This location is near IAH Airport, and could be a nice place to wait for a friend or loved one's flight to land. There is plenty of seating inside the café. The establishment is mostly clean. The volume of the music is at a level that can damage the hearing of patrons who do not wear ear protection, which could become a legal liability for the company. The risk not only concerns customers, but also the employees who are forced to work in this unhealthy environment. It took nearly 10 minutes for the store to prepare a mobile order of tea. Came to this store to purchase a drink and drove 20 minutes just for them to tell me I can't get a drink because I don't have a mask. I had on a bandanna scarf covering my nose and mouth as there has been a shortage of masks in the area . The law doesn't mandate a mask just face covering and I obide by all the rules. Don't know if it was just profiling or they wanted to single me out but no other Starbucks has done this . All of their signage also doesn't specify a mask it's states "face covering". Ridiculous won't be coming back to this location. This is a solid Starbucks location! I came here to hang out while I waited for my sister's flight to land before picking her up at the airport. There is a decent amount of tables/chairs, I just wish there were a couple more outlets. The restrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I ordered hot tea, and the guy working the register nicely explained all the teavana tea flavors that were available. I ended up choosing mint majesty, which was relaxing. This location is very inconsistent with making drinks but the line does go by pretty fast. The bad part is more often then not they are out of the ingredients for drinks. They always seem to be out of mango dragon fruit, brown sugar syrup or oat milk. I go to many locations and it's this one that is always out of necessary ingredients. From working in coffee shops I learned that when the store is out of ingredients it is often due to the manager not ordering items on time or consistently. I come here a few times a week and constantly wait in line and come to order and they are out of what I need so I have to drive further down to a different location. I really hope the manager can get on top of things so I can return in the future but I am going to avoid this location for a while. read more

Based on my drive thru experience today. I bumped them up to 4 stars. Reason being my experience with the drive thru team was good. I ordered a Caramel Brulee Frapp, but apparently it was a huge success in the latter part of 2018- it's already gone bye bye from this location. So instead I opted for a Chest Nut Praline Frap. It tasted good, my cup didn't have anything flowing from under my lid. It was perfect. I must say paying almost $6 for a large is expensive. Each purchase is more beneficial and long term rewarding after you accumulate 125 stars via the SB app- you will receive a free drink or a free food item of your choice. Basically it keeps me coming back. And you get a free drink on your bday . If you receive a SB gift card just add it to your account. The SB app keeps a history of purchases too. For those of us who want to know how much money is spent annually at SB. I'll be back. read more

I come here often, never really had any issues. In the past it's just been the wait during drive-thru but it really doesn't bother me since I know the struggle with working on a fast food franchise. Today in particular, I asked the barista at the speaker box to see if they've had any breakfast sandwiches available. He said no, at the items I was asking for. Again I don't really care if they didn't have any sandwiches but it was the way he was responding with attitude. The way he was responding to what I was asking just sounded disrespectful. I get to the window, barista is using his phone instead of taking my payment just literally bending down on the counter using his phone. He didn't even realize i hadn't even payed until he handed me my drink when he noticed I was about to drive off. Everyone is usually so welcoming at this location but today was not that type of day. ALL CUPS AND LIDS ARE DEFECTIVE!! don't turn your drink even on a 1° angle to the side unless you want the liquid to come out on all sides of the lid. Ruined my nice tan floor carpet in my truck on the way to work this morning because I was given cup where the lid doesnt stay on... it was defective... you touch the lid softly and it falls off or turn ever so slightly in the car and your cup holder is full of coffee and spilled all over the floor... why when we pay over priced for coffee can they not get correct cups that will hold our drinks? I ordered a coco cloud macchiato today and told the girls with glasses and curly hair that I didn't want toffee nut, instead I wanted sugar free vanilla and I wanted soy milk instead of regular milk. The girl making the drinks with a squeaky voice asked me what I was waiting for and I let her know. She told me that she would remake it since she wasn't told that the drink was made with soy. She was extremely kind and gladly remade my drink. What would have happened if the girl making my drink didn't ask me what I had ordered? I would have been very sick all day. Cool spot to study, read, and just relax. It can be just like any other Starbucks, it has it moments where it can get crowded then slow down. The parking here is a little weird. They have about 8 spots directly out front where you can actually see your car, then they have about another 8-10 spots in the back where you have absolutely no visual of your car. This may bother some because you would like to actually see your car and some they could care less. Guess its just personal preference. read more

A girl named "Crisis" who claimed to be the supervisor yelled at us thru the order intercom because my kids cheered (they were playing a game on their phones since we had been waiting so long, and someone scored). She was very rude and said everyone in there was wearing a mic and i should have rolled my windows up. Very unprofessional. We waited more than 35 mins to even get to the window to get yelled at. No one ever took our order, that's why we were just waiting there. After that we decided not to order anything and she proceeds to tell us in a sarcastic voice to have a "nice day". I could expect that type of response from an employee if they're yelled at or called out of their name but we did nothing of that sort to get this type of treatment. Will never visit this location again and I'd like for Crisis to get additional training.Not sure how a supervisor could carry herself in that manner. I expected better for Starbucks. read more

This Starbucks is the biggest joke ! It is less than half a mile from my house and yet I will drive almost 20 min in the other direction to NOT go there. Horrible customer service, ridiculously slow and the person who works the drive thru is a moron. And it's always a different one. I was told once I that they did not have venti cups so I would have them o upgrade to a trenta and pay the difference. I said that was ridiculous that they could make a Venti and just put it in the larger cup. Her response was they don't have a recipe for that. OMG... I seriously could not believe what I was being told. She then told me that weren't allowed to do substitutions like that. I said make the drink and add extra ice... it's not hard. Today I stopped because the exit by my work is closed so it's hard to get to the Starbucks there.... I ordered and was told they don't have vanilla iced coffee on their menu.....
