The wife chose a tea concoction from a stand alone menu they had propped up on the counter, as if to advertise special or seasonal configurations. She was told they did not have one of the two tea blends (then take it off the menu!). She ended up ordering a different offering from the main menu and I ordered a large latte. The food/pastry window was weak, so we did not order anything from there. Maybe they got wiped out before we arrived around 2pm, but I kind of doubt it. We took a seat in the dining area and when our drinks were brought over I was a little disappointed in the size of my "large" coffee, as in most places it would have been deemed a medium. It's crazy to me I'd rather waste my money than to go back and have them remake or tell them how awful it was because I feel bad. New no outside beverage policy. They don't offer lattes and we were all ordering breakfast, not just sitting around drinking coffee from home. Was told they make most of their money off coffee? Isn't it like $3 with refills? Not like I bought my own eggs. Cool. Left and went to waffle house. Prob wont be back. So, they lost $30-$40 in sales because of a $3 coffee? Sound business decision.
