I stopped by Starbucks and grabbed some snacks. It is very clean and spacious. I tried the lemon cake pop and the cinnamon coffee cake. The lemon cake pop was really sweet, but it's not really my thing. However, the cinnamon coffee cake wasn't bad. I asked for it to be warmed up, but it wasn't very warm, maybe because it was busy at the time and the staff didn't notice. When I got home, I heated it up a bit more and it tasted better. Terrible Service!!!! There was nobody in the drive thru lane we were the only ones. Yet the employees never even cared to ask for our order in the speaker! So we went to the window To speak to them. The lady that was working the window was so rude. So we asked for our money back and they were so hesitant to give it to us! They Started getting all their employees to yell at us! So i went to starbucks to buy 2 drinks, $10.95, and to also add $25 to my rewards card. Barista hands me the debit machine and total charge is $25. So i question it and the barista tells me, "oh because your card is empty." So in my mind immediately, the total is $35.95 so that I can walk away having paid my drinks and still have $25 on the card. So I let them know "I'd like to pay for my drinks and also add $25 to my starbucks card. Barista again says, "yes sir, but your card is empty." I replied, "yes, thank you, i understand that its empty thus adding $25 in addition to paying for my drinks." Then they uttered the words that piss me off when a customer service rep cant be bothered to do what the customer wants, "well sir, its easier this way" and again hands me the machine total charge of $25. I know the barista wants to charge $25 onto the rewards card and then deduct $10.95 there after. I understand that this process lets them press less buttons. But when the customer wants a specific outcome, why in the raging, furocious masterbating orangutan would a customer service rep say, "its easier this way"? "No. Do it the way i asked because i want the card to have $25 after i leave this interaction." This lazy p.o.s. resorts to, "okay you know what sir, this is on us, happy thanksgiving." As if this was a cure all remedy that will make things work out. I ask to confirm, "so is there $25 on this card now?" "No. But you can have the drinks..." "No, charge me the $10.95 and then charge me $25 to add funds to the card" "But sir, im giving this to you for free..." "I dont want free, i dont want easier for YOU, i want correct." Now, you'd think the barista would get help or listen to their coworker who was trying to help, or talk to a manager or bugger off and let someone else take over. No, they hunker down and tried to argue, "but sir, this way is easier because your card is empty." "No shit. I KNOW its empty, thats why im telling you to add $25 in addition to me paying 10.95 for my drinks!" At this point my brain switched it up, this barista CLEARLY was not a math intellect in anyway. If this was a written math question they were NOT getting marks. Anywho, co-worker tells barista that they were getting the manager and barista brushes coworker off and again attempts to "explain" things to me. And I was just "no. Charge me the 10.95" "But sir..." "No." "But sir..." "No. Charge the 10.95 now." Barista does it. "Okay now put the $25 onto the rewards card" I get my drinks. Then this barista, as if there was any hope for them, holds onto my rewards card. I dont even know what gave them any thought of miniscule hope that they could say anything to reconcile this interaction, "so sir..." "No. Stop talking, give me my card so i can leave" Im visibly angry. My tone of voice had nothing to it but frustration. Cars behind us are honking. The barista's voice was emotional and waivering, their face, though masked, had wrinkles of frustration stops thinking and talking. Barista's manager is now standing beside then and he taps their shoulder and says, "let it go." I get my card back and drive off with an audible "holy. Shit." Because 10mins in a starbucks drive-thru isnt unheard of but when its 9mins infront of the window only, just: holy. Shit. If i ever order again, pull up to the window and see that its Milan. Im just gonna drive off without the drinks. Absolute waste of time. read more

I would have normally given this place a 1 star but the staff service here was solid and attentive. I just honestly feel bad for them. Warning to anyone coming in... this cafe has an active wasp nest somewhere in this place. I saw no less than 10 wasps with people quickly running, swatting with news paper, and even the poor staff had to fight through them to change the garbage. That's unnecessarily cruel to the staff. Aside from the huge bug issue, the drinks here are pretty terrible too. Over $12 for 2 heated waters ... aka chai latte. They added too much water or almond milk and not enough chai mix. It was terrible. 1/5 As I mentioned the staff is good here, they gave out GC for those who were waiting too long. At least they're aware and care enough about the customers. read more

This Starbucks is a pretty decent one! The size is good with a lot of tables and outlets. It is great for working and there is also communal table. The location is perfect as it is close by to various plazas, major Hwys and it is also in the Square One area. It would be a good spot for a meeting as well. The service I cannot complain as it was quick and I got what needed in no time. Did I mention that they have a drive through?Awesome! Ohhhh and they have a good size patio for the summer months! Only thing I would suggest is that perhaps turning the music down but I have noticed generally the noise level at most Starbucks are higher than average. However, I still really like this location so I will definitely be back!! read more

