They are a stand alone establish on the far edge of Krogers parking lot which is across the street from Panda Express/ Bogangles. I placed an order in the Starbucks app for pick up at the drive thru on Monday, July 1, 2024 at 6 pm. Then I came to the drive thru right after, which took a minute to get there after placing the order. I saw there was no line at the drive thru. When I arrived at the intercom, I let them know I had an order for Daniel. The girl who answered decided to take her job seriously and began to lecture me about how I should not show up to the drive thru right after placing the online order. She condescendingly said, "so you just placed that order. Next time you should wait until your order is ready for pick up before pulling up at the drive-thru." Ma'am, I'm not sure what difference it would've made since I could have waited the same amount of time, if not, longer if I just put in my order at the drive-thru. There were literally no cars in front of me at the intercom nor at the pick-up window. Then right after she gave me my drink, she decided to repeat her lecture again. As a former Starbucks employee, I know this is poor customer service and I was appalled. Like what gives the right for the employee to tell customers when they can pick up their orders? If they have to wait until their order is ready, then let them wait. They know they're there early... I had only a grande iced drink and a cake pop. If it was a big order with 5+ drinks, then yes it would've made sense to wait until it was ready for pick-up before going to the drive thru. But literally only one drink and a cake-pop, and no line still triggered her to tell me how to order. Those comments alone deserved a 1 star for abhorrent customer service. read more

Their Nitro Cold Brew machine never works. And when it does it is all foam no coffee. I really wish they would fix this.

Fast friendly service!! An eight car line went super quick. The baristas are funny and courteous. First time a Starbucks has ever offered a pup cup! Kisses gives it a four paws up! Bacon Egg Bites never disappoint and the Blonde Skinny Vanilla Latte was fantastic. Will definitely go again when I'm in the area. read more

It's no mystery that Starbucks is by far my favorite stop for coffee and other selections that are spontaneously dictated by my cravings for great coffee. I have visited literally hundreds of Starbucks' location since they've come into existence and although they all seem to be pretty consistence with the quality of the products they offer; the service, quality of the product, wait-time, cleanliness and accessibility of the location are the five points I will rate all of them on going forward - so to make the point I've recently incorporated a rating system based on this short list to calculate the rating of the locations I visit. I feel all these criterions are controllable by the corporation, the franchise owner or store manager. Service - 4 Stars Quality - 5 Stars Wait Time - 3 Stars Cleanliness - 4 Stars Accessibility - 4 Stars Rating - 4.0 Stars No issues here - they were a little busy so the wait time was a little long but overall a great location - products were perfectly executed :-) read more

This is a pretty standard Starbucks location. Friendly service, everything is clean etc. After my first cup of coffee, and a refill, the Clerk just gave me the second refill, that was nice of him. This location is maybe a bit smaller than some others I've been in, but there are still several "comfy" chairs if you want to relax, and several tables. This Starbucks is a goodie. When I am in the boro I always stop by. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable about their products and fast. The store itself is very clean and well stocked. They have never got my order wrong here, and it is always spot on with the way I like it. If you are in the area I suggest stopping by for a cup. read more

Don't go to this location if you need to hear yourself think. It's run by a bunch of kids apparently and they carry on loud and obnoxious conversations with each other constantly. I am actually writing this review on location and they are currently having some sort of team meeting complete with loud chanting, cheering, and clapping. Two or three customers have already packed up and left and I am not far behind them. I would say they need some grown ups on the staff. read more

Let me start off by saying the baristas are very cordial and this is the closest and most convenient location for me; hence, the 3 stars. However, I do have to say they have the slowest drive-thru for any Starbucks I've ever been to and I'm a professed Starbucks addict who goes practically everyday. They also have a higher frequency of messing up on my orders. For example, today I had a simple mobile order of a Venti Peach Tranquility Herbal Tea with raspberry syrup. I didn't get any raspberry syrup. No biggie but it's still a mistake. Many times their drinks also don't taste as good for some reason. I just wish their service was as quick and drinks are as well made as the ones from either the location on Old Fort Pkwy or I-24&Sam Ridley Pkwy (those are my two fave locations within the area. read more

Worst Starbucks in Murfreesboro. I have come here often for the past 4 years and can say without a doubt they will make your drink wrong about 1/3rd of the time. It's not that big of a deal to occasionally have a drink made wrong, there are a lot of reasons for this, new employees, super busy times, and the simple fact that no one is perfect and baristas will make a mistake every once in a while, but at this location it is ridiculous how frequently they make a simple plain latte wrong. Most of the time they do not put the right amount of shots in a drink and if you get a specialty drink they often forget to put the syrup in the drink. God forbid you notify the person at the counter or window that your drink doesn't taste right, they WILL argue with you. Every time. I'm not rude or snobby about it, I actually HATE making a complaint anywhere and try to be as polite as possible but ALWAYS get a snarky remark from the employees at the church street starbucks. S Rutherford and Memorial locations are outstanding, never any issues at these two locations, only church street. read more
