How have I not been to this Starbucks? Well, I don't drink coffee often, and the coffee drinker in our house doesn't like Starbucks. And I don't like them much either, with their froufrou sizes and drinks. But, it was handy today. It wasn't too busy on a Saturday morning. Girl Scouts selling cookies out front, which was a perk. I got a sausage/cheddar/egg breakfast sandwich, and a salted caramel cold brew because it was on their poster. Was the sandwich better than McDonald's breakfast sandwiches? Yes, actually. Good bread, good sausage, good cheese, a good egg. (Ha ha.) Was the coffee good? It was alright. Overpriced, as was the sandwich. But tasty, and I needed caffeine. It's not awful. But I'd much rather go to a local place, and I'd much rather pay less of a markup. Parking was easy. There is a drive-through but the line was nuts. Service was good. I doubt I'll be back, just because I rarely drink coffee and there's not much else to draw me here. But I had a good enough experience today. read more

frequent this Starbucks often, was asked to pickup coffee on my way to work for some RNs 4 drinks including mine that was preordered I get to the drive thru tell "Alexis" who happens to be the manager as well that I have a couple mobile orders and get a nasty remark back "hold on hold on that's a lot" Marsha never has had an issue or anyone else! Proceed to the window and get told - "the next time you order this many drinks you need to come inside" completely rude tone" mind you all these drinks were ready! I'm giving 2 stars due to the happy service and the order was correct. Not full stars because the barista RYLEN was wearing a crop top shirt and was at the window serving the drive thru. I felt this was completely inappropriate attire for any worker in public, especially in a restaurant atmosphere. Starbucks in Marysville is definitely a treat but Bigby gives them a tough competition with prices and pace of speed! Starbucks has a lot of unique flavor options and drink choices thatvare to die for! I love the Iced Caramel Macchito! Everything has seemed pretty reasonably priced and employees have seemed super friendly everytime I have visited! I will definitely be back. read more

I stopped in regularly At the Marysville Ohio location store number 10843 - 102043 at the state route 33 and route 36 location and I love the people that work there they are so awesome and sweet and apparently I've been going there a little bit too much because I can order At the drive thru and the lovely miss Katie knows my order and I'm starting to think she knows my voice but I get regular notes like this because she is very awesome just like they are!!!!! This location is great! The workers greet you when you enter the door and they're always working their tails off. Very kind, welcoming people working hard to get us our coffee! I went here at the beginning of December to use the Wi-Fi. I needed help with making the resume and there was an employee there who I asked if he knew about computers and he told me that he was getting his degree on network systems or something related to computer technology. He went out of his way to help me figure things out and he taught me some tricks too. I am very thankful for him. The atmosphere was great too as well as the service! This is one super slow Starbucks, but it's also always pretty busy & crowded (like most seem to be when I'm craving a quick fix) so I can't fault them too much. The staff is usually friendly and try to make up for the lack of speed with decent customer service both in the store and via the drive thru, so that always helps. I love any Frappuccino made with non-fat milk and no whip (since it's always left at the bottom of my empty cups anyways so why not save the calories?!). My favorite right now is the Green Tea one, but come on, they're all tasty and that's why America's hooked. We all know what to expect with Starbucks by now, but this Marysville location is decent, clean, and always delivers tasty beverages so I feel lucky to have one so close. read more

Very very very very very very sloooooooooooowww. Prepare to have a min. 30 minute wait time to spare, but could take up to 45 minutes if you get really lucky. All for one cup of coffee! This is the longest wait in a drive through I have ever had in my life. Always like this at the Marysville Ohio location on east fifth street no matter what day or time. It's a free for all once the line of cars gets to the back parking lot where the McDonald's intersection is, a real mess and liability. I frequency this Starbucks regularly and the lune is normally slower however this morning was unbelievably slow and after having ordered my coffee in the drive thru line we proceeded to wait 25minutes to get to the window for our coffee. The lady working the window was unaware that we hadn't even paid for our coffees and she forgot that we had ordered 2 drinks. After she handed us our coffees we started to ask her for straws. She looked directly at me and proceeded to shut the drive thru window on me! I further had to wave my arm around in order to get her attention to even ask for the straws for our drinks. We understand Saturdays are busy but that's no reason for shitty customer service. read more

I popped in here after a doctor's visit. Three people on hand, a backed up drive thru, and as far as I could tell, the third employee was arguing on the phone with someone about how "she shouldn't have to be here because there is a storm coming." This made for a slow, below par experience for something so damn formulaic. read more

