Seemed like "homemade" egg bites (not pre frozen) with descent flavor for a coffee shop that's not a cafe. I'm attempting to make good choices so I avoided the sweet carb-heavy ever so tempting pastry items. Little mixed greens with oil and balsamic was a perfect accompaniment to the egg bite.
