So, I don't go to Starbucks very often, except for my free birthday drink through the app and Christmas drinks. I do like to earn my stars using the app and I hadn't taken advantage just yet. This Starbucks is located in the parking lot of the ever growing Dixie Manor Shopping center that has been around ever since I can remember. Their parking lot I will say is set up rather strange. Was kinda confused on where to enter but, I knew how to get out lol. For the interior it's actually very neat and clean as if it had just opened. It was very packed inside, mostly mobile orders. I give the women working behind the counter a lot of credit, I could tell they were overwhelmed but kept it together. I came a few minutes early before my estimated pick up time. I did wait quite awhile but it was all worth it. I forget the drink I ordered lol but, it was not too hot and that's the way I like it. It was one of the holiday drinks. Definitely not a regular at this Starbucks but it's A ok. Maybe I will be back soon at this one then again, maybe not. read more

This is one of my most frequently visited Starbucks. It works out perfect. I place my mobile order before I leave my house and it's ready when I get there. Was excited to stop in yesterday to see if that had the brown sugar oat milk. Score!! They did! I ordered the brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso. Service was slow at first but eventually picked up. Inside the building, it was dirty. Tables not wiped down but when they were and the sun hit at an angle (dirty ). Note the two workers in there were very polite and nice, maybe they were understaffed. Floors dirty. read more

Stopped in to get the Honey mint citrus tea. Which they did have in stock, shockingly because everyone seems to be sold out. I ordered a grande they didn't have the cup so they said they would put it in a venti cup. I'm not sure what went wrong but the cup was filled to the top and very watery. I also ordered some egg white bites that were as delicious as can be. I ordered my friend a hot chocolate with a extra pump of mocha sauce. Stopped into this location after church and it was super busy. I wanted to sit and have my coffee as I waited for a store to open. I'm a long time Starbucks customer and I have always valued the staff that is typically friendly even at their busiest. This staff needs to work on this for the customers as they are walking in. No greeting and I stood at the register for five minutes before someone took my order. Granted they were all very busy but the friendly greeting should come from anyone/everyone for the sake of customer service. Even if you are in the middle of something stop and take a second to greet people to assure them you know they are there. read more

I don't often drink coffee. But when I do, it's likely cold, sweet, and has "appuccino" at the end. For this particular Starbucks visit, I went for a Grande (that's the medium one, right?) Salted Caramel Mocha Frappuccino. The barista said it's one of the sweetest and it didn't disappoint! I hung around a bit to get some things done on my laptop, and enjoyed the music they played while I typed away- they were songs from years ago that I loved but hadn't thought about in a while. One of those coveted seats near an outlet was open too, so that enhanced my experience. This visit would have been perfect, but I waited for my name or my drink to be called out. That didn't happen. I really enjoy the swift and efficient staff at this Starbucks. I want my coffee, it adjusts my attitude so I don't say viscous things to innocent the muggles strewn in my path. They seem to understand that. They also know two magical things: what my coworkers actually meant when they ordered instead of what they said AND when something isn't available they can offer me a suggestion for an alternative that is close to what I'd like. I appreciate that. This is the best Starbucks I have been to in that regard and often the people at Starbucks make me sad when I need to be chemically altered into socially acceptable parameters. They haven't yet agreed to write ridiculous names on my drinks for me. I find that horrible on their part but they're usually busy and I can't applaud them for efficiency and berate them for not giving into my desire to have something absurd on my coffee. My references to literature, culture, or television that didn't involve boobies would be lost on my coworkers anyway and I find that a greater crime. Literally the worst service I have ever received. No "hi how are you can I take your order" literally stared at me with a nasty look on her face waiting for me to give her my order. I've been going to this Starbucks for a while and they used to be great, probably because they had the same handful of people working there consistently for a couple of years. They've recently hired all new workers and it's horrible. I always get a venti iced white mocha latte with no whip cream, and every single time they don't mix the drink right; there's always a thick layer of white chocolate syrup settled at the bottom. At first I thought it was petty for me to get irritated by this but this is something that is only fixed by me going home and getting a large spoon to mix it up for a good 30 seconds. If I was on the go, there's no way I could properly mix it myself by stirring it with a straw or by shaking it around. Regardless, the principle still stands that I shouldn't have to be mixing it myself at all, and the drink isn't made correctly if the flavor isn't dispersed throughout. It's honestly like the workers don't even try anymore. Today, I got my mother a white mocha frappuccino with a double shot of espresso (no whip cream) and it was only filled an inch away from the lid! This drink costs 7 DOLLARS and they didn't even fill it to the top! I'm at a loss for words. For as much as these drinks cost, I don't understand why the baristas do such a half-assed job. (I've included photos of the white chocolate syrup settling at the bottom of my drink -- which has happened every time I've been there for the last couple months -- and also a photo of how they didn't fill my mom's 7 dollar drink to the top.) read more

OMG THIS STARBUCKS IS THE BEST STARTBUCKS IVE EVER BEEN TO LOL Yeah not really. I mean, it's fine. It's Starbucks. You know what you're getting. It has good coffee. It has good lattes. It has good cappuccinos. I normally give chains a 3* review, but I give this one a 4* because it is so clean, it is close to my house so it is convenient, and the staff are super friendly. I would rather have almost any other coffee shop in this city, MOSTLY because I prefer buying local, but I genuinely think that they have better coffee. I was there Sunday 12/5/21. my order sucked. I ordered ...like I always do. on my phone .. venti, ice coffee, no sweetener, no milk and 2 shots of expresso. Well my drink had sweetener in it. I am a diabetic. so that was a total waste and it tasted awful because of it. my 2 cheese and fruit boxes. The apples were brown and the date on them said good til 12/5. so the apples I threw away.