Great customer service! Friendly staff, due to covid-19 it's only drive thru. The pastries at this location sell out quite quickly, if you have a sweet tooth for a chunky chocolate chip cookie drop by early. The line ups are busy pertaining on the time of the day. Since this location is at a busy intersection (Hurontario and Eglinton) I thought it would be PACKED when I got it but to my lovely surprise it was practically empty. This location is actually pretty large and has lots of seating. Also, the first outlet I tried worked! I was at another location a while back and no outlets worked there. Anyway, as soon as I walked in I got greeted which was nice. This location also has a drive-through so that's probably part of the reason why it isn't as busy in here. My girlfriend loves this place, I'm not sure why, but she does. An overly priced drink can make this girl happy. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and willing to make secret menu products. I don't even know the difference between a tall, grande and venti, I literally just show my girlfriend's order to the staff and then there it is. This location is good. They're usually very fast with my orders. I recommend the drive through to avoid long line ups (businesses seem to usually put the drive thru first to avoid parking lot crowding). I would've given 5 stars, but there was a couple of times my order didn't include the extra shot I pay for, and they missed adjusting the temperature to 130 degrees and I've ended up burning myself). Thai has only happened a couple times out of the many I've visited this location. All in all a good location though. read more

This starbucks has a drive thru which is awesome, because very few of them do. However, last time I went through it, my latte was basically half full, so I had to go in anyways to get that fixed (I'm not paying $5 for a latte to get skimped. If you go inside for service it is pleasant and relatively quick like all other starbucks. The parking is hit and miss. Really just depends on the business of other places in that plaza. Their seating area is set up better than most locations by using big tables to accommodate the single coffee drinking laptop users. This is much preferred and really allows for more people to sit. This location is fairly close to home so I will continue to go but I don't use the drive thru anymore unless I'm just ordering plain coffee or tea. read more

It's a Starbucks so there is not much to say. However, I do like the fact that they have a communal table and plenty of outlets so you can sit there, chill and do your work. I'm a fan of the communal table because it encourages solo coffee drinkers to sit at the table and only take up one space as opposed to taking up a table with two seats. It allows for better flow. Overall, if you are looking for a Starbucks, ample free parking and somewhere to work/study, then this is a decent bet. read more

This is my new favourite indoor Starbucks in Mississauga. Instant fan! The store is new with a nice and spacious layout. There are lots of seats with outlets too - key when I need to charge my electronics. Since this is a drive through location, all drinks have stickers on it which makes it easier for baristas to read drinks - can't interpret someone else's writing incorrectly!! The staff seem friendly. The bar looks clean but probably because it's new. What can I say, it is Starbucks. Other reviews say staff can be a little cold at times, and I'd agree. Not always up to the normal Starbucks quality. And I've had the wifi not working here on my visits too. The quality of the food and drinks has always been good at this location. Starbucks as a whole is a decent organization. When I walked into this Starbucks there were 3 baristas working. The girl working the cash was training. She turned over to ask Michelle a question and Michelle (other barista making drinks) rolled her eyes as if she didn't want anything to do with her. I'm not trying to have someone fired, but I myself work in customer service, the attitude is not appreciated. It's the holidays... smile and be helpful and courteous. No one likes a grinch. Ps. Super disappointed with this location. Love that this location has a drive thru, which makes it really easy to grab a coffee and go. During my recent visits I was extremely disappointed. The baristas and cashiers are lacking on the job. The cashier got my order wrong, I ordered a Grande but she entered a tall. I asked for the tea latte to be substituted for a black tea base instead of the regular rooibos tea not sure if she input it or not. But when I got my drink from the barista, the drink was a tall, the cup was sticky. The tea base was not black tea. Additionally, the presentation of the latte was horrible, looking nothing like the advertisement. It did not have the blooming rose topping. Moreover, I also ordered a Strawberry Acai refresher in venti. When I got my drink, it was not full to the rim. It was about two inches from the rim. I felt like I got scammed. Still a great location but I've noticed they run out of green tea quite often. On the flip side, it's pushed me to try the other teas & they're pretty good. Today I'm sipping on the passion mango. I used to go to this location often because it has a drivethru and i work nearby. Needless to say i no longer go here. The staff is rude and do not represent starbucks as it should be... or as ive experienced at every other location. They dont give eye contact, say please or thank you, or even smile.
