Many see a Starbucks sign and get excited but save yourself the headache and disappointment, and keep walking. This worthless Starbucks in the middle of the food court at Oprymills Outlet Mall, with loud ambiance, is the worst. I saw a handwritten sign, "Only taking mobile orders." Ok, I placed an online order for 3 Tall Peppermint Mochas with Almond Milk. #1 WTH moment: They ran out of/don't provide cup sleeves! One of the drinks was hot, the second warm, and the third iced cold. #2 WTF moment: I reminded staff that one cup was ice cold. She looked at me like I was bothering her--horrible customer service. I watched her reluctantly remake it with an attitude. It was a waste of $23.00. My drink tasted like watered-down chocolate espresso syrup. It was disgusting. Yuck!!! Thirty minutes later, I was madder, sleepier, and hungrier because it didn't curb my appetite. I didn't even finish my Xmas shopping and was ready to leave Opry Mills. Nope. Never again!!!!! read more

Starbucks - Not worth one penny. SMH - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

If this location serves you the wrong thing ask them to throw that away and start over!! I ordered a grande frozen (blended) pumpkin latte. I was originally served an iced (with ice cubes). When I told them that wasn't what I ordered she said she would remake it. What she did was to throw the whip cream in the trash pour the rest in a blender, add a cup and half of ice, blend it and served it to me! What I ended up with was a blended cup of ice with a bit of coffee taste, no pumpkin taste! All this for $7.00 plus dollars!! read more

Pure BS. Saw their posted hours on the SB app, that showed they closed at 8 pm. Walked 1/2 mile with my disabled wife, to get a coffee. Arrived at 7:05 pm (8/19/23) and they were no longer taking orders. Many customers were turned away due to their early closing. Why post hours if you're not going to honor them? How about hours like - "closes whenever staff feels like it." read more

An amazing number of people were lined up at this Starbucks in Opry Mills, getting their caffeine injection. There's a great opportunity for someone to open a competing coffee stand here - assuming Starbucks doesn't have exclusivity - and make some bank. They needed a bit of help today with not nearly enough workers for the crowd of shoppers! But the coffee was decent and gave me the energy to continue exploring Opry Mills! read more

Absolute worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Out dated coffee that is nasty, served by rude employees. Avoid until corporate replaces the owner and new employees, read more

This is the worst starbucks i've ever been to. There were three workers, all of which had airpods on which is extremely unprofessional. The one that was taking orders was on the phone and would talk to the person on the phone while taking orders. Then she would complain that she couldn't hear you, but no wonder she couldn't. I waited in line for at least 20 minutes because they were all just standing there on their phones. Then they ran out of napkins and when i asked for more, they were snarky and said they were out. You'd think that for a starbucks in the middle of a nice mall that the service would be up to par, but it is far from it. read more

So me and my friend we made a mobile order and when we got there, her drink was ready and my drink wasn't ready so I didn't think much about it so I waited and waited than I went up to them and I said "hey I have been standing here for 30 minutes and my drink is still not done"and she said "are you sure you did it at the right location" and I said "yes because me and my friend made an order together and she got hers and I still haven't gotten mine".Then she stared at me and said you didn't have to talk to me that way and I said well what do you want me to say I payed for my drink so I'm supposed get it. Mind you there was another drink that was just like mine. Anyway she said take this drink and I was like well this doesn't have my name on it than she said that other person took your drink and you can take this. This drink had lemonade and I'm allergic to lemons but she still forced me to take it and refused to make me another one. Also this drink almost empty. I'm pretty sure this was the manager. If I could I would give this a 0 star review but sadly the lowest I can go is a 1 read more

Insanely slow service at least 20 people waiting in line at once. Asked for a frozen drink and it was liquid, service could've and should've been better. Just save your time and money. This Starbucks sure isn't worth it. read more

The drunks and oatmeal were good. I like the area. There's plenty of room to sit, talk and enjoy your coffee. The baristas were friendly, but they ran out of cream cheese. My mocha was good, and my wife like her oatmeal. I'd go back again if I were in the mall. read more

I was standing at the cash register for approximately 10-15 minutes before I was even greeted by the employee running the cash register, and she saw me standing there. It also seems a bit unorganized. Not worth the wait, and I am normally a customer of Starbucks and I am typically happy with my experience. Customer service is lacking at this location. read more

slow as molasses. took forever. didn't call my name when ready. flies were all over the place. the people in no way shape or form deserved any sort of pay. service was rediculous and all the people looked like they were in pain. one chic just stood there the whole time and picked her nose. absolutely horrendous. lady was astronomically rude about where to get the straws. "go walk outside *grunts* you can get them yourselves!" there was no reason to be treated in such horrible manner. DISSATISFIED and DISSAPOINTED!!! read more

