Visited this Dutch Bros while in TN for vacation and service was friendly. Also they had some new breakfast menu items that we do not have in FL yet. If you see the new breakfast Chorizo wrap at your local Dutch Bros get it! It was amazing! I ate one everyday I was in TN and do not regret it! Simple yet so tasty - hoping and praying that this new item makes its way down to FL ASAP! read more

Love the fun attitude behind this coffee chain. The drinks tend to be too sweet for my tastes, so I get half sweet. Today we ordered the Candy Cane specialty iced mochas, and they had no peppermint flavor at all. So sad! Service is friendly, and the wait is usually not too bad even when they are busy. read more

Absolutely wonderful small town coffee, tea, and smoothie stop. I wish there was one in Michigan this good. The workers are always so enthusiastic and ask you how your day is going they're recommendations are great They have very friendly staff members. It's a great go-to pick me up in the morning & I highly recommend the picture perfect. They're black tea with peach and vanilla flavoring is really good Me and my husband make it a priority to go here when we come down. read more

I was in town visiting my Son and my Grandson. I Love Dutch Bros Coffee! I got to town on Friday 10/10 and went to this location. The guy taking my order on his tablet couldn't get it to work very well. I ordered the seasonal Large Carmel Pumpkin Brûlée Latte Cold, with an extra shot of espresso. It was ok. Didn't taste like it had the extra shot . So today Sunday 10/12 I went again. Today there was a girl & a guy taking orders. They could figure out what vehicles went first ‍ I think I had the same guy, still seemed a little confused. The barista did a good job, my extra shot was in my drink, BUT she put the top on my cup and I requested they not put it on, because I like the cream and the Caramel on top. They even handed me my top before she made my drink ‍‍ And they forgot to remind me about getting my rewards. Just a little disappointed The employees seemed a little rushed and overwhelmed not focused read more

Wow! I've been wanting to try this place for a minute now since it opened but the lines are always so long that I just say no (but now I see why). Today I didn't have an agenda so I decided to do the line. I did drive thru and it was surprisingly very fast. They have people taking your order on the drive way like Chick-fil-A style. The service was so nice and friendly. I ordered a medium Annihilator iced and I'm addicted. The muffin (chocolate chip) was ok. It's not freshly baked there and it prepackaged. Not my favorite. Then the worst thing happened, I spilled my drink as soon as I got to my destination so I felt forced to go back because it was that good and it was pretty much full. I used the walked to window and was greeted with a friendly smile and I told her my bad fortune and she gave me the drink! What a customer oriented service. Overall, I'm obsessed and definitely recommend. read more

While I am not in this area too often, whenever I do find myself nearby I make it absolute priority to swing by this Dutch Bros location to scoop up my favorite Iced Mocha! Dutch Bros are starting to pop up around Nashville with several locations on the East side of the city, and lucky for me...that's where I spend most of my time! I usually am in this areas monthly for errands and appointments, so again...you can find me in line at some point! While the line is always lengthy, they have the whole Chick-Fil-A-esk approach with folks greeting you and taking your order well before the speaker. This speeds things up, along with their double-lanes. Service at time of order is great and the service at the window is always phenomenal and friendly! Overall, Dutch Bros is a stellar addition to the area...one that I am happy to frequent for that big cup of mocha goodness! read more

This location is amazing! It's mine and my dog's, Gibson, favorite activity after going to the park in the morning. Staff is incredibly friendly and personable. They are also great with Gibson! read more

Last time I had Dutch Bros was in Phoenix, so I was super excited to see one here now! The blended freezes were great and refreshing. Although delicious, the price did seem a bit high to us. It's a super fun place to try but may not be my preference in the future because of the price. Staff was very friendly and it was nice to have a place to walk up to outside, not needing to use the drive-thru on a beautiful day! If you haven't tried a Dutch Bros location before, definitely give it a shot. read more

Ordered a hot large vanilla latte, tipped them when I paid, it came out iced. I kindly told them it was supposed to be hot, and they changed it. She said "be careful, it's hot." Which I appreciated. So I waited until I got in the car and was driving away before I tried it. Barely warm and NO vanilla whatsoever. First time trying and I will not be back. read more

First time visiting this (or any) Dutch Bros. Got a free coffee for my birthday -- solid deal! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and personable, which is a large reason I give this place 5 stars. The coffee they made me was great, and I appreciated the sweet presentation. I definitely plan to revisit. Keep up the good work and friendly vibes, DBC team! read more

I cannot say enough good about this location. My partner introduced me to Dutch bros and I've been hooked since. This location is an extra 5 or so and I'll gladly do it. Recently after a negative experience at the Madison location I decided to only come to this location. Today they showed me just how good of a decision that was I mentioned the experience to the team member taking my job order, saying how much I prefer their location. This team member immediately got a manager (Emma) who was so kind. They pulled my partners account back up added a few drinks and points to make up for the ones that we had gotten from the other store. This was above and beyond what I had expected for my drink order today. Thanks to Emma and the team, I'll be making a weekly trip for pup cups and Rebel. read more

Such good service, always friendly, always a good coffee! Wish there were more locations around Nashville!

