the app enough, bonus points can usually cover quite a bit of the food. read more

The decor is great and they even have books for you to read and a water jug for you to serve yourself water. Amazing! However the BEST PART: it's the ONLY place in Nashville and possibly in the entire nation outside of California that has toilet seat covers! I come from San Diego, a land plentiful with seat covers and have suffered many moons as I traveled across America and noticed that NO where has seat covers. Yuck! Except for this amazing Starbucks. I used to go here semi-often when I was a student at lipscomb and during that time, there were absolutely no issues. Good environment, perfect orders every time, and overly cheerful staff to make you feel appreciated and put you in a good mood but recently, it's fallen off. I mobile ordered one evening and was hoping for a hot cup of coffee on a cold evening but it was cold. My muffin I ordered was hotter than my coffee. To be clear, this wasn't a single bad experience. Great location for casual business meetings. The staff here has been friendlier than I remember, so it looks like they got some great people to work here! Great customer service I love the inside how it's nice and spaced out, and although it seems crowded around the barista counter, there is enough standing room to avoid any awkwardness as far as social distancing is concerned. So convenient if you are meeting someone for a consultation or a quick interview. Or a great place to sit inside and work on your computer. I usually go to this Starbucks. I like the location even though the parking is sometimes a challenge. I would have given them a 4 1/2 star rating but since it's a four or a five, I gave them a four as I feel a five is without any problems. Most of the people that work here are very nice and do a great job. However, last weekend I stopped to get a frappuccino and the lady that was working on the frappuccinos had a mess on the counter. It was mostly milk and water but when it come to food and drink, I want to see a place spotless. When she ran the cup through the mess, it turned my stomach. I took the drink, wipped off the bottom with napkins and left. I was back the next day and the lady behind the counter was very clean. This made me want to keep returning since that is normally how things are at this location. I will be returning there. Lots of table setups for laptop warriors in the back. A few couches and more comfortable seating up front. They were really cumbersome to pass between and next to people in line as I tried to get to the napkins/sugar/condiments in the middle. Workers were quick. I didn't expect the woman doing inventory of the pastries to acknowledge me, since I don't care about that type of thing. She was too focused on her job to acknowledge me. The woman taking my order was quick, but I didn't get a friendly vibe from her, either. Unfortunately, my pastry was stale. And I was too busy catching the next bus to do anything about it. Yes, I know, there is a Starbucks practically at every corner or major intersection. This one; however, is my go-to Starbucks on the way to work. Yes, it is packed every day. Yes, parking is a nightmare and getting back onto Hillsboro (especially since I have to make a left) can be a challenge. But it is a consistently decent cuppa joe and although it is busy, the line moves rather efficiently and quickly. There are days I don't feel hip enough to be in there and there are also days I seem to be the customer not wearing pajamas - but that's really neither here nor there - just an observation.
