The person serving me was very efficient and extremely nice, due to the fact I had to have her repeat herself because of not understanding her due to that horrible mask. The'barrister', who, I think, made my drink, was very busy texting and totally ignored my presence. I stood there waiting for my drink to be made and finally asked how long it would take to make the my chi tea. A bit surprised, he looked up at me, apparently oblivious to the fact there was a customer standing there being absorbed in his personal texting, then said.. "didn't they make your drink?" as he turned around behind him and then said.. "OH.. there it is! pointing to the end of the counter. My husband & I stopped here after getting terrible drinks at the Target Starbucks. He was able to drink his latte but, what was suppose to be my Pink drink, was not drinkable. At first, we were told they couldn't remake my drink because we'd gone to a licensed store & not a corporate store but the manager was at the window telling us they would remake it. Service was subpar with a slow and confused barista. The drink I ordered was not the drink I received. Terrible. I went and ordered an iced coffee. When it came out cream was not in and the lady at the front gave me an attitude when I asked why there was no cream in it. I also ordered vanilla and paid for extra vanilla. There was no type of sweetener added at all. I tried to call multiple times and it seems that they just leave their phone off the hook so they don't have to answer phones. Employees were just lounging around not making drinks. I know I'm going to get tomatoes thrown at me when I say I do not like Starbucks coffee. In my opinion the coffee beans let off a burned flavor, and no quantity of milk or salt can correct it. And I do avoid this place. However, this is a nice Starbucks with a drive thru, for those that have theirs on the go. They have the accouterments you will find in other Starbucks, with the benefit of the drive thru. For the Starbucks addict, I would highly recommend. For myself, I tend to stay away. read more

The location is great. It depends on who is there per the service and drink taste. When Tina is there the crew is more friendly and the drinks are awesome. However, when the other dark haired short manager is there the drink doesn't taste the same and the crew is not as friendly. She is rather abrasive and just not as nice as Tina. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and have realized that the crew's morale or attitude is often related to the leader that is in charge at that time. I traveled across the country for 6 months getting Starbucks in countless cities and states, I always order the same drink which is a watered down version of iced tea since I'm sensitive to caffeine but like to have a little bit. Not one Starbucks has ever batted an eye at my order until today where we were told there would be an up charge to put the tea In A larger cup and add ice and water to it. BUT ordering the tea and then getting an ice water in the larger cup wouldn't have been a problem which makes no sense. We also had a large order as a family of 5 we were going to order food as well but she didn't even ask if we wanted anything else my husband had to Interrupt her to add to the order at which point we decided to just not purchase at this Starbucks and found one down the street that had no problem with my watered down iced tea order and we happily spent our money there. read more

I usually get great service at this location, but today fell short. My boyfriend delivered a coffee to me for my birthday and it was only 2/3 full. I did call him to make sure he hadn't taken a couple drinks before delivery and he didn't as he had bought his own. With the premium that is charged for the beverages, I would at least expect them to fill my drink up. read more

I come here all the time because this is the only and closest drive thru Starbucks near the Market Common area. The people are nice but sometimes super slow and theh always mess up my coffee. Whether its not the right size, too much ice, or simply isn't what I asked for. I am a Starbucks lifetime fan, and the only reason i visit this location is because it's close to my residence, and it's the closest location that redeems Starbucks Gold Cars Rewards. My drink is rarely made correctly at this location. I drink the same thing, a Trenta Iced Redeye with vanilla syrup. iced coffee wih Espresso. Simple. It usually never has a espresso, or has classic syrup AND vanilla, and I usually leave with the incorrect drink. I will continue to be a loyal customer to the Target kiosk inside of the Starbucks right down the road, where my drink is made PERFECTLY every single day from the sweetest and most friendly staff on the beach. coming from a former Starbucks barista, by the way. :) read more

I go to this Starbucks regularly, and I've had a great experience every time. The staff have all been very pleasant and quick to correct or make-good on any mistakes. The coffee is amongst the best of any I've had, particularly their americano, and the breakfast sandwiches are fresh, hot, and delicious. My only tip would be to head inside if you're in a hurry, as sometimes the drive-through can take a bit longer. Though, the atmosphere is great inside, so it's really win/win. read more

I've been coming here since they opened a few years ago... The service used to be grueling slow. I would avoid the drive thru at all costs and inside they put all drive thru orders before in house which I don't think is right. Fast forward the past year or so, the lines seem to move a lot faster, but the overall morale is bland. I never get greeted, never see a smile, and there's a couple employees who are just nasty and miserable every single time I come in. Not to me directly, but just stressing and near screaming at each other like the place is on fire. It probably explains the awful amount of turnover they're experiencing because who wants to work with negativity all day? Off the top of my head I can only think of 2 baristas with great service industry personality. We have tons of locations here, and this is def not one I enjoy to go to unless I'm in that immediate area. The target across the way has a much friendlier staff and knows not to let your espresso sit in the shot glasses so they get bitter while you're waiting on your drink. read more

Just left this Starbucks very disappointed. I have been to Starbucks all over the country and the majority of them have tremendous customer service. That's how they are trained and what has built their business. Not only is the service here marginal at best, they don't even acknowledge the customers when they enter the store. After waiting at the counter for approx. 5 minutes one of the girls finally said "I'll be with you in a minute". A few minutes later she did come over. This is with a crew of 5 people working there and I was the only person at the counter. The drive up was busy but no excuse with that amount of staff. They have to treat the walk-ins with as much respect as they do the drive-up window. Also, at the very least, one of the staff should ask if they can get a drink going for you. One of the crew, I believe the manager, was right in front of me stocking the sandwiches, and never said a word. Everything else was more important than waiting on a customer. CUSTOMERS ARE WHAT THIS BUSINESS IS BASED ON! Very poor training, very disappointed where this brand is headed, at least at this location. read more
