This Starbucks used to be a place I genuinely enjoyed visiting every morning. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and they knew regular customers by name and order. Unfortunately, that has completely changed. There is currently a new store manager in training (her apron says "SM Training"), and the atmosphere has gone downhill significantly since she arrived. She consistently fails to greet customers, does not acknowledge people at the counter or drive-through, and comes across as cold and dismissive. What's even more concerning is how she speaks to the staff. I have personally witnessed her interactions, and they are unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. Several employees have openly expressed how unhappy they are and how difficult it is to work under her leadership. The morale in the store is clearly suffering. But the staff can't speak up because they obviously need a job and it's not as easy as what people would do out there to find a job. A recent example: the store ran out of bags for oatmeal, and when this was mentioned at the drive-through, her response was essentially that customers should "get over it" and just accept it in a dish bag. That level of indifference toward customers is unacceptable. Good leadership sets the tone for a store, and right now this location feels tense, unfriendly, and poorly managed. Many regular customers, myself included, have decided to stop coming here altogether. If sales decline, it will be a direct reflection of how this store is being run. I strongly recommend visiting other nearby Starbucks locations, such as the Rio or Stadium locations, where the staff is welcoming and professional. This store needs serious leadership training if Starbucks wants to maintain its standards and reputation. Be careful of this store manager because she's really horrifically horrible and I'm sure there's many state in Nevada a Labor Board issues remember employees you have 300 days from the EEOC to file complaint or anonymously have a manager looked into for treatment. Once you feel harassed or feel threatened at your job you can record and it cannot be used against you. Remember the new whistleblowing laws where you're protected if you report a company for illegal activity towards an employee and or theft or embezzlement, etc.. Protect yourself protect your job. Don't get treated like a dog just because a manager feels so empowered. Starbucks is located by WSKY Stadium on Polaris and Russell. You'll find available parking in the parking garage. Inside is clean and spacious with lots of natural light and tall ceiling. There's plenty of seating, has a casual atmosphere, and there's also an outdoor patio. They play really good music! The wall art is immaculate, very captivating, alluring, and so beautiful! I placed a quick order for Iced Venti Matcha Latte ($6.75) with coconut milk, no classic pump, no syrup, no foam, and requested a glass cup. I wanted to pair my drink with a snack. Starbucks used to have chocolate brownie, but they discontinued the item, I'm not sure why? So, I opted for Cheese Danish ($4.25), it's nicely warmed up, and the pastry is lovely and soft, buttery and fluffy with a smooth cream cheese filling, YUM! I came back on another day, this time I ordered a Hot Venti Matcha Latte ($6.75) with coconut milk, no classic pump, no syrup, and no foam. The hot matcha latte was served in a glass cup with no handle; I was extra careful about lifting up the glass. I paired my drink with a savory snack and got Sausage, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich ($5.65), served nice and hot, the sausage patty is moist, egg is fluffy with melted cheese, in a bouncy bun, it's delicious! For a vegetarian option, they have The Impossible Breakfast Sandwich which use plant-based sausage patty, has egg and cheese. Starbucks also has vegan snack for Spicy Falafel Pocket, I've tried this before, inside the lavash bread has smashed falafel with hummus, roasted red peppers, pickled onions, and a spicy herb sauce, it's a small serving but tasty! Service from Kenny and Ailyn is very kind, welcoming, courteous, and friendly! This is my second visit and the staff members are so nice and helpful! So you are a member that I told you all I was quitting Starbucks and I've not had any success with finding another place that move my coffee the way they did so here we go here's my rant. So I go over to the Starbucks at the UNLV student union and I'm all excited because I've been going over there but not realizing I wasn't getting any points. I went there today. I was informed that not only am I not getting points but they don't accept my points.. the young man at the counter was so hospitable and apologetic, but I understand. I know in the corporate world in of Starbucks in order to get a water you need to make a purchase but at the private Starbucks it doesn't matter you still have to pay for the cup.. so needless to say from now on before I hit the campus I will be making my Starbucks stop lol read more

WOW!!! This is not your typical ordinary Starbucks ,it is the coolest one and hands down the prettiest Starbucks in all of Las Vegas . This location is located directly across from the Allegiant Stadium and its attached to a great restaurant and bar called WSKY . The interior is beautifully designed and decorated. In a theme of desert landscape. They have comfortable seating throughout the store , very modern style. The entire place is so spectacular and cool! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Never had any issues with our drinks or food. We love it and we definitely recommend this beautiful new Starbucks. Note: they don't have a drive through and the parking is free in a garage attached to the store. read more

DO NOT have Yomora make your drink! I always get no ice in my drinks and she is the ONLY one who gives me half a cup of a drink for $7! I order the same thing damn near 3 times a week and she's like only one who makes my drinks like this! The other ladies never mess up on making drinks so I'm not sure where her training went. I ask for a Tall, she makes a grande, I ask for Oatmilk, she gave me Almond... it's ridiculous & the manager really needs to train her better. Brand new Starbucks near the stadium! This location is huge and has a unique desert-themed interior design. I also loved the service as the cashier was sweet and patient. Prices have a higher markup than the typical Starbucks, but it's proximity to the stadium is probably why. The five stars goes to the gentleman working aug 6, 2024 940am. I immediately notice that he is the only one behind the bar. There are 6 people infront of me as I was into the line. By the time I'm at the counter 15 people come in behind me. I asked him where his help was?! He said, she called out sick. Management you need to be giving this man recognition for busting his butt, handling the register, fulfilling drink orders in a timely manner, and remaining composed while doing this. No Starbucks should be with only one employee! I can only imagine the impatient and rude customers this man is going to encounter as I watch peoples toes tapping and eyes glaring at him. My ex worked for this location and I know all the history of Starbucks and their shenanigans... What I can tell you is when they feel like turning off their mobiles meaning you can mobile order it's out of pure laziness.. I couldn't order a pink drink mobile for weeks. It took my ex that worked there to tell their supervisor. So be aware this location they will shut off mobile orders when they feel like it... This store is run well from a manager standpoint but the quality of the drinks are semi-bad. My latte was extremely sweet and my dad's Frappuccino was mostly ice (like it tasted like just ice with a little bit of chocolate) and it was mostly non Drinkable, it ended up the trash. read more

I came into this location and ordered 5 different drinks for those in my office, I also purchased two reusable cold cups; after arriving back at our office we noticed all of our drinks were wrong and one of the cold cups purchased was not in the bag. The next day we came back in and brought up the issue to two nice young men and they directed us to their manager. Emilee was immediately extremely disrespectful to us, including my 5 year old niece. She told us in order for us to be compensated we would have to have the receipt. When I tried to show her the receipt she ignored it and followed up with we would have had to call them. I told her (and showed her) the phone number for this location is not on Google or their mobile app, and she told us it's common knowledge how to use Google. I again explained the number is not online or on their app and we do in fact have our receipts, she continued to be disrespectful and irate. After getting nowhere with her, I told her I had decided I would call corporate while in the cafe to help with the refund, she started raising her voice at us and told us we needed to leave or she would call security to have us escorted out. When security did finally come into the cafe, they placed their own order and then left without saying a word to us.
