Normally I don't like to review or post any corporate runner establishments but I walked a little past the DTLA courthouse where everyone living in LA has to report to when they get selected to serve, and found this Starbucks smack dab middle of Grand Park! Loved this, people are walking around sunbathing after a rainy day (not too often in LA.). If you're ever called to serve as a juror, walk a little past the courthouse during lunch and walk down a flight of stairs down to the park and enjoys some coffee relaxing in the park. 3 stars, I would have given you 5 but not after you closed so many stores and laid off hundreds of your employees while giving a multi-millions dollar bonus to your CEO.

Great customer service! I ordered online before work, my order was ready on time. My drink was made perfectly and They left a super cute message on my cup too!

This location is actually located between Hill and Hope at Grand Park. This is within the Dorothy Chandler Pavillion and provides a nice break for those working downtown. This is an official Starbucks, and is not a pop-up or a type of franchise owned by a big corporation. I really enjoyed the calm atmosphere and no crowds during lunch. I came for the free coffee day on Monday, and was really happy to have something to keep up after the lunch break!

This Starbucks is within walking distance from the Stanley Mask courthouse, where I served for jury duty. I came here to get iced coffee (salted caramel cold brew) and kill some time before returning to the courthouse. Large outdoor seating area Public bathrooms just in front of the shop Fast service If you order on the Starbucks app, your order will be waiting for you by the outside window, so there is no need to walk inside.

Short easy walk from the church. Not busy on a Sunday. Few people sitting outside enjoying the sun and view of the fountain. Many places to sit with or without a table. Store itself was clean. Customer service was good. My drink tasted fantastic.

Before a catching a musical over at the Ahmanson Theatre, I'll stop here for a drink. It's located right next to the Arthur J Will Memorial Fountain inside the Gloria Molina Grand Park across the street. On my last visit, I ordered a grande Oleato Golden Foam cold brew on the mobile app. They have a window outside to pick up mobile orders.

I stopped by this Starbucks because it was the closest to where I had to serve for Jury Duty. The area that this Starbucks location is in is pretty nice. You have a water fountain so you can enjoy the outdoor vibe. The store isn't that big though so if you come during the morning rush or etc, just be ready to wait in line. They have a separate window outside for mobile pick up so that should help limit the people going inside. I just went here to get a plain bagel and I had to wait about 10 minutes for it to be ready. My bagel was already falling apart when it was placed in the bag so I don't know what happen there. The bagel was alright to me, not the best and not the worst. The employees here seems friendly, they'll greet everyone who walks inside the door.

I love my frapps! I've been having them make mine with almond milk, and less pumps of the base for lower sugar. They taste amazing.

Hey Damo, would it hurt to let your customers know that you only set the lid on top of the drinks? You don't actually snap it down on the drink. Not knowing this I spilled a portion of my latte. When I was in line at nearby Out of Ordi a young lady near me spilled quite a bit of her drink on her hands and clothes. The poor kid was embarrassed. Please do better for your unsuspecting customers. Perhaps simply place the lid next to the drink when presenting it on the counter.

It seems the other options for matcha and hojica were not popular - tonics, regular matcha with sweet cream, dirty matcha, etc But it was the perfect combination of creamy and bright, that's putting it lightly :). I got the hojicha latte by its house special, choice and recommended hojicha powder with oatmilk and absolute no fuss customer service. I would like to repeat this order with a foam so that the upcharge is worth it though. Not to mention, that variety of hojicha is definitely Korean whereas the matcha shifts recommendations season-to-season and depends upon the syrups of the shifting preferences in-house.

And they are so sweet and do not rush anyone, you can stay here as long as you want. My friends and I WFH so we decided to Work From MemoryLook (WFML) one day together. I'm glad we did! Great pastries in the morning, i had the cremme brûlée donut which had tons of filling, and the pea foam matcha latte which was fantastic. And I had an EXCELLENT chicken Chipotle wrap at lunch that was recommended to me by the gentleman working at memory look. I'm not certain where these wraps are made. Another gentleman would bring them from the building in the same complex. I LOVED my wrap. They have a ton of seating outside too but there aren't any outlets out there so it's harder to WFH out there unless you're fully charged. But was great for separate meetings we all had to attend. The photobooth was fun but we were so thrown off by it taking 8 photos, we had no idea how many poses we would have to come up with hahaha. I would definitely come back here anytime!

Parking is also pretty convenient with a good amount of spaces available. When I visited, though, there weren't many desserts on display. For drinks, they don't offer a double matcha option, but you can order a matcha latte with Einspänner cream instead. The drink itself was good, although I found the prices a little higher compared to other matcha spots I've tried. Service was on the slower side, and it took a while for the drinks to come out. The staff were okay, but not particularly friendly. (+) Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, convenient parking (-) Pricier than other matcha spots, slower drink preparation, and no double matcha option

I stumbled across their Yelp page when I was visiting from out of town and checked the Instagram for their hours on a Saturday afternoon and was happy to see they were open! I am a sucker for pop-up coffee shop/cart concepts so I had to check it out. The pop-up is easy to find, it's outside facing into the parking lot, and they had a cute A-frame sign out by the street side. There was no line, and I ordered and sat down at one of the tables out front. The service was so warm, and I believe the shop is owned and operated by one man on his own! He was an absolute delight to meet, and he brought my matcha latte to me at the table when it was prepared. He suggested I get the cream top on it, and boy was that the perfect recommendation. I would say I'm a little bit of a matcha fiend... I think I got a matcha latte at 3 different places this day... and this one far surpassed the others. I think it was one of the best matcha lattes I have ever drank to-date. It was perfectly green, the matcha quality was phenomenal, both taste and look-wise. The texture was just right, perfectly creamy with barely any grittiness. The cream top only added to the drink, and didn't take away from the matcha flavor at all, which I feel like has happened at other places for me. I'm dreaming of this matcha latte days later, and need to go back to Kokoro No Coffee as soon as I am in town again. This was a spectacular find, and I hope this spot gets all the love it deserves! There is truly nothing like a great business ran by a great person and you can tell there's so much intention put into this concept. Highly, highly recommend and I could not sing praises more!

Lots of interesting choices. The drinks were well balanced and not overly sweet, so you could actually taste the coffee instead of having it covered up by syrups or other flavors. The coffee itself was smooth, with no harsh or overly bitter aftertaste. I also liked that the flavors complemented the coffee rather than overpowering it. Loved the honey lavender matcha and peanut coffee. The drinks were beautifully presented too, so they looked just as good as they tasted.
