Tonight I sat for literally 30 minutes in the drive-through. The first five minutes at the order box before anybody acknowledged I was there. There were only three cars in front of me and it took me 30 minutes to get to the window to get one donut. I don't know if they're understaffed or under trained on Saturday but it's miserable.

We visited around 4:30 pm on Friday evening and were seated promptly. My brother ordered the ribs, and my sister had the fried chicken. I opted to play it safe and only ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. My brother enjoyed the ribs, but my sister said the chicken had no flavor whatsoever. I had a bite, and I completely agree. It was as if someone just fried the chicken without seasoning it. My sandwich was fine, just as I expected. The fries, however, were nothing special. Temporary ID or not, as long as it is valid and not expired, it is generally accepted everywhere else. I hope that in composing this review, something snaps for MITHU and it registers that unless someone is deliberately causing harm and/or creating a disruption, it is not OK to bend the rules just because he has a very fragile ego. No gloves when grabbing the items after using the PC device and those long nails were unsanitary. There were several other young females in the establishment who just stood around on their phones when others needed assistance. Not a good look. I understand that the food industry isn't a happy industry, but hiring happy individuals would be a step up to making the establishment happier and brighter.
