On any given day, this is an easy 5 star establishment. But that's the thing, if consistency is something you value in your cafe, Google coffee near me and pick anywhere else. It's disappointing that you absolutely cannot rely on them to have what their menu says they have half of the time. I've noticed, on any given day, they could just not have simple things like Cold Brew or other simple items. For a cafe, reliable consistency is a kinda a pillar for a place you are choosing to go to. I hope it gets better. read more

Cute, casual cafe with friendly and helpful counter service. There are a few small tables inside if you want to stay and eat or you can order on site at the counter or place your own order by using their kiosk. We had two seasonal drinks: one was the date infused syrup added to a hot chai made with almond milk and an iced coffee with black sesame syrup. Both were really good- the actual flavors described didn't stand out too much. I wish they were a little more pronounced. We shared a panini that had turkey, apple, and bacon, with drizzled honey )they were able to hold the cheddar). The sandwich was enough for us to share and was served with potato chips. Love the coffee here. I need almond milk in my lattes and this is the only place that uses clean ingredients you can even taste the differences. Please don't switch your vendors I appreciate the clean ingredients in the milk options. Had the best salted Carmel honey latte here. The toasts are also delicious. read more

Delicious & fresh coffee! We tried the pumpkin fredo and iced americano. I was impressed with the speciality drink, it was crafted perfectly. We had the avocado toast as well which was fresh and tasty. There is a lot of casual seating inside. The staff is very friendly, and the ordering process on the tablets went smooth. The place is casual and not too large. You can dine in or takeout and order on a kiosk or at the counter. I had one of the sandwiches and they are huge. It was tasty and I enjoyed it but more food than I needed for one meal. I also had the chai latte which was especially good. Staff were friendly and service was pretty quick. Excited to try a new spot through Too Good To Go. Drove 30 mins to pick up my bag & arrived right at 3:30 pm as the pick up window was 3:30-4pm. I was told the store changed their hours and now closed at 3. They were closed and had no orders left to give out and I'd be refunded. Very disappointing that customers couldn't have been contacted ahead of time, knowing that Too Good To Go started after the store closed, especially since Google still shows they're open til 4pm. Got my refund, but probably wasted even more money on gas, as well as the hour of driving time. read more

Go here for cinnamon butter toast topped with bananas and strawberries. Tasted like a playa bowl on bread. Stopped in on a whim while family was in the ocean for a swim. Ordered the ricotta bread which had a little too much sweet jam in it. The bread was excellent. They ran out a lot of things by 2pm and the service seemed a bit discombobulated. The place has modern Cool casual beach vibes...more like a coffee shop like Starbucks's with limited lunch/snack options. I heard a staff member leave the restroom and I'm not 100% sure he washed his hands as I didn't hear the sink run after his second flush? The food took a while to come out but there was a great bay view while waiting. 3.5 stars -has a lot of potential! Next time I'll try a smoothie here instead of playa! read more

After a recommendation to try this place, I am glad I did. I enjoyed every bite of my roast beef specially made sandwich. The bread was really soft as I prefer it to be. The service was fast and friendly. Place was very clean as well. The only thing I would say is that I wish they had more comfortable chairs for older folks like myself. Amazing my wife and I got the cold foam fredo. I got the special strawberry cold foam and she got the regular vanilla. Hers was a tad better IMO. We also got the avocado toast and honey butter strawberry banana toast both were very good a very nice light snack for breakfast. This small cafe is absolutely fantastic! I have had two lattes in the past 2 weeks and they are great! Today I had the "gardenia" sandwich and it tasted wonderful. If you are interested in visiting this little oasis in Manahawkin, please note that the front entrance (Bay Avenue side) is walk in/take out. The sandwiches are excellent. I will continue to go here regularly. The only thing to note is consistency in the portions. For the price of the sandwiches, ensuring the amount of ingredients is the same every time is key. Maybe it's the person making it that day but there has been times where the sandwich has less meat cheese and toppings. read more

I decided to give this place a try. I ordered a cortado and The Cheech sandwich. The food was delicious, especially the bread! I'd pass on the coffee from here though (it isn't bad, they just don't make authentic cortados). The barista was kind and professional.
