They seemed to have our food ready quickly when placed ahead and picked up inside, despite the abnormally long line outside around the building. For a road-weary traveler who is just waking up prepping for a long day of driving, that's always a nice surprise. The pastries felt fresh and tasty here and the coffee was prepared well. Honestly with places like this, it's not a lot that can be said. Either they hit it or they don't. For us, they did and everything tasted as expected. I tried to give this Starbucks a few chances. Not only do they let homeless people loiter inside, they act like it is not a problem or doesn't bother the paying customers. This location is closest to me, so it really disappoints me that I have had this experience more than a few times. I will be going to any other Starbucks except this one from now on! read more

Really cozy and spacious Starbucks, but their coffee tasted bad, their almond milk was tasteless, and their coffee cake did not have enough crumble, though it was really moist and warm. The people working here are not friendly. The place is not clean. My table was dirty. I ordered my, way too expensive frappe, and with no one else in line was asked to sit and wait for it. Later they hollered out my name and left the frappe sitting on the counter for me to fetch. I can barely walk with a cane and they didn't care to walk it out a couple of feet to me. This location is in a convenient spot for me, I stop here 3-4 times a week. I order the same coffee and it's always perfect each time. The only thing I wish was different is the protocol for mobile orders, it's a little annoying having my mobile order sitting on the table right in front of me but having to wait 5 minutes for someone to hand it to me. I also wish that we could be greeted when we come in so it doesn't feel like an inconvenience to be there. read more

I ordered a medium caramel ribbon crunch no whip. They made it with whip out it back in the blinder and mixed the whip in it. Did not have much Caramel in it. It was not drinkable. Will never be back! Also gave me a small after charging me for a medium. read more

I really like that this Starbucks has a drive thru. This is the main reason I went to this location. I ordered a French Vanilla Latte. But I was not asked if I wanted milk or cream. All I was asked is what size I wanted. On the cup it said Hazelnut/Vanilla. And let me tell you, it didn't taste like Vanilla at all. It was straight up Hazelnut. We visited the drive thru the night of Thanksgiving and got the worst made frappuccinos and hot chocolate. Mike accommodated us the next day by remaking our drinks but when we went in, we weren't acknowledged for about two or three minutes. Then no one knew what we were talking about and took forever to remake them. I'm not from here but honestly, the culture of Starbucks is great customer service and we did not experience that at this location. Please do better! read more

It's Starbucks. Everything is pretty standard, menu wise. I like how big the parking area is and the great outdoor seating. My only wish would be they clean up the parking lot.