Finally took my first visit to Dutch Bros and it's worth the drive out there. I must've gone at the perfect time, because there was almost no line and the drive they went by so fast. After looking at the menu beforehand for a good while, I decided to go with the Dutch Mojito as a rebel, which is basically a super sugary energy drink version of the flavor, which is coconut, lime and crème de menthe. Very tasty, but again super sugary, so be aware of the tooth pains to come along with it. read more

Not so happy with flavor or the Cuban coffee. Haven't gone back. Was hoping it would be amazing like Black Press

Great coffee! We have ordered breve's every time we have been since that is our favorite coffee treat! Helpful, sweet staff. We have a new favorite close to home. We have stopped using Starbucks since they have lost their freak'n minds! So glad Dutch Bros has taken their place. read more

first time trying dutch bros! we went up to the window since it was our first time, there's some seating available but also a drive thru if you know what you want! everything is customizable which overwhelmed me, but i asked the girl at the front to make me a beverage of her choice! she asked me a few questions about my preferences and made me a delicious drink. definitely recommend trying that out if you're unsure what to get! my guest got one of the drinks on the menu and got it decaf (they can make anything decaf) the staff was so lovely and i definitely recommend checking this place out if you're near by! read more

I'm an Arizona native and finding Dutch bros in nashville warmed my heart. They're fast, have a wide selection of drinks, and the employees never fail to impress me. These are some of the nicest employees I've ever come across. Whether it's hot, cold, or rainy they're always ready to come out to your car and assist you with your order. If you like tea I highly recommend the majestic forest tea with black tea. I drive all the way from downtown nashville to get this tea!!! read more

Third time here and so far only one of 9 drinks ordered was any good. Staff is friendly. Prices aren't insane. But I just haven't found anything that tasted good enough. Even ordered the same drink on two separate occasions. One time was great. The other it was hardly drinkable it was so bitter. I'm just not seeing what the hype is. I think this was our last visit. read more

Love this place, but the drive thru line is soo slow. The pick up window isn't much faster.

This place is great. Coffee is solid, the people are so nice and they have a great selection. Pro Tip: If you're in a hurry use the walk up window. Drive through takes a minute but it's well worth it. Favorite coffee shop in the area for sure. read more

I admit I was a little excited for this sugar drink and sugar coffee place to open. I pulled up to drive through since no line and browsed the menu (never been before) for about ten seconds when a helpful (at first) young man tried to take my order with the "I drew the short straw stuck out here iPad. He asked me to pull all the way around and he'd go over the menu with me. Pulled around and he asked what kind of drink I was interested in. Ummm, I've never been. That's why I was looking at the menu. I asked to see the menu and was told he doesn't have one. He did ask if I'm interested in frozen coffee, iced coffee, energy drinks, etc. I don't know, which is why I was browsing the menu. He asked if I knew Starbucks. Since I haven't lived under a rock for 30 years, I said "yes." So was I expected to order a Starbucks drink? Pass. Bye. I guess I'll browse online menu before (if) I go back. read more

The coffee here is great but be prepared to wait. I have been here a handful of times and every single time I've waited over 30 minutes in a very disorganized line to get my drinks just to pull up to the window to have them completely melted. Just like clockwork this place continues to disappoint me. I come back for the coffee but I always allow myself at least 40 minutes to get my order. It's unfortunate. read more

The coffee is delicious "The Eagle " definitely stop. The staff is really friendly true to their views.

Happy to see a Dutch Bros out here! Prices are competitive with other businesses. I've gotten the golden eagle iced and blended and it tastes great every time. You can tell that the employees here really care about the quality of service they give, and are quick to give you a smile and a positive attitude. They are knowledgeable about the menu if you have any questions like I did. I was a bit thrown off by three drive-through lanes but everyone has been polite about who should go first and the people taking your order make sure that is fair as well. I'll be sure to come back regularly. read more

Arlo was such a help for our first visit! She was fun and gave great recommendations!

Love Dutch Bros!!!!! Great flavors and great happy staff members definitely the best place to get great coffee.

Never had this coffee before. The coffee is wonderful, but the service is amazing. I brought my 2 furry babies with me, didn't even expect to get anything for them and the lady at the drive thru hands me 2 pup cups! Excellent first impression.
