I know this isn't anyone's fault but this starbucks is always packed. The parking lot is crowded, the drive thru line is always long at all hours of the day. I have actually had to park at the hotel next door and walk over. Since it is always crowded I will usually place a mobile order before going in; however, my order status does not get updated on the app. So several times I have been waiting for mt order to be ready, meanwhile it was already done and sitting on the counter. I came in at 440am and there was no one else in there, yet it took about 5 mins for one of the three baristas to even acknowledge that I was there. The barista that had blue in her hair was rude when taking my order, and just put my coffees down and didn't say anything. and the strawberry blonde with the long ponytail that made my sandwiches was rude too, just sneering when I offered a smile saying thank you.meanwhile all three of them are giggling and talking to one another over their headsets. Store lead Grace always goes above and beyond to make my experience great as well as has so much patience and kindness for my toddler when she tries to order for herself. Currently, this is my favorite coffee shop in the Mt Juliet/ Nashville area. I have had great customer service here and the best coffee/ drinks here. A manager talked me into downloading the Starbucks App on my phone from another Starbucks location nearby. But, I use it most of the time for this Starbucks. I recommend the Starbucks App. It saves time and you save money by getting some drinks for free. Once you have the App, you can put money on it. Then, you can open the App, choose a location, order a drink and pay for it. Then, you go to that location's drive thru and tell them your name and that you have a mobile order and they give you your drink at window. It's that simple and it's that easy. Experiences: I have become a regular here so much that they know me by name. In fact, they even know me by my truck pulling up and before I even say one word, they say " Good morning Steve, we have your drink ready, you can pull on up". Service was fast and friendly enough. But we ordered five drinks - four simple iced coffees - that were all not filled up (about a half inch or more below the lid). The iced Cloud Macchiato was like 3 inches down and barely cold within a couple minutes. The picture I posted has NOT been drunken out of. The foam didn't last at all. That was a $6 drink. I've ordered these drinks before and they aren't like this. The Cloud Macchiato does have the foam go down, but only after you start drinking. Not so fast on it's own. Always enjoy the Starbucks beverages and eatables, which I missed during the initial COVID-19 precautions. Thank you Starbucks for offering mobile ordering. Most mornings of late, it seemed the bulk of the customers have been using the drive through and running inside a mostly empty store, wearing my face mask for a quick pickup, has felt pretty low risk. Staff are always wearing masks, and the app notice that "Your order is ready", helped avoid standing and waiting for my to go order. Not so great today, while my order was ready and was prepared just as ordered, I was dismayed to see not one of the several customers in the store wearing a mask. Especially the couple seated by the doorway and customers placing orders at the counter. I understand there isn't a "requirement" to wear a mask, so for now I suppose I'll either brew at home or use the drive through. read more

There was one person in front of me when I ordered, they got their drink within 2-3 minutes... there was no one else in there the entire time I was there. I waited THIRTY MINUTES, yes... 30 minutes for my frapp. They only cared about the drive though. The service was terrible, the workers were very rude, and the drink didn't even taste that great. This is the second time I have ordered a protein box with fruit and cheese and had moldy/mushy fruit. I'd have gone back but the service took too long the first time and we had already hit the interstate. Double check your fruit And they continue to just mess up: Gave them another chance because of time and it ends up wasting my $$. Lesson Learned (again): This is why I have given up on this Starbucks. When I use the Starbucks on Lebanon Rd (or anywhere else around here aside from this one) my drinks are usually great. This Starbucks continually fails. This is one example. These are both Cold Foam beverages, the one on the left is the CF Cappuccino purchased from the Lebanon Rd store and the one on the right is the CF Cascara from this store. If it is supposed to be a COLD FOAM beverage I think more than a sparse topping of cold foam is appropriate. This is always the standard at this location. Finally, it opens! The shell of this Starbucks had mocked the better half and I for at least a year. Driving past it twice going to visit her folks "Opening soon" it said for ever and ever. Then, suddenly it was open and operating! The staff seems more than excited about the new location. My barista, while making my Grande Double Blended Caramel Frappucino, was filled with so much zeal that he must have put almost the entire can of whipped cream on the top. When he went to put the lid on, an almost obscene display of it ejected from the hole where the straw goes! I'm looking forward to many future visits to this location, and I hope they keep putting on just the same amount of whipped cream! read more

I normally don't review large chains since people generally know what to expect - but this location seems super busy and it's worth warning people about the long delays - recently waited almost 30 mins from the time of my receipt to receive a plain old latte - which is 25 minutes too long. Same Starbucks you'll find most of the time but if you're in a hurry you should probably keep going down the road. read more

Consistently, the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to. Prepare to spend anywhere from ten to twenty minutes waiting on your order if you go through the drive thru. I don't know who trained these employees but they have absolutely zero sense of urgency. Even when the line is literally wrapped around the building, they will be moving at such a glacial speed that it's quite frankly unnerving. I want to love you guys because you're always so friendly and fast, but WHY are the drinks so inconsistent?! We literally order the same drink every time and it's a toss up with what we get. Recently, we have been adding an extra shot of espresso to our venti lattes and it is hit or miss when the drink label says triple or quad. To clarify this confusion we have asked several employees how many shots of espresso are in a venti and we get different answers literally every time. Some employees say it comes with 2 shots (same as grande) and others say 3 shots. It is very frustrating ordering the same thing every day and getting different results. So the big question is... How many shots of espresso come in a Venti latte??? Please let me know and then please let your staff know because clearly we are all confused. read more

Starbucks is one of my favorite places to go. Usually I go to the Smyrna location which is rarely a bad experience. I have tried the Mt Juliet location at least 5 or 6 times now and it's a bad every time.. so today I ordered a "venti caramel cloud macchiato"... she never told me my total.. and when I look over to my fiancé handing me my coffee I got a "tall plain caramel macchiato".. didn't get a receipt or anything. Not happy. I would have been more understanding if they were busy..but we were literally the only people there. read more

I frequent this Starbucks location to study and do work. The layout is okay and the staff is friendly. Only complaint is the music selection is terrible. This is not a nightclub. Maybe some 'coffee house' music would be great! Especially in the late mornings. read more

I just moved to Tennessee and this is my local Starbucks since moving...unfortunately. Every time I go I wait for 15- 20 minutes for my coffee while other people come and go after me. I just have a iced coffee so Its not complicated but they make it clear that it's not a priority. I asked if it had been forgotten today because I was in a time crunch but the barista said no and went on to make 4 more coffees leaving the cup on the counter with my name on it. I've never waited more than 5 minutes in the last 15 years of frequent visits to other Starbucks. It's horrible service with the grumpiest baristas I've ever encountered.. great location geographically but is probably the worst Starbucks I've been to when it comes to guest service. I really like Starbucks but this will be my last visit. I guess I'm giving up on Starbucks for 2020 read more
