Love the fun attitude behind this coffee chain. The drinks tend to be too sweet for my tastes, so I get half sweet. Today we ordered the Candy Cane specialty iced mochas, and they had no peppermint flavor at all. So sad! Service is friendly, and the wait is usually not too bad even when they are busy. read more

I was in town visiting my Son and my Grandson. I Love Dutch Bros Coffee! I got to town on Friday 10/10 and went to this location. The guy taking my order on his tablet couldn't get it to work very well. I ordered the seasonal Large Carmel Pumpkin Brûlée Latte Cold, with an extra shot of espresso. It was ok. Didn't taste like it had the extra shot . So today Sunday 10/12 I went again. Today there was a girl & a guy taking orders. They could figure out what vehicles went first ‍ I think I had the same guy, still seemed a little confused. The barista did a good job, my extra shot was in my drink, BUT she put the top on my cup and I requested they not put it on, because I like the cream and the Caramel on top. Wow! I've been wanting to try this place for a minute now since it opened but the lines are always so long that I just say no (but now I see why). Today I didn't have an agenda so I decided to do the line. I did drive thru and it was surprisingly very fast. They have people taking your order on the drive way like Chick-fil-A style. The service was so nice and friendly. I ordered a medium Annihilator iced and I'm addicted. The muffin (chocolate chip) was ok. It's not freshly baked there and it prepackaged. Not my favorite. Then the worst thing happened, I spilled my drink as soon as I got to my destination so I felt forced to go back because it was that good and it was pretty much full. I used the walked to window and was greeted with a friendly smile and I told her my bad fortune and she gave me the drink! What a customer oriented service. Dutch Bros are starting to pop up around Nashville with several locations on the East side of the city, and lucky for me...that's where I spend most of my time! I usually am in this areas monthly for errands and appointments, so again...you can find me in line at some point! While the line is always lengthy, they have the whole Chick-Fil-A-esk approach with folks greeting you and taking your order well before the speaker. This speeds things up, along with their double-lanes. Service at time of order is great and the service at the window is always phenomenal and friendly! Last time I had Dutch Bros was in Phoenix, so I was super excited to see one here now! The blended freezes were great and refreshing. Although delicious, the price did seem a bit high to us. It's a super fun place to try but may not be my preference in the future because of the price. Staff was very friendly and it was nice to have a place to walk up to outside, not needing to use the drive-thru on a beautiful day! I cannot say enough good about this location. My partner introduced me to Dutch bros and I've been hooked since. This location is an extra 5 or so and I'll gladly do it. Recently after a negative experience at the Madison location I decided to only come to this location. Today they showed me just how good of a decision that was I mentioned the experience to the team member taking my job order, saying how much I prefer their location. This team member immediately got a manager (Emma) who was so kind. They pulled my partners account back up added a few drinks and points to make up for the ones that we had gotten from the other store. Finally took my first visit to Dutch Bros and it's worth the drive out there. I must've gone at the perfect time, because there was almost no line and the drive they went by so fast. After looking at the menu beforehand for a good while, I decided to go with the Dutch Mojito as a rebel, which is basically a super sugary energy drink version of the flavor, which is coconut, lime and crème de menthe. Very tasty, but again super sugary, so be aware of the tooth pains to come along with it. read more

I'm an Arizona native and finding Dutch bros in nashville warmed my heart. They're fast, have a wide selection of drinks, and the employees never fail to impress me. These are some of the nicest employees I've ever come across. Whether it's hot, cold, or rainy they're always ready to come out to your car and assist you with your order. I admit I was a little excited for this sugar drink and sugar coffee place to open. I pulled up to drive through since no line and browsed the menu (never been before) for about ten seconds when a helpful (at first) young man tried to take my order with the "I drew the short straw stuck out here iPad. I have been here a handful of times and every single time I've waited over 30 minutes in a very disorganized line to get my drinks just to pull up to the window to have them completely melted. Happy to see a Dutch Bros out here! Prices are competitive with other businesses. I've gotten the golden eagle iced and blended and it tastes great every time. You can tell that the employees here really care about the quality of service they give, and are quick to give you a smile and a positive attitude. They are knowledgeable about the menu if you have any questions like I did. I was a bit thrown off by three drive-through lanes but everyone has been polite about who should go first and the people taking your order make sure that is fair as well.
