The matcha tasted high quality and had the perfect amount of sweetness--not overly sweet, which I really appreciate. It was such a refreshing drink for a hot summer day. Did I mention how cold it was inside? Seriously, they keep it COLD in there! Definitely bring a light layer if you're planning to sit for a while. I'm a matcha snob, and honestly, the matcha drinks I've tried around the area haven't quite been up to par. This one definitely hit the spot, so Haraz is officially going on my list as my new go-to when I'm craving matcha. Service was friendly, and there's lots of parking. We got in right before the rush, but felt the need to hurry and order because folks were steadily coming in right behind us. We decided to try one of their chicken sandwich, and one of their beef sandwiches. Both were in a croissant and were heated up, it was absolutely delicious. Sort of like a kebob in a sandwich, full of flavor and not dry at all. To drink, I got the mango cloud matcha, and it was so good! It sort of reminded me of a mango sticky rice with matcha. But I was told to come back and try the Banana latte, so I definitely will get that next time. Overall, a really pretty coffee shop and the staff was super friendly and answered all of the questions including giving recommendations. The parking lot gets kinda crazy during busy times but there is parking all the way around the building so be sure to circle around.

Thankfully, it was only 10 minutes away, so my mom and I hopped in the car to try it out. Drip and Culture is located in the back of Supermercado Gonzalez. It's not rare for Mexican grocery stores in the area to sell hot food in the back of the store, but it was very unique to find this super cute, black-owned coffee shop located right in the back. After looking over the menu, I decided on the Ube Matcha and my mom chose the Banana Rum Caramel Latte! Both drinks were a 10/10!!! My drink had an Ube horchata base, which tasted like the perfect mix of vanilla and cinnamon. It was absolutely amazing and paired perfectly with the matcha!!! My mom thoroughly enjoyed her latte as well! Next time I'm in town, Drip and Culture will be my first stop. The shop has a 90s theme with jerseys on the wall and VHS tapes, which gives such a nostalgic vibe. I can't wait to return!!!

I have been on a matcha kick and love trying all of their seasonal matcha drinks. But my favorite is seeing all of their cold brew and teas on tap. They even have them in cans. The menu options are endless, and they even have freshly made waffles, empanadas and various pastries. The waffles fill the air when you order one so you know it's made fresh and you get to pick the toppings. I've also tried the beef empanada and the breakfast one, they both come with a sauce that has a slight kick but the perfect treat when you want something soft and savory. In the cooler they also have various sweet treats. The Portuguese egg tart and the ube brownie are delish! This coffee shop is also pet friendly! We love to bring our little one and our pup to hang out and they love the attention. Overall we have a great experience every time and you can tell they care about the drinks they put out.