Great coffee and pastries, they add alot of ice so I suggest asking for less. A little pricey too. But overall great place to stop by in the morning. read more

This Opry Mall location is the only oasis in the area. Thankfully, it opens earlier than the rest of the mall at 8am. Sadly, it is a "large" kiosk and not a full service Starbucks store. Predictably, it is packed from 8-8:30 as everyone grabs coffee and/or a pastry on their way to work. Given the scarcity and popularity, an expansion is sorely needed. read more

Starbucks - Iced Green Tea - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

I'm a delivery driver who delivers to Starbucks all over Nashville and surrounding areas. I even train most of the drivers who deliver to Starbucks in the area. That being said, I know how Starbucks people are supposed to be. This Starbucks is the only one I've been to where the person in charge got mad because I made a delivery to them within their delivery window. The window was from 8am to 11am. She fussed at me because I didn't deliver it at 12:30 pm which isn't even their delivery time. (They thought I was a new driver. They didn't know that this wasn't my first rodeo.). Anyways, she called my job with a complaint because I didn't respond to her disrespect in the way that she wanted me to. She lied and said that I cursed out employees and customers. Also said I was flipping people off. They also told one of the drivers that I trained that I did all of those foolish things, not knowing that he knows I would never do those things. I recommend a whole revamp of this place. read more

This Starbucks is located in the Opryland hotel in Nashville. I would go to this Starbucks every morning for hot tea. The staff was friendly and they had everything a regular Starbucks would have. All of your extremely long named coffee products that I still can't get right after five years. The coolest thing about the Starbucks is it was themed and it looked like something from Allison Wonderland there was a huge mushroom that was over top of the Starbucks and then there were all these vines and leaves hanging off of it I thought it was the coolest thing. The tables that were inside of the restaurant looked over one of the big open walkway lobbys in the hotel. Every morning I would come here and get about five different coffee orders for other people and of course I would get my hot tea. Not one time where the order screwed up. I would also purchased about four or five water bottles per day here and the staff was nice enough to get a plastic bag which they did not have behind the counter she actually went to a store in the hotel got a plastic bag and put all the water bottles in there for me I thought that was very nice. Overall this is your typical Starbucks they did have a couple sandwiches available and other things but it's pretty much still a coffee place. Like any Starbucks you're paying for the name. PROS: - looked like Alice in wonderland soo cool - friendly staff read more

By far the worst service I've seen at any Starbucks in the world!.. I travel the world for work and go to Europe, Latin America, even Asia, and get Starbucks at locations that are 5-6 times busier than this one. But don't ever recall waiting more than 3 minutes. Unless you do a mobile order, plan to wait for 20 plus minutes to get your order even taken. They ignore the line completely in order to prioritize mobile orders. Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

Walking around this mall can sure make anyone a bit tired. Enter Starbucks. Located next to the food court there are plenty of seats to sit down and relax. Add a cup of your favorite coffee or tea and you'll recharge your batteries in no time. I went during holiday shopping and the gals behind the counter weren't phased even with the long line of people. Drinks were made at the same rate orders were being placed. Doesn't get any better than this! Great folks! read more

Their service is ridiculous. We waited in line for 45 minutes and no one spoke to us. When our order finally got taken the service wasn't that good. After our order was placed we waited for 30 minutes before getting our coffee. These workers needed more help, it was 4 workers SLAMMED. read more

There is no way to give Starbucks under a five star review. The coffee (and other types of drinks) here are good, and if you ever order a drink you don't like it's because you don't like it, not because they made it wrong or the recipe should be adjusted. Everything here has just the amount of topping or what not and I love the fact they set the sugar and chocolate and hazelnut and such out for you to adjust your drink properly. On a side note, the people here are always extremely nice, never had gotten an attitude or anything like that, and I will defiantly be going here again and again!! read more

This location will only do in a pinch. I haven't had my coffee today and needed something to take the edge off. Starbucks is conveniently located at the end of the food court. The customer service here is terrible. If I can help it I definitely hold out for a better location. I have the Starbucks gift card (so I can earn rewards) and asked the person behind the counter if she could check my balance. She did but it seemed like it was reluctantly. When my coffee was ready they set it on the table and walked away. No eye contact, no smile, no calling my name to let me know it was ready. I wish more people would put more pride in their work. read more
