I got one of their refreshers today and it's alright, this place is very convenient and it's inside target. They also sell cups and foods, usually the lime is packed so just keep in mind. I can never go on my break so either order to pick up if you're in a rush. The baristas are always nice and I've never had any problem when I visit this location. read more

Such a disappointment because of poorly trained staff. I asked for a steamer, which is a standard Starbucks term for steamed milk with a syrup shot of something (for ex. a vanilla steamer is steamed milk with vanilla syrup). I could not get the person taking the order to comprehend what I was asking for, and despite numerous efforts she ended up putting it down as a latte, which was both more expensive than what I wanted and also not what I wanted (I can't have coffee). Efforts to explain why they got it wrong also failed. Then I noticed that for about half the orders, the woman taking orders would turn to the other barista and ask questions that she really should have known the answer to, such as, "do we have this?" or "what's in that?" Everything was a sign of a poorly trained barista. I've noticed that when Starbucks franchises out they exercise almost no quality control. It shows. I can't help but wonder how much it hurts their brand name (not that they care). read more

I come here almost everyday since it's the only Starbucks in the area. After reading other reviews I think people forgot that this Starbucks is inside a target so it's not going to be like your normal cafe Starbucks. They might not know all the special drinks you request but they try their best and are very nice. Keep up the work target Starbucks!! read more

entire staff is extremely rude to me bc I basically always have to ask them to fix my drink. this is the only Starbucks location I ever have to ask for my drink to be remade and when I do its very awkward and uncomfortable for me. they leave me waiting at the register when I arrive and don't acknowledge me and then when my drink is ready they don't let me know they just put it out in the front. just a huge lack of professionalism here, it's the only location near my families home when I come to visit mainly talking about the 2 managers. I'm not the type to normally leave a bad review but i am never satisfied with what i get when i come here, i always try to give the benefit of the doubt and try again since this is the closest location nearest to me but no matter how easy the drink is to make it just doesn't taste good. As a barista myself, i know exactly how a correct drink should look and taste. there is no consistency at all, not even in their employees besides a few workers that have been there for a while now. I think her name is Ashley, she is always very polite and makes my drinks how they should be. other than that, i don't think there was proper training and it's very sad to me. always new workers with bad attitudes. don't work in food service if you refuse to fix a drink and argue with a customer on how the drink should be made. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks to visit and I go several times a week! All the girls are very friendly and do their best to get everything the way you want it. If I've ever had an issue they have no problem remaking something for me too! One time my toddler fell and spilled her tea everywhere right after she got it and they rushed right out to clean it up, made her another tea, and bought her a cake pop just to help her feel better. They're amazing and sweet and I will always keep coming here! read more

I came here today, a Saturday and the line was so long and there was only one employee working. The poor girl was running back and forth, while the line kept growing, I felt so bad. This Starbucks is obviously poorly managed if they don't think to have multiple people working on a busy day like a Saturday. read more

More than half of the time I experience bad customer service at this location. I normally love starbucks, so it's too bad that this one is a let down. :( My most recent experience there involved barista getting annoyed that she forgot to make my tea into a tea latte. She then complained to the other girl about having to remake it. After making it, she took the cup and shook it lightly to mix the tea and milk together. It spilled, she then took a rag to clean the cup and handed it to me with an annoyed look on her face. If that wasn't enough, she then called me out to start telling me, (with other customers in line who are now watching ) that there are two ways to making the drink I ordered. Wow. This is just ONE of the bad experiences from this location. Expect to receive your drink with an attitude when coming here. read more

Seriously horrible. Don't waste your time or money going to this Starbucks. The baristas are rude, half the time my drinks taste like crap, and you will wait forever for your drink. I can't even begin to tell you how many times people have come after me and got their drinks before me. The last time I went three people came after me and received their drinks before I did. This happens almost every time. Not to mention a few weeks ago when I was in, the girls behind the counter were talking very loudly about how there was mold in their food case. Really terrible customer service. A few weeks ago I put almond milk in my coffee that clearly wasn't good as it clumped up in my drink and wouldn't mix. The ignorant woman making the drinks insisted it was good and put it in another drink of mine. It did the same thing and I said I wanted my drink without it. She stormed off and someone else made me my replacement drink. I have a dairy allergy and have been drinking almond milk all my life. It was definitely not good and she was very nasty about it, insisting it was good. I was in there 5 minutes ago and experienced awful customer service again. Me and my sister got 3 of the same drinks. One came out and I asked my sister "is that mine?" And the abrasive woman making the drinks said to me "I don't know there were three." She said it full of attitude and then made a face when it asked for the soy milk. Now I'm not sure if this was the same girl from last time, but she was unnecessarily obnoxious, disagreeable and defensive. She seemed to be an angry teenager who hates her job. read more

Drinks are good but customer service is awful. Nearly every time we visit this location (which is at least once a week) we've been disappointed in the customer service. The employees don't even greet you but instead awkwardly stare at you waiting for you to say what you want as if you are annoying them. Today while waiting for my drink I overheard an employee gossiping about people and even using foul language. This is unacceptable as children were present. Corporate needs to expect more from the employees! read more
