I'm throughly disappointed in Starbucks, Specifically this location. I want to start off by saying that I literally order from here atleast 3 times a week. Here I am at Starbucks, I put in an online order at 2:50, arrive about 10 min later, come in I'd say about 20 min later my husband coffee comes out right away I can tell it isn't right. When you order the same drink 3x a week for the last 6 months you know. He didn't want to sit and wait for them to remake it so he kept his. Mine ended up not coming out until 3:15. Let me add no one in drive through, TWO people inside. My drink came out WHITE, tasted exactly of oatmilk. I like that but I also want some coffee. So I went to the front where a lady was cleaning and not doing anything, I asked her for some more coffee to put in it and she got my a shot of espresso on the side. I appreciate the help but can you not offer to remake it considering you just remade the two that were ahead of me? Obviously someone isn't making the coffee properly. I have NEVER been to this location and had any problems, I swear by this location how fast they usually are, how great the coffee is, and how great the people working are considering most know me by name. I've tried and tried with Starbucks consistently not making the coffees right but always had this location to trust. I'm officially not coming to Starbucks anymore. I'm paying $7 for a coffee and I'm okay with that as long as it's right. I shouldn't have to ask for a refund or drink straight oatmilk I can buy more oatmilk at the store for less. It's almost cliché to say there's no place like home, but when it comes to Starbucks, there's truly no place like the one in our home, the one we frequent, the one we're accustomed to. I was traveling this weekend in Mobile for an event at South Alabama and googled the nearest Starbucks. One of my go-to drinks is an iced cloud macchiato. When I order it at the Starbucks in Biloxi, I sometimes get an extra shot of espresso, which creates more liquid. So I generally ask for the next size cup, to accommodate that extra liquid. They refused to do that here and said if they did they'd have to charge me for the grande, even though I only ordered a tall with an extra espresso. This would not have even been an issue at home! When I have to travel to Mobile in the future, I would drive out of the way to visit another Starbucks after this experience. read more

This is a great place to come and hang out! The baristas are very friendly. Very clean stores comparatively to many many Starbucks I've been to. My drink is always made correctly. When the dark or blonde roast is not available, the baristas are hesitant to make me an Americano or pour over! Highly recommend trying a pour over! I love the new chocolate filled croissant! Make sure you get it heated up! The croissant becomes uber flaky! The bacon sandwich on croissant is yummy! It's a good size breakfast sandwich. I love the new furniture in the store. I wish there was more places to sit but this store isn't as large as other stores. Still a good amount of sitting space. Bathroom is clean! I'm very picky about my bathrooms!!! This happened back in November 2022 and I just now got around to writing a review, but I wanted to give this location a shoutout. Obviously their drinks are great, but I wanted to focus on their above and beyond customer service. I had gotten a drink and a sandwich and went back to my car to find my battery completely dead. I went back in to the Starbucks to ask for help and one of their baristas immediately came out, got jumper cables from his car, and jumped my car for me. He didn't leave me until we were sure my car was working and had me test it a couple of times to make sure the jump worked. I didn't catch his name but he was Asian, had glasses, and had either very short or a completely buzzed haircut. He was super kind during the whole interaction even though I'm sure this was a nuisance during a busy time in the store. Big thank you to this barista!!! There are Starbucks locations closer to where I live but I prefer coming to this location because of how nice and considerate the staff is. read more

This location is very convenient to the interstate and many businesses. It is easy to get in and out of. Every time that I have visited, it is quiet and clean. It is at an intersection that can be exited without going into major traffic which is nice. It is also convenient to the college campus. read more

Rene is a wonderful manager who gets to know customers by name. It's a pretty busy store with 4 or more workers busily working all the time. There are no weird negativities at this store...its clean, the service is amazingly fast, the restrooms are clean and odor free. The biggest complaint I can make is that sometimes the cream container at the self service station is empty, but that is really a complaint about whatever customer emptied it and put it back. The first thing I noticed was that they were pretty slow when getting the order for the person in front of me. Then I was sitting there waiting for a while and I noticed that people that came after me already had their orders. I got up and asked about my black tea latte and they were like 'Oh yeah, sorry.' Just moved to Mobile and I came to this Starbucks to do schoolwork, and my only complaint is how noisy it was, but there's no way to avoid that in a Starbucks during happy hour. The manager Renee is an amazing manager, she came to talk with me and my boyfriend and walked around multiple times to pick up trash and interact with guests. A+++ for Renee. This was one of the cleanest, most proficient, and most organized stores I have been to. The main lady on hot bar (I'm assuming that's the correct term) was also AMAZING. She knew exactly what she was doing, and got drinks out faster than I've ever seen. When she was backed up she would call out and reassure everyone that their drinks were coming and to be patient. Overall amazing location, EXCELLENT customer service, 10/10 would recommend. read more

This was my every morning Starbucks stop because of quick access of interstate. Average service on an average day. Then one time I forgot my wallet , wouldn't take check or just give it to me since they obviously recognized me since I went EVERYDAY.... but hey, I get it. Let that slide , then after waiting in line about 15 minutes the guy at the speaker said sorry but only taking Starbucks cards or cash......the machine is broke. Why didn't you put a sign out there or something? He said well it just broke about 30 minutes ago. Ok, so I scraped up what I had and was about .75 cents short. They wouldn't spot me .75 cents. Mind you, I was being real nice , as a matter of fact , he was being polite. I guess he just doesn't understand that some times you go the extra mile for a customer. Service has gone downhill ever since they started serving hot food now I wait even longer for a simple coffee and what's even more annoying is when I'm sitting at the window watching my drink being made and the guy finished it and puts it in front of the cash register waiting for the girl who is no where to be found to give it to me.
