Got to watch the solar eclipse today at this Starbucks in Marysville! The manager was so sweet and even offered me eclipse glasses.

Love the staff at this Starbucks! Always professional and very kind. Every time I visit this Starbucks the staff is working their butts off and my order is always spot on. Thank you Starbucks-Marysville!

I stopped in regularly At the Marysville Ohio location store number 10843 - 102043 at the state route 33 and route 36 location and I love the people that work there they are so awesome and sweet and apparently I've been going there a little bit too much because I can order At the drive thru and the lovely miss Katie knows my order and I'm starting to think she knows my voice but I get regular notes like this because she is very awesome just like they are!!!!! Definitely recommend this location over any other

16 oz Green Tea Frappuccino, non-fat milk, no whip -- so refreshing & delicious. my favorite!

I have never gotten a coffee or drink I've enjoyed from here. The cold brew taste like pond water. If you know you know!

Your typical Starbucks spot. Drive through always has a line but they get through it pretty quick. Jonny is cool.

Nice place to come for a coffee (or anything else) I recommend placing your order online, takes so much less time to get your food!

Run out of coffee? At Starbucks? Disappointing to have to wait nearly 10 minutes after ordering a simple cup of dark roast. No excuse.

Even when slammed, the people working there were very friendly. The coffee was excellent and we'll worth the money.

Tucked away on the north side of downtown, it's a cozy place that is more of a health food store than a soda fountain. Herbal tea, honey blends, handmade soap, kombucha, etc., but there is a bar and you can have a root beer, ginger ale, or other flavored pop made up right in front of you with simple syrup and seltzer. Service was very good, and it is clearly a family venture. They have an herb farm and have been going to farm markets. The space is relaxing and comfy. Some chairs and tables, some barstools. The root beer tasted homemade, which it is. Sassafras, honey, a bit of ginger, some other nicely balanced flavors. It's a bit steep at $3.50 for a small glass, but a nice splurge. I also got some soap for Sweetie, and it smells nice and is hefty for its size, so looks to be good quality. I'm sure I'll be back for some ginger ale or another root beer.

Flour Barn Bakery - "Flour, Family, And Flavor: A Marysville Bakery Worth The Trip"…read moreJune 28, 2025 Uncategorized Take the Trip by Brian - Where Every Bite Tells a Story If you ever find yourself near Marysville, Ohio, follow the scent of sugar, butter, and joy--you'll likely end up at a little slice of heaven called Flour Barn Bakery. Tucked just outside of town, this charming, family-owned bakery is run by two sisters with serious baking skills and even bigger hearts. It's the kind of place where everything feels homemade, because it is. The vibe is cozy, the display case is drool-worthy, and the flavors? Let's just say we didn't leave with any regrets--or leftovers. What We Tried (and Loved) We made a sweet stop at Flour Barn Bakery and sampled a few things that blew us away: Blackberry Cinnamon Rolls Forget everything you know about cinnamon rolls. These were soft, sticky, and swirled with juicy blackberries that added a pop of tartness to the warm, gooey cinnamon center. It's like a summer berry pie met a cinnamon bun and they had the most delicious baby. Key Lime Bar Tangy, creamy, and perfectly balanced with a buttery graham cracker crust--this was sunshine in dessert form. Not too sweet, not too sour--just right. If you're a citrus lover, this is your move. Cream-Filled Croissant with Strawberries and Whipped Cream This one was a showstopper. Flaky, golden layers of croissant sliced open and generously filled with pillowy whipped cream and fresh strawberries. It was light, decadent, and tasted like a fancy dessert you'd get in a Parisian café--but made with Midwestern love. ‍ About the Bakers The bakery is run by two sisters whose passion for baking runs deep. You can feel it in the atmosphere--and taste it in every bite. Their story is one of small-town dreams, early mornings, and bringing a little sweetness to their community. They're often behind the counter, greeting customers by name, offering samples, and recommending their favorite fresh-from-the-oven treats. It's that personal touch that makes this place special--not just a bakery, but a part of the community. Why You Should Go Flour Barn Bakery isn't just about baked goods--it's about experiences. Whether you're a local or just passing through, it's worth a detour for: Rotating seasonal treats Small-batch, scratch-made pastries Friendly, feel-good service A peaceful setting that feels like home Bring a friend, grab a box of goodies, and enjoy them outside or take them on the road. Either way, you'll be back. I know I will. Take the Trip Tip: Go early. These sisters bake in small batches and sell out quickly--especially on weekends. And trust me, once word spreads, these blackberry cinnamon rolls won't last long on the shelf. Thanks to the sisters for baking with heart. This wasn't just a food stop--it was a delicious memory. -- Brian, former chef turned travel blogger, always chasing the next bite.
