Nice and very busy Starbucks located on the very busy intersection of 87 ave and sunset. This bucks is always busy. I have never gone and it's empty. However they are always very efficient in my order and nice. Today was no different. I ordered my usual drink and a cake pop. Cake pop took a while to come out which was weird cause normally in the other Starbucks they just hand it to me before I leave the register. However this one does things differently. They collect all good items and distribute them in order. I get it. And hey whatever works for them. I eventually got it and was on my way. Like I said before a pleasant yet busy Starbucks. Wonderful place to work remotely since there are about 5 tables to sit at (smaller than other Starbucks) but there is plenty of natural light! Long story short my drink was slightly cooler since it took me awhile to get my mobile order. I asked if they could reheat my drink and the staff ever so kindly remade me a whole new drink at no charge and happily did so even when there were tons of other people in the store. These small gestures go along way in my book so I was very impressed with the staff on 4/27/23. I don't usually come to this Starbucks location since it isn't near to my house, but since my son is now going to school in the area I chose to order here. Today was an average line of usually Starbucks goers, didn't seem too busy nor slow. But the vibe I got was that they might be down an employee or two. The 3 employees that were here serving seems ok except for the manager. She showed signs frustration. She roughly told her subordinates To move and get back on the line and off the register. Ok maybe that's how they handle things. But at least put on a smile and say hello! or how are you this morning? To your customers that are paying good money for your products. She pushed through and got everyone their order which I understand. Her idea was to get people in and out to start their day. Thank you, but trying a little nicer of an approach as yes it's the morning and people want to start their day off right, not rushed to order. This has tables and chairs outside and inside, with the free wifi as usual. The only bad thing is how small the parking is. I was surprised at how fast they got my order. I bought a matcha almond milk grande and a frappe chino chocolate plus two bagels .Hubby likes the plain bagel and I like the everything bagel , always the butter is on the side if you want to use it. Throughout the past year, I have seen this Starbucks time and time again, but it wasn't until this past weekend that I finally went to it. This particular Starbucks is located in a shopping plaza right across the street from a gas station and a bigger shopping plaza with a Winn-Dixie in it. The shopping plaza that Starbucks resides in is small and this Starbucks also doesn't have a drive-thru, so it may not be the most convenient. However, if you go in, you will be impressed by the customer service here. It is beyond stellar. Everyone is quick, efficient, and rather attentive. The coffee, too, tastes amazing, and you will probably say all Starbucks tastes the same, but I disagree. Sometimes people burn coffee, or rather, the machines do. I am a veterinary intern at a busy vete hospital that is right across the street, so I NEED my java, and I need it pronto. And on days I have a morning presentation, I am the first customer in the door at 5:30 am. Parking: Tight but I was able to find some early in the morning with no problem. Atmosphere: Everyone knows each other. Friendly neighborhood spot in such a busy place! The staff here are the friendliest, most considerate and wonderful people you will encounter during your day, guaranteed! I come here almost twice a day and it is such a breath of fresh air. If I am having a bad day, the kindness and generosity that radiates from this place makes it all go away. They will greet you by your name and remember your order if you're a regular, such as myself.
