This Starbucks is, unfortunately, way too inconsistent as far as service and quality goes. The amount of errors I've had here are a concern, and perhaps more training is required. That's the main reason I don't visit this location if I don't have to. Most unfortunate is the attitude of the baristas! Went in a few days ago around 11am because my eldest daughter was visiting from out of state and we wanted something quick. Long story short, 1 of the drinks for one of my other daughters was missing the strawberry cold foam, which was pointed out to the barista that it was missing, and the barista said that the cold foam must have sank all the way to the bottom and it does that sometimes! I don't think so, because first of all, there was no sign of pink coloring from the foam at the bottom or anywhere in the cup, and second if that's the case then it wasn't made properly in the first place! Since one of my daughters used to work at a Starbucks before, she challenged her excuse and requested she please make another correctly! The barista then gave a heavy eye-roll and snatched the drink from my daughter's hand and threw it in the garbage with an attitude. Unacceptable behavior! I'm assuming she was throwing a fit because she had to remake the drinks, but a little more professionalism and responsibility for mistakes would be more appropriate! Typically, this Starbucks does really awesome! But one day last month they completely dropped the ball. I ordered a London Fog latte and wasn't informed they were out of lavendar. What I ended up getting was earl grey with milk. My husband had picked it up for me and reported it looked nothing like the one from the day before. After trying it, I quickly realzied it didn't have lavender, vanilla, or steamed milk, so definitely not a London Fog Latte. He went back to have them remake it and they gave us vanilla flavored water since they had no lavender. So instead of getting what I ordered, and giving them a chance to redeem the error, I received two parts of what I ordered. It was extremely disappointing. read more

10:15am 1/17/25 the baristas were so rude! I've never had a bad experience with this location in almost 4 years until today. they were newer to the location because I havent seen them before. didnt greet me when I walked to the counter. they looked like they didn't want to be there. i was the only person in the store, and there was a miscommunication with a drink, and I apologized for not understanding (even though I knew I wasn't in the wrong) and the barista called me "tone deaf" and was beyond rude with an attitude. I couldn't believe she said that. I was so shocked. my drink was made poorly and the service was terrible. I tried to call the location and mailbox was full, they couldn't receive any calls. This is by far the worst starbucks that i've ever been to and it's not because of the staff. the staff is absolutely amazing, but this store is ALWAYS and CONSTANTLY sold out of literally everything. You are kind of playing Russian Roulette when you come here. Some of the workers are kind and friendly and have great customer service, then you may get the ones who are just flat out rude and disrespectful and have a power trip. If you ask a question or mention that you've been waiting, you c as n bet that she will take even longer and mess up your drink. This is a nice little Starbucks on base. I'm here visiting but also lived here for years and nothing much has changed. The customer service is always good, orders are correct, and the ​food is fresh. I've visited a couple of times since my visit here but frequented the facility when I lived here years ago. I will definitely be making another visit before leaving to head back home. Highkey recommend this one, they always great friendly staff, they're very appreciative of the guests, and they will accommodate you in any way possible, for instance I love goat milk mixed in my coffee, one of the workers here, literally drives out to one of the local goat farms on a weekly basis, and gets me a tub of that goat milk, just so when I drop by to grab my regular cup of Joe, they have my goat milk already mixed in my coffee. read more

My husband and I usually like coming here, but I don't like coming when Rita (I think that's her name) is working. Shes kind of rude (slight attitude) and never tells us right away that the app is down and we had been standing there for a while already and we end up reloading on the app and then having to use our bank card. Shes done this to me a few times already its annoying. And if shes making the drinks they always taste burnt...like it tastes like an ash tray. Great Starbucks (for not having a drink thru). They have a lot of space to sit and relax while having coffee and the staff is always on point. Always loved that we had a Starbucks on base when I was living there. You don't need a military ID to buy from this location, so if you are visiting,you can still get yourself some coffee. Because it's on base, they do not honor your rewards drink should you have one on your reward card. While i am glad that we have a Starbucks on base, i can't oversee the fact that some of the employees that work there are rude. The one with dyed red hair at the register always seems flustered. One time they charged me extra and i asked for my receipt and she got all upset. Like first of all, it's my money. When i tell them that my drink wasn't good they get upset. For being a Starbucks on a military installation, they do a great job on custom drinks and accommodate to all customers. The prices seem to be cheaper than other Starbucks also. I ordered a venti iced quad cinnamon dolce latte (my regular drink) and it was mixed perfectly, one of the better ones I've had. This Starbucks is UNSAT. I don't go there much, but when I do, they are always out of items. This place is never stocked up ever. I am an active duty service member and when I decide to go get a cup of coffee I should be able to do that when it's is 0700 in the morning before my shift and not get told that we are out of stuff. This is UNSAT. Starbucks is a muti-billion dollar corporation and this should not be a problem at all especially when it is on an installation that serves men and women in the Armed Forces. There is a comment prior to mine about the customer service and they are correct. The older lady is not professional at all.
