When we go to Las Vegas, we always really enjoy ordering a Starbucks breakfast from our hotel lobby. Perfect way to start the day and until this last trip it was very easy to run down and then bring our food back up to our room. Unfortunately, when you stay at the Bellagio, it is quite a walk all the way out to the strip to pick up Starbucks. We did it the first morning and once we knew how far it was we did not go back. Plus, they messed up our order and after they kept telling us our drink was on the way, they finally figured out someone had stolen it. I'm sure they are very busy but we were there way longer than we should've been just to pick up food. The drinks and food were good, like normal Starbucks, but they were just too far from the hotel room. Places like Park MGM you literally go down the elevator and they are right there so that makes it very convenient.

We stopped by Starbucks at The Cosmopolitan after walking around the Strip with my daughter. The space is clean and pretty spacious, and we snagged a seat where you can watch the Strip while sipping coffee, which was nice. The staff were friendly and the service was pretty quick, but I will say the drinks are on the pricey side , Vegas prices, I guess. When we were there later in the evening, there weren't too many people, so it was a decent place to rest our legs. One thing that bothered us a bit was someone brought a really big dog and it sat close to us, and the dog not friendly, which made us a little uncomfortable. The shop generally felt laid back and good for a quick break.

Great drinks to star the morning. However this place was so busy when we went yesterday. The staff were helpful and efficient.

This place is packed. Mostly because it's the only reasonably priced option in the hotel . Use their mobile order system to avoid some wait time. They do a great job in the morning keeping things moving and flowing nicely

Located in the Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino. Ordered a hot chai latte and my drink tasted like hot milk with no chai taste. Went up to Barista and nicely told her my drink didnt have the "chai" taste. Barista looked at me like i was "dumb" and replied: "We are out of chai". Ok....????? Why not tell me when i order, and you just proceed to make me a hot milk cause your outta chai??? Seriously... what the heck???? This Starbucks location is now off my list!!!

Busy, large, clean store. The line was long and I couldn't order using my app because it only works with Starbucks cards at this location. No worries, the line moved fast. We tried the new pesto egg and cheese sandwich and it was good. Nothing to rave about, but we enjoyed them. Our drinks came quickly despite the line and were what we expected, it's Starbucks, not craft, but decent. I had an iced coconut milk latte and the Hubby had a dragonfruit refresher. Our barista was super friendly, asked how my day was going, even. Nice experience when we wanted a light breakfast in Vegas that was close to our hotel.

This location is fairly busy. Be prepared to wait if you order directly. I highly recommend that you use the mobile order option. Otherwise my drink was correct and no issues with taste and quality.

A very expensive Starbucks, 2x-3x more than other locations, with many drinks close to or exceeding $10 (especially with a size upgrade or drink modification).

This was such a beautiful Starbucks inside. The design created by an artist. It was beautiful and so busy. But the service was nice and quick. If your near it must check out

Even w/2 two cardboard cup holders and waiting about 15 min they made this Chai Tea WAY TOO HOT! It scorched & burned my mouth-tongue.

I recently got a grand chai tea latte' at the Starbucks inside of the Park MGM casino bc my mom and I were staying at the hotel. I ordered my drink and when I picked it up I had to ask for two of the cardboard holders because it was so hot. I did not take a sip and we walked back to our room and I took the lid off to help to cool it down a bit. I literally waited @15 minutes and finally took a tiny sip. OMG It was SO HOT it literally scorched my mouth and my tongue and immediately gave me burn mark on my tongue. We couldn't believe how insanely hot it was. That was way beyond drinkable and I was almost in tears. I had a burn mark on my tongue for about 3 days it was miserable. I wanted to slo to the manager but it was a celebration for my mom's birthday and I was trying not to make it a big deal u til she left Las Vegas. I am not sure what temperature that chai tea was but they should NEVER serve something that hot to any customer ever!! I am extremely disappointed and I will not be going back to that location. I loved Starbucks but now I am afraid to drink anything even after waiting 15+ minutes bc of the damage it cost me to my tongue and mouth. They need to go back and look at the temperatures before serving customers like that again.

This place is pretty big and clean. We were greeted right away upon entering, but it's pretty busy in the morning. I ended up placing a mobile order while waiting in line. That ended up being faster than waiting in line. It's a lot bigger inside than I originally thought. Past the bar where you pick up your drinks, there was a whole other room where you can sit and enjoy your drink. My drinks came out quick and just like I ordered it.

Supposed to be a matcha latte with extra strawberry açaí and strawberry cold foam. Just plain milk. Smh

I go to a lot of coffee shops, and sometimes they can start to feel a little similar, so I really appreciated how much character and quirkiness this place has. The theme is carried throughout the entire shop with fun decor, little knickknacks, merch, and plenty to look at. The drink menu is has lots of unique options. I genuinely had to stand there for a few minutes and figure out what I wanted, lol. I ended up getting the Nightmare on Maple and Titan Serum. The Nightmare on Maple was okay, and I was really excited to try the Titan Serum. Overall, I wouldn't say the drinks themselves blew me away, but they were still enjoyable and the caffeine definitely did what it needed to do. I do think there's enough variety on the menu that almost anyone could find something they'd like. The shop itself is on the smaller side, but there's a good amount of seating. It was surprisingly crowded when I visited and almost all of the tables were taken, so I didn't get many pictures/videos of the inside. It also took a little while to get my drinks since they were busy, but the cashier was really friendly and helpful when I was deciding what to order. Overall, such a fun and unique concept! A cool place to visit during spooky season. There's plenty of parking too, which is always a plus.
