Ok, I placed an online order for 3 Tall Peppermint Mochas with Almond Milk. #1 WTH moment: They ran out of/don't provide cup sleeves! One of the drinks was hot, the second warm, and the third iced cold. #2 WTF moment: I reminded staff that one cup was ice cold. She looked at me like I was bothering her--horrible customer service. I watched her reluctantly remake it with an attitude. It was a waste of $23.00. My drink tasted like watered-down chocolate espresso syrup. It was disgusting. Yuck!!! When I told them that wasn't what I ordered she said she would remake it. What she did was to throw the whip cream in the trash pour the rest in a blender, add a cup and half of ice, blend it and served it to me! This is the worst starbucks i've ever been to. There were three workers, all of which had airpods on which is extremely unprofessional. The one that was taking orders was on the phone and would talk to the person on the phone while taking orders. Then she would complain that she couldn't hear you, but no wonder she couldn't. I waited in line for at least 20 minutes because they were all just standing there on their phones. Then they ran out of napkins and when i asked for more, they were snarky and said they were out. I'm a delivery driver who delivers to Starbucks all over Nashville and surrounding areas. I even train most of the drivers who deliver to Starbucks in the area. That being said, I know how Starbucks people are supposed to be. This Starbucks is the only one I've been to where the person in charge got mad because I made a delivery to them within their delivery window. The window was from 8am to 11am. She fussed at me because I didn't deliver it at 12:30 pm which isn't even their delivery time. (They thought I was a new driver. They didn't know that this wasn't my first rodeo.). Anyways, she called my job with a complaint because I didn't respond to her disrespect in the way that she wanted me to. She lied and said that I cursed out employees and customers. Also said I was flipping people off. They also told one of the drivers that I trained that I did all of those foolish things, not knowing that he knows I would never do those things. This Starbucks is located in the Opryland hotel in Nashville. I would go to this Starbucks every morning for hot tea. The staff was friendly and they had everything a regular Starbucks would have. All of your extremely long named coffee products that I still can't get right after five years. The coolest thing about the Starbucks is it was themed and it looked like something from Allison Wonderland there was a huge mushroom that was over top of the Starbucks and then there were all these vines and leaves hanging off of it I thought it was the coolest thing. The tables that were inside of the restaurant looked over one of the big open walkway lobbys in the hotel. Every morning I would come here and get about five different coffee orders for other people and of course I would get my hot tea. Not one time where the order screwed up. I would also purchased about four or five water bottles per day here and the staff was nice enough to get a plastic bag which they did not have behind the counter she actually went to a store in the hotel got a plastic bag and put all the water bottles in there for me I thought that was very nice. Overall this is your typical Starbucks they did have a couple sandwiches available and other things but it's pretty much still a coffee place. Like any Starbucks you're paying for the name. I travel the world for work and go to Europe, Latin America, even Asia, and get Starbucks at locations that are 5-6 times busier than this one. But don't ever recall waiting more than 3 minutes. Add a cup of your favorite coffee or tea and you'll recharge your batteries in no time. I went during holiday shopping and the gals behind the counter weren't phased even with the long line of people. Drinks were made at the same rate orders were being placed. There is no way to give Starbucks under a five star review. The coffee (and other types of drinks) here are good, and if you ever order a drink you don't like it's because you don't like it, not because they made it wrong or the recipe should be adjusted. Everything here has just the amount of topping or what not and I love the fact they set the sugar and chocolate and hazelnut and such out for you to adjust your drink properly. On a side note, the people here are always extremely nice, never had gotten an attitude or anything like that, and I will defiantly be going here again and again!! read more

This location will only do in a pinch. I haven't had my coffee today and needed something to take the edge off. Starbucks is conveniently located at the end of the food court. The customer service here is terrible. If I can help it I definitely hold out for a better location. I have the Starbucks gift card (so I can earn rewards) and asked the person behind the counter if she could check my balance. She did but it seemed like it was reluctantly. When my coffee was ready they set it on the table and walked away. No eye contact, no smile, no calling my name to let me know it was ready.
