While on the beach, I went into the app and placed an order for my go to strawberry banana smoothie and a few other things and I assumed the app selected the "closest location to me" which was down the block in surf city but NOPE my order was sent to Beach Haven (a 30 minutes drive down the road). When I realized I sent the order to the wrong location and didn't have my car the girl said "no problem, we can still make it for you." She called the other location and informed them of the accommodation and made my order without hassle. No exchanging of money or refunding and repurchasing to ensure the store had the right till. I didn't have to spend extra or tip again. Just showed my order and they made it on the spot. I truly appreciated the ease and convenience and fact that I didn't throw away $50!! The garlic mashed potatoes were amazing, but I asked to return the steak fur being overdone. I wish I took a photo because when I googled pics of cooked steak "doneness" to reference and show the server, I wanted to show how overcooked it was. So asked the waitress to return the order - and so had to wait even longer. Imagine our surprise when the steak arrived with an admonishment from the server, "next time order rare because that [previous steak] was cooked medium rare." And what was set down was a "black and blue" steak. Really disappointing and kind of an eff-you to the customer. Not the customer is always right. No apology.
