I appreciate a coffee spot like Sbux where I know is consistent and will give me what I want. People here are friendly and very quick to serve. Have never had an issue. Just wish they had those cheesecake brownies but that's just me. read more

Starbucks - five stars This is my favorite Starbucks in town. They do a good job and they're nice. I always get a mocha and it's delicious every time. The staff is helpful and enthusiastic about their job. Some people say that they don't like this starbucks, but I've never had a bad experience. Maybe they had a bad employee that they had to fire a while back. I'm not sure, but they're awesome now. read more

Okay, it was Frappy Hour, which I understand is busier, but my cousin is lactose intolerant and he personally witnessed the barista scrape off whipped cream from his no-whip soy green tea frappucino - and when he mentioned that he would need the drink remade, they told him they took off the whipped cream. Umm, no, try again! :P My personal experience was so/so - I mean, I got my drink (yay) but the girl that took my order (NO JOKE) rolled her eyes when I spelled out my name after she asked, "what" three times and couldn't get my name right (Kristin? Kristy? Christine?) - I just thought it would help, but apparently, it frustrated her. read more

Pretty new store. Lots of space. Cashier unwilling to do two translations even though there wasn't anyone else in the store. And then she didn't give me a receipt. And charged me extra for addin even though my gold card gets it free to me. So. She went on break and another coworker asked why I was frowning. I got a 9$ coffee and I'm okay with the price cause i usually get what i want witch is 6 shots in my coffee. I watched them make the coffee the dump out 1/6 of my coffee to put a crap ton of whip cream on so i asked them to re make it cause I'm paying 9$ for one drink and i watched them dump out the shots I'm paying for. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. There might be worse Starbucks out there, but I haven't discovered any yet. Plan on spending an extra 15 to 20 minutes more waiting for your drinks than you would at pretty much any other Starbucks. Today I was excited to see no one standing in line in front of me. Yet, I still waited and waited and waited. Look, I get having bad days or all kinds of reasons under the sun for having breakdowns on the team. I run a retail store myself. But, after having visited this place relatively consistently for the last 5 months I can't do it anymore. I've lost too many hours of my life waiting for coffee. Again, I've been to many Starbucks and this is hands down the worst I've visited. Every other time I've gone through the drive-thru, I've had to park and go in the store to grab a stir stick because Starbucks apparently doesn't teach their employees how to stir the espresso shots into the flavoring so that it will mix. EXTREMELY frustrated customer over here. read more

Very disappointed. Burnt drip coffee, burnt espresso shots, and the drinks are made differently every day. Nothing is consistent. Not worth the expense. I'm sad to say that Starbucks is the only coffee shop near my place of work, if there was another option I would gladly take it over this. read more

Gotta say haven't been impressed the last 3 visits. Every time the coffee tastes burnt and they did not give us to correct sizes we asked for even after they give us the summary before we pull around. We just take the coffees instead of having them remake it to not tie up the line of other cars waiting. This Starbucks is the slowest, most inefficient I have ever witnessed. Today, it took 15 minutes from ordering to window. Three cars should take 5-8 minutes. I was late to work. They would not survive this way of transplanted anywhere other than the Palouse. read more

I was okay with them not having coconut milk since they substituted it for soy milk. But then I asked for light Ice they even put it on the sticker on the cup. When they gave me the order the up was filled with Ice. Thanks for putting drink in the ice that I ordered. Disappointed at the fact that they couldn't get one thing right. I love Starbuck's don't get me wrong. Just NOT this location. I have been going to Starbuck's since before they were cool. Frequented the Pike's Place location. Never have I been treated as if I was a homeless penniless waif. First the young lady taking my order informed me that I could not have anything off their food menu unless I wanted a heated sandwich because everything else was frozen. Evidently the crew from the night before didn't think anyone might order anything so they didn't do their prep. I had to repeat my drink order 3 times (Venti double no whip not that difficult) and she still questioned me when I got o the window. Then I did not get my order at all because they weren't prepared for a fifty dollar bill. Seriously? Do you want to do business or not? I will go to Dutch Brothers when I am in Moscow from now on! read more

Very friendly and nice employees. The drinks are fairly consistent and the espresso rarely tastes burnt. Definitely among my favorite coffee places in Moscow. The only negative aspect of this location is the wait time, specifically in the drive-thru. The other day I waited for 7 minutes with 5 cars ahead of me. I've definitely waited longer on other days. Luckily I know to expect a wait and usually plan accordingly when going through the drive-thru. Would love to see a reduction in the wait time though! read more

I reiterate everything said earlier regarding how slow service is, and how inattentive they are. I quit going there a year or so ago because they never had coffee ready, and so for a simple coffee order always had to wait for a pour over. They would then forget (after I paid of course) and would focus on much more complicated drinks and it would take me 20 to 30 minuets to get a pour over. I stopped in today and ordered a Venti of a coffee they were featuring only to be told they were out. Rather than wait for a pour over I changed my order to one they said they had ready, and they charged my card. They then came back and said they were out of that coffee as well, but would make a pour over. I was then ignored for over 20 minutes while they visited with each other and waited on other customers (even though the water had been heated up for the pour over). I counted 8 in-house customers who ordered after me, much more complicated drinks, and were served before me as well as 6 or 7 cars in the drive through. I stood at the counter the whole time, and finally a different barista asked what I was waiting for. I said a pour over (simple order). They then made the pour over with water that had been sitting out for over 15 minutes (it was no even luke warm), and then when there was not enough water in the heated container topped it off with tap water. They then did say "sorry we forgot about you." I finally got to my truck and the coffee was cold and terrible. I did not go back for a refund because I assumed that would take another 30 minutes.