It was not even made well and when i asked if it was made with almond milk just to be sure the girl made a rude joke toward my question like "why should i even have to answer you at all." Worst service ever. Legit waited for 15 min in line. Unfortunately when I finally had paid I was told they were out of the pastry I ordered but had gone ahead and charged me for something else. So saddened and disappointed by my experience this morning :( I got up extra early so I could get coffee to surprise a coworker. I decided to go inside, as the drive through line was 4 cars deep. The dark haired woman (I think her hair was curly) was SO NICE! started my day off right. However, the girl who handed me my coffee just put a damper on my day. She called my name and sat on drink down. I politely said, "I think I ordered two". She immediately snapped and said "I can only make one at a time, so the other one is coming" Her tone was so rude and demeaning. I told her I "didn't mean it that way" I simply wanted to make sure I was getting both of what I ordered. In between laughing, talking to co workers, stopping what she was doing to talk...she finally sat my drink down. Didn't say a word. Then I asked if I could please have a drink carrier. She tossed in down. Didn't say have a good day...not a word. Although this seems like a small thing, I wish all people would realize that the words they say to people can truly make or break their day. I felt extremely down on myself and her attitude started my day off on a bad foot. You never know what people are going through and for someone who needs words of encouragement, this interaction could have really hurt them. read more

If I were only reviewing the morning shift, I'd give 1 star. But the night shift is so great! I absolutely love them. When I go after 2, my order is always so fast. The staff is sooo nice and always know who I am and what I order. Now for the morning. I always order online unless my boyfriend is nice and pays for it. When I order online 10 minutes before, I expect my order to be ready. 8 Times out of 10 it's not. I know they are a lot busier in the morning but that's not an excuse to be that slow for a coffee. When my order IS ready it's sitting over with the drive thru drinks and I can't ever understand why. The staff is always so busy it takes me over 5 minutes to even be able to ask someone where my drink is. Yesterday it took 20!!! That's crazy. I am super disappointed. But I have a thing against the Starbucks in Kroger so sadly this is the only one I can go to and will continue to go to because I love Starbucks. read more

Grande Single Pumpkim Spice Latte please. That's my drink of choice in the fall. I really like the Marysville Starbucks. They have both a drive thru & indoor seating with free WiFi. The staff here are really trained well. They have that million dollar Starbucks smile each time you come & are extremely helpful with any questions you may have. They often run the $2 drink special. Basically if you purchase a drink they print you up a $2 drink receipt and you can come back later & pay $2 vs. the higher or regular price. Good Marketing there. The inside is very comfy & cozy. They sell all the typical SB mugs, coffee's, desserts and more. This reminds me of a smaller version of the Dublin store. I honestly have never had a bad drink or bad service at the Marysville location. Two thumbs up from me. read more

9/8/19 @6:00pm I waited in line for 15 min after I ordered with just 4 cars in front of me and had to leave. God knows how much longer I would of waited there. I wish I would of check the reviews before but it's hard when traveling. Typical Starbucks, staff is good. A little pricey. Coffee is ok. Stopped in cause I had some time to kill & needed coffee.

If it was possible to give less stars I would. I travel a lot and Starbucks is a frequent caffeine stop. But this Starbucks is different so just stop next door and get a McCafe. I keep giving them a chance and they fail. They have yet to get a mobile order correct until today when my selections were correct but made poorly. The lemon loaf was shoved icing down into the bag so most of it stuck to the bag and Jeremy must need a retraining on Americanos. It came out with a sleeve so I was down the road before I realized it was not made with hot water (and no it wasn't iced) and not hot as it should be just tepid and gross. Please for the sake of those that try to order an Americano from this location. Use hot water not tap water. read more

I used moblie ordering to redeem my birthday reward for a free drink. I got my usual, with 10 pumps of cinnamon dolce (i love the taste...). Unfortunately, they didn't even give me any extra pumps. I could tell because all I could taste was expresso since I got 3 shots total. But still the cinnamon usually over powers those shots. I also asked for extra caramel drizzle and got absolutely none. It's like they just wanted to get people out the door instead of making every drink with pride and accuracy. My drink was so bad I didn't drink anymore than 2 sips. I'm unsure how this location operates but I typically utilize the drive thru as a means of having the second fastest service behind mobile ordering. Every time during the day there's been a wait longer than 7 minutes which is unusual for a drive thru. I've notice that the person on drive thru doesn't assist with making the drinks which slows down the line. Today I waited 14 minutes in the drive thru. And the sad part is that's not an exaggeration! read more

I liked the service better when it first opened, they have a lot of teenagers who dont pay attention or seem to be goofing off all the time. The time it takes to get your drinks has gotten longer and now they don't apologize or offer you vouchers. The used to offer a free drink voucher when you waited past a certain point, now they dont seem to care about how long you wait. I tink the old furniture was almost more comfortable and less trendy. now everything looks distressed and beaten up. read more

It's Starbucks... nothing much to say that you don't already know. They do have a small patio section that comes in handy during the summer and a drive-thru. I would say if you are in a hurry to just go inside because the drive-thru is always backed up and the parking was not designed for such originally. read more
