9/14/22, in town for business from NC. Lucky enough to see this Starbucks on my way to my morning appointment. This location was very busy, they were attentive and friendly. Went to go get a matcha latte today and the lady in the drive through was so disrespectful.. insanely rude. I asked for light ice and they filled ice to the top of the cup & the matcha was bitter, so I went back to fix it and she was rude again, even more so this time speaking to use in a condescending voice, then she gave my drink back and it had hair on the top of the cup. I have been to a lot of Starbucks and have been disappointed on several occasions, but to take 22 minutes to get a drink that takes literally less than a minute to make is outrageous. The store was dirty, the partners were busy, not enough partners to handle the business, they were receiving a shipment, and the manager was just sitting in the lobby on her computer when she should have been helping out. My drink wasn't shaken well and it had too much oat milk. I applaud the partner for their efforts, but they needed to be supported by their manager. I gave them 2 stars for their efforts, but they lost 3 stars because of the lack of support from their manager and a very dirty store. read more

It's no mystery that Starbucks is by far my favorite stop for coffee and other selections that are spontaneous dictated by my cravings at any given moment. I have visited literally hundreds of Starbucks' location since they've come into existence and although they all seem to be pretty consistence with the quality of the products they offer; the service, quality of the product, wait-time, cleanliness and accessibility of the location are the five points I will rate all of them on going forward - so to make the point I've recently incorporated a rating system based on this short list to calculate the rating of the locations I visit. I feel all these criterions are controllable by the corporation, the franchise owner or store manager. This Starbucks is the closest one to me and I unfortunately have to visit them regularly. It's probably a 80% chance that my order will be incorrect every time. Today I ordered a match and they gave me a coffee drink and fought with me at the window about it being matcha. It's the drink I get every time I go so I know what it looks and tastes like. It's very annoying to have to argue with baristas about a drink that's literally supposed to be green. It deserves zero stars. read more

My husband and I stopped here before heading back to Austin. The coffee at our hotel was old and lukewarm so I yelped for the closest Starbucks and found this location. We were lucky that this Starbucks was located less than a mile from our hotel. Another bonus is this location has a drive thru. The ordering process was super easy in the drive thru. After ordering we picked up our coffees and paid with my Starbucks app. The coffee was super hot which I really like but for some it could be a little too much. Came here several times while working in town. These team members have it together. They were fast, got the order correct and tried to make every persons day stay well. These guys are still in recovery mode and are working hard to make everyone's order correct under staffed. Give them a top and tell them you appreciate their work. read more

Disappointed by the service at this Starbucks in Louisiana my hometown. The first day was ok but the second day I went I was disappointed. I ordered a brownie and I said lightly heated . They handed me a melted product which in my opinion should not have been given to anyone and to make matters work the manager heated it for me. I forgot her name starts with an A . I asked for another product which she appeared to not like. I have the right to not want some melted mess. This Starbucks and their staff could use better customer service skills. Sent in a mobile order for drive thru pickup and was notified that the order would take approximately 12 minutes. Got to the store 10 minutes after placing the order and decided to go inside to avoid the long car line. Order was ready, staff was friendly, and restaurant was clean. Great experience. read more

The people are nice but this is the slowest starbucks I have ever been to. It is on my way to work so for 2 weeks I went to place every morning and it took forever to get a drink. I waited more than 10 minutes every time. What makes is so bad is that there are plenty of employees and the place is never crowded. Ouch! What's wrong Here? Very Watery Fraps! Seems like an impostor coffee shop acting as a Starbucks? What gives?

When you have a one lane drive through that is blocked on both sides by curbs that people are TRAPPED IN once they are in it, you need to come up with a system that says you will block the drive through at closing or close to closing and serve EVERYONE who has been waiting for 20 minutes or more. Instead, your brilliant policy is to announce exactly at 5 PM to everyone who has been stuck that you "close at 5, but will be open again in the morning". Being open in the morning is nothing special... Every coffee shop in town is open in the morning. read more

I usually go to the Ryan location but today my bf and I went to this one and had a bad experience. Starting at the voice box, however I just assumed it was a poor connection or something. When I got to the window my matcha soy latte was wrong than they remade it and barely put any matcha. So I basically paid 6$ for soy milk and ice. My bf has a venti iced mocha and they went to hand me a grande iced coffee with stevia, which was totally wrong. I told the cashier and he rolled his eyes and behaved like im switching up the order or something and didn't even tell someone to make the right one until my soy milk with ice got handed to me and I had to ask for the mocha I ordered originally to be made. Tonight was my second visit here- first visit I didn't bother reviewing because I figured it's new, the staff is working the kinks out, all that. My prior visit the building was literally falling apart- tiles were coming off the wall, as well as the wall buckling in places. The trim along the floor/wall where you pick up your coffee was completely gone. Tonight- the trim was back in place but the seating area was extremely messy, debris on the floor, tables dirty and not wiped- the chairs in disarray alone almost caused me to have a panic attack. The bathroom was just as bad- paper on the floor, trash container overflowing, toilet paper was wet. This was a Friday night at 7:00 and the store was definitely not busy, as the staff chatted away while putting the pastries away- again, at 7:00 on a Friday night. I used wet napkins to wipe a table while my friend got coffee- which they said was ok. We left instead of hanging out because it was just that bad. read more

Best service, best baristas, and they are on point 97% of the time which says a lot to me cuz I feel like most starbucks are so hit and miss..... but this one is very dependable and IF they get it wrong they're quick to fix it for you no problem!!!! I have been to Starbucks on Ryan st and Nelson rd. Probably everyday since the day they opened. I went to this location and accidentally ordered a caramel macchiato, not realizing I didn't say iced, when I got to the window after sitting in drive thru for 20 minutes I noticed it was a hot one, therefore I explained I needed iced and offered to pay for the hot one as well due to the fact it was my fault. The kind man at the window said no problem and remade it. Only the manager (Natalie) then opened the window handed me the drink and then slammed the window in my face.
