I was passing by, so I decided to stop by since I hadn't had anything from Dutch Bros in a while. Originally I was going to get a coffee, but upon further inspection of the menu, I didn't see anything that I really wanted to order. Upon even further inspection, I opted for a large passionfruit green tea. In order to save time, I ordered my tea through the app and was even able pay for my drink via the Dutch Brothers app. The tea came out quickly and it was mildly flavored with passionfruit and green tea. This was my first time coming to here. A co worker had bought everyone coffee and I was determined to come and get some more myself. The parking lot is kinda small but they have space to park and they do have a drive thru, they also have mobile pick up. I walked to the window to place my order. The barista was very friendly! She had a beautiful smile and was very patient and helpful!! I ordered the Carmalizer with a soft foam topper. My drink is fantastic!!! I'm normally not a coffee drinker, but this place has changed me into one. I know Dutch Bros is known for its top-notch customer service, but they truly took my breath away and made me feel like a valued customer. My drink accidentally spilled as soon as I got home, so I went back to get another one. They didn't have to, but they showed so much kindness and generosity in making it right. Review #38 of 2023 June 2nd visit around 12:30 P.M. Dropped by for a quick refresher on the way back home. The app was promoting a Dutch Blackberry Frosted Lemonade. There was an empty drive through which is not always common at these establishments. As soon as I pulled in, a worker jumped out, greeted me, and took my order. I asked him about my drink and he highly recommended it. That drink hit the spot. There wasn't much of a lemonade taste and ended up tasting more like a milky strawberry smoothie. Whaaaattt??? How have I never checked-in, let alone reviewed this place? The first time I saw a Dutch Bros in Oregon, I was skeptical because I'm a diehard fan of the green mermaid but my aunt and uncle swore by it and after one sip, I was hooked. When I saw they were opening one in Vegas, I was beyond excited. I've been coming since they opened. I worked a 4am job at the time and this place literally saved my life (no joke, I am NOT a morning person and do get drowsy behind the wheel if I don't get that caffeine fix.) Over the years, many more Dutch Bros have popped up in the valley, but this location is always my go to. Heck, during the pandemic, this place kept my sanity alive. I don't think they were thinking of the long lines they'd be getting when they opened this particular location (I mean if you've gone to any in Oregon, some are just stands in a gas station parking lot and can hardly have one car in "line.") That being said, I think the two lines work fairly well here. I've noticed that over time they've really streamlined the process and the employees really are good at monitoring the line. I prefer to use the one on the side street because I almost always am here when there's a long line and having the rear end of my car sticking out onto Tropicana gives me HIGH anxiety. Speaking of the employees, I haven't encountered one not cheery or friendly one in all the years I've been coming in. There is kind of a high turnover and you won't see your fave person after a while but that's ok, most of the people working here are very young. I'm assuming this is a good first job kind of place. The drinks are large and tend to run on the sweet side but that's what I like about the place. These drinks have good value attached to them as well as being a nice treat. You can also get "business" versions, plain coffees, etc. but I think the fun is in their wacky names and interesting flavor combinations. I do think that they are lacking in snacks so it's not a place to get "breakfast" but I also think that's ok too. They focus on the drinks and there isn't anything wrong with that. Also, if it's your first time, look at the menu online before you come or while you wait in line. The "menu" at the drive thru is mostly advertisement for the seasonal specials and the person taking your order will usually be at your car well before you reach that menu. read more

As a visitor, I felt I needed to be able to say that I came and conquered because I've heard many great things about this place. And honestly, I support pretty much all coffee shops except for the most famous well-known one, so here I am. :-) We got a couple of cold brews and I'm used to having sweet coffees with cream (I'm not a purist, but I do like my coffee). I decided to order the Irish Creme just the way they make it, without any adjustments especially since I didn't know the ins and out of the menu. The worker asked me if I wanted cream & I got confused because it's called "Irish Creme". But I said something to the effect of, just make it the way it's suppose to be? Anyway, when it came out, it was dark which scared me cuz I thought it was going to be super bitter. But I went for it, and surprisingly, it was good...balanced, not super sweet, but also pretty good. I think that's the first time I had coffee that wasn't brown, but more black. LOL!!! I might sound like a real wuss right now. :-D Anyway... The drive-thru went fairly quickly and a couple of workers came out to take orders with the cars. It wasn't a painful process.
