What truly speaks volumes is that we have another Starbucks much closer to our home, yet we willingly drive farther just to visit this location. The difference is the people. The entire team works together seamlessly, remembers regular customers, and genuinely seems to care about providing exceptional service. I've never had a negative experience here ... not once. A few weeks ago, I received a brownie instead of the croissant I ordered...but received the other croissant I ordered (I ordered 2). This is mainly an issue for me, because I have a severe nut allergy. I know I know..."If you're worried about your allergy, then don't order at a restaurant that has nuts". But i've never had an issue with my allergies at Starbucks. They've always cleaned the machines when I've asked, and just always gone the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and safe consuming my drink/food. I've luckily never been given an item (on accident) that had nuts. The first 2 times, I brushed it off. But it's happened a good few more times so just wanted to make it known :)

I used to love this place…read more... This is the 3rd time within like the last 2 months I've been here and they have messed up my order. Which is frustrating, specially when you've been craving something specific from them. I've ordered from the kiosk and an actual person before and the order ends up being wrong. Ever since new ownership took over, I feel like the quality of this place has gone down. Or at least the quality of the food has gone down. The shredded turkey isn't even the same anymore. sliced turkey is no longer the same, you can tell it is from a packaged brand, the one that they use now definitely changes the flavor of the bagel XL. The other day I ordered a bagel XL with sliced turkey, egg,cheese, and cream cheese,l and when I got home it wasn't the sliced turkey but the turkey patty. When I I got home I called them and advised them it was the wrong order. They said to bring it back, and they would make the right one, which they did. But driving back and forth 15 mins each way to go pick it up and exchange it because they wrong is a bit of hassle. Also, it seems like their ordering system is also always printing out the wrong order. And then a few days later I placed an order for delivery and the drink was wrong. I had ordered the peach drink and I got some berry one. I also order a plain bagel with cream cheese for someone and it barely had any cream cheese.
