Brian served me at the window and although my drinks were not ready, they were by the time I pulled around. Nice little patio seating they have available and my sandwich was nice, hot and fresh. Had it corrected at that last store but the dumb girl still made the absolute wrong drink after arguing with me it's the same. MATCH LEMONADE IS NOT THE SAME AS GREEN TEA LEMONADE. My signature drink on a hot day is a venti half green tea/half passion tea (no extra water). I ordered this verbatim. Thankfully, the barista clarified after she entered the order, "You want half CREAM, right?" Now that just sounds gross. Then, she couldn't figure out how to void the order to make it correct without the cream. She verbally passed along my order. It came out with sweetener. (Now that's just gross.) Perhaps it's just me but I thought the purpose of the mobile app was to be able to order before arriving and have the order ready or ready shortly after. I ordered, arrived and waited almost 20 mins and my name nor order ever came up. When I inquired I was informed the protein box I selected was not available and i could choose another. But the drink (a dragon fruit refresher) was only made once I asked. It would be better they prep everything and call ur name, or set it out, so you know there is a problem and not waste time sitting around being patient. read more

I have been to Starbucks all over the world for 20 years so my expectations are pretty high for this wonderful establishment. This was my first visit to the FM1960 and Wilson location in Humble. The place is larger than most with a lot of in door and outdoor seating. I didn't get a greeting or "welcome to Starbucks " from anybody. When I approached the cashier to order there were 2 employees talking. One had their back to me and the other clearly saw me standing at register but never stopped talking. As he left he didn't mention a customer was waiting since her back was still to me. Finally I had to get her attention. She was good and the rest was what you expect. The downfalls to this place are that they do not have ANY comfortable coffee house seating, all wooden chairs and tables. they do have outside seating, though and that is a plus. The other downfall is that I went to 2 tables to sit and both were sticky and needed to be wiped down. This was at 10:00 am and traffic was slow. Other issues to consider are that parking is a challenge and the drive-through lane blocks much of it. read more

We frequent Starbucks very often, I was a Shift supervisor for 4 years at a different. This location was amazing. The lady in the drive thru was super polite and gave us recommendations because they discontinued my favorite seasonal drink (the white chocolate macadamia cold brew) The suggestion she gave me might be my new go to drink. My boyfriend got his Brown Sugar Oatmilk shaken espresso and said it tastes better than the 2 locations closer to our house. read more

I'm just wondering if they train at Starbucks now that closing time is the perfect time to be extremely rude to people and that you should stand with your arms crossed glaring at them while they gather their things (at exactly 9:58) then slam the doors on their backs while you "CLICK" the lock shut. I love this Starbucks and the baristas at this location. I live in Kingwood and pass more than a handful of Starbucks before I get to this one on my way to work, but it's nothing but disappointment when I stop anywhere else. This location is quick, friendly, and consistent. The baristas all have great attitudes and a smile on their faces. Every now and then I'll stop at a location closer to home, and I end up disappointed every time. The drinks never come out the same and the service is always sub-par. Occasionally there is a wait, however I would expect that from the best location in this area. I have made it a point to go to every Starbucks in the area before typing this, and I can comfortably say that this is the best, hands down. $20 worth of drinks and added 50% tip just to have to ask for a water SIX times. WTF?????

I have been thru this drive thru several times, and had my drink made incorrectly and never gone back thru to get it foxed just drink as much as I can stomach and throw away the rest. Today was different, I am tired of spending my hard earned money, for these over priced drinks to not be correctly made. So, I go back thru the drive thru tell them over the intercom what is wrong and get to the window and tell him there is absolutely no flavor, to which he says, "ma'am we made it correctly, but ok, we will fix it" he takes it and dumps it out and 1 second later someone else is handing me my drink. Funny that you had my drink made that quickly this time, but when i ordered it it took much longer to make? Obviously it wasnt correct the first time and you already made it bc you knew, and I didnt even tell you what the drink was when I spoke with you over the intercom. I am super frustrated. I've never been so upset with Starbucks in my life. I'm normally not a complainer and typically understand situations since I work in retail, but I'm COMPLETLEY DISSATISFIED with how the manager (the blonde) handled my order. I use the Starbucks app all the time to make my purchases and I usually don't stray away from what I order. On the app, I usually order the Tall Caramel Cocoa Cluster Frappuccino with an extra pump of Caramel, on the app the total comes to $4.60. So the 1st time today I used app at the Atasca Oaks location to order my drink. Total comes to $4.60. Same order, Same ingredients, Same card. No problem. The second time today I decide not to use the app, but to pay with it and order the Same item, Same Ingredients, paying with the same app. Only difference this time is I used this location and thought to drive up and order my Frappuccino at the window. The manager told me $6.18, and I'm confused because I've never been charged that much for this item. She tells me they have to charge me for the extra pump of caramel and the chocolate drizzle. BUT at every other location I've never been charged this much, even when order at this location a few days prior and used the app to order the same item. My problem was, I had proof that I bought this item several times at the price I was telling her and instead of her saying "Ok, no problem, I'll fix it". Instead she chose to lose my business. This is not about an extra $1.58. Its about the fact that someone is misinformed. How do you charge someone for chocolate drizzle when its PART OF THE DRINK? Either the app is giving the wrong information or the rep is over charging. And also the fact that she didn't accommodate what I'm ALWAYS CHARGED. So I kindly took my business to your Timber Forest and 1960 location, used the app. Bought the SAME drink, with the SAME ingredient, and paid the SAME $4.60 I'm always charged.
