The counter people were like zombies and Starbucks needs to get standardization of what terms mean. I get the bacon and Gouda egg sandwich but the bacon is never crispy so months ago I was told to ask for extra toast. I've been doing that at other locations and it's been fine. The top comes out a little crunchy t but ok. This location seems to have another concept of extra toast. The top hun was inedible, a hard rock. Why is it edible in one store and not another. I might as well go to an independent coffee shop if I can't count on uniformity and consistency of a chain store. read more

Not the Starbucks ideal ambiance. No names or drink orders are called once drink is complete. Music is obnoxious loud and from rap to hip hop. Really just not the place to read, get any work done. There is also an unfortunately reallly loud ac every time the door is opened. Beyond that on a hot day the temperature was great inside and drink was ok. read more

Needed a snack since I was hungry before walking in Whole Food with friends. Spoiled by my Starbucks location where the cashiers are more cheery. Since it's in the afternoon, it could be a long day for the cashier who is all business. There was 1 other person (barista) making the drinks that I can see. Received my cookie in a relatively short time so I was satisfied with the service. I noticed Starbucks added candy similarly to Sugarfina though the packaging looks a little different, wondering if it taste the same. The lines shouldn't have been so long considering how many people were working. To be honest the lines were only as backed up as it was because of the slowness of the staff. My go-to coffee place. I have never ordered anything that I didn't like. The breakfast sandwiches and lunch are excellent too.

I stop here sometimes to grab the morning cup of joe just before work. My coworker is usually a regular here and it's great to see they treat their customers with respect. They got their mobile ordering down pretty good and it is ready by time you get there. I usually go for the cinnamon dolce latte, but I like trying the new seasonal and featured items too. read more

Worst service imaginable .. I order my coffees and a couple of side items. The guy at the register was seemingly bothered by me and the previous customer's audacity to bother his texting session and order coffee. After him typing in my order I stand there for 30 seconds waiting for him to finish texting so that he could hit whatever magical button to complete my order and I can remove my card and get a receipt. He never ask my name so I move to the end of the register where loss souls and forgotten door dash deliveries linger. I'm standing there and there has to be at least 30 drinks there and they said nothing as they added more drinks to the other 40 that was just randomly sitting on the counter. I go over and wade through the others and find my 2 coffees.I ask about my muffins and I was yelled at by a barista that came from under the register like a coffee ninja. She said you will get them when they are ready. Then the 3rd barista came 4 minutes later looking lost and bewildered and said nothing just threw it on the counter and then smoke appeared and she just disappears into the smoke. If I had to say which was my absolute favorite Starbucks I would definitely say it was this one. The store is huge and has plenty of seating. The Baristas are super friendly and anxious to help you. I have never had a bad drink or bad service ever in this location. It is always nice to be greeted by name when you come in the door with big smiling faces. I like this cozy little place. The chai latte is always good. Today, I got a chocolate croissant and was impressed. People carry on conversations here and the staff is fast on their feet. The people who work here need to get a grip. I ordered a sandwich and a drink, the drink was done and I was left waiting for the sandwich for ten minutes before I asked a person where it is. They didn't check and just told me to wait. After ten more minutes, another staff finally noticed that I've been standing there for way too long with a pissed expression and they realized there was no sandwich in the air fryer. They had to take another sandwich, reheat it, and finally gave it to me after an eternity. On the decline: I've been to this Starbucks over one hundred times over the last several years. What happened - this went from a well run franchise with a team that worked well to a complete disaster. Service is slow and the team appears disorganized. The milk is empty too often and today I got a cup full of grinds with my coffee. Obviously, I can take the time to brew my own coffee - I keep hoping that it's just a bad dream and that this experiment will end and the former crew will return. A step up from the location in Woodberry Village but could use some work. Staff is friendly although apparently it is a requirement that manager types are insanely LOUD. Good grief, woman. We hear you! Also, bossy. I have a problem when staff members are bossy and rude to each other. I don't care if you're the "boss". Don't be an asshole. Typical complaints: poor use of space, limited seating, and FREEZING cold (another four layer day plus the hood of my hoodie is up... which makes me insane). Cleaner than many others in the area except for one place: please please please consider cleaning the bottoms of the bench along the wall where the outlets are. Never has what I want when I order it. I spend a good amount of money at this Starbucks. I order at least 2/3 drinks a week, from hot tea, to coffee or a Venti cold tea. My tea selection is often not available in the store when I go in to pickup my to go order. So the nice barista that works there asks me what I would like instead. It would be nice if there was a way to message in the app so she could ask before I got there. I hope the manager starts ordering things when they realize they are low. Considering how many times I've been here and how long I have been going here I cannot believe that I never wrote a review for it. On top of that I can't believe I only have five check ins, there have been times I was here five or six days in a week. I love this place and the people are awesome. I drive around a lot and have tried so many different Starbucks locations and I can honestly say that this location is my favorite. It's not just that the staff are super friendly, they also make the drinks better. I have yet to have a better hot chocolate and white hot chocolate than theirs. Let me clarify, it's specifically their morning staff. I spoke to them about this once asking why their drinks tasted so much better. I can't give away their secret but suffice it to say that it's super simple and you would expect every location to do that but clearly they don't. If you're not a big coffee drinker or if you want to try a new drink, the staff is very knowledgeable and make recommendations that in most cases will leave you satisfied. read more

Practically the entire staff from this Starbucks in Jericho transferred to a new Starbucks at the Country Point area in Plainview. In the last few months it has been in a transitional phase. It definitely does not run as well as it did with the old staff. If you go to this location anytime except for when it first opens, watch out. This parking lot is crazy crowded, and equally insane to navigate. I go here once in a while on my way to work. Luckily it is very early, when they first open. read more

It's clean, well maintained, friendly baristas, has excellent music in the background every time and you feel like spending more time here whether it be to read a book or get done work done or just have a conversation. Staff is super friendly and remembers your drink if you come in often enough, they usually always have the pastry you are looking for, or the mug that fits perfectly into your hand. It should be noted that this location is in the same shopping center as Whole Foods and the parking lot can be a complete NIGHTMARE at times. Also, since it's close to NYIT and Suny Old Westbury expect to run into classmates and fight for a plug should you need to charge your tablet/phone/laptop/eyelash curler. OH and a friendly - helpful tip: As a frequent customer park in a real parking spot!!!! - Just because you need your caffeine fix doesn't mean your BMW/Mercedes can't be parked like all the other cars in the parking lot! read more

Starbucks is my go to coffee place. I get a simple black iced coffee every time. Most Starbucks on Long Island are great and staff is usually pleasant and quick but this is the worst location! Since this location is near family, I sometimes grab a drink at this location before my drive home and the employees always have an attitude or are condescending. Every time. Nice Starbucks location and one of the better ones in my opinion. Most importantly, the baristas are super nice and very helpful in customizing your drink exactly how you want it. I ordered a cold brew with coconut milk and it came out way better than I've had elsewhere. The store is on the smaller side and fairly narrow but there's a good selection of items in the refrigerated case. Today I spotted Perfect Bars (my favorite) and even though they're a little pricey, I like having that option. In the past, I've noticed they typically keep the store temperature quite cold but that's a better idea than too warm. This is definitely my go-to coffee stop when I'm in the area. read more
