This was kind of later in the day so it wasn't going to be a coffee visit, but I did go with a donut. Girl working was super sweet, and of course the donut I wanted was out of stock. I went with a boston cream, and I paid at the one window, then walked to my right to the other window to pick this up. Only downfall was that they put this in a baggie similar to what Starbucks uses so the icing on the top was pretty much stuck within that bag so I did what I could. Considering I'm not the biggest donut fan anymore (I swear this is a side effect of getting older), this was pretty good for what it was, and I'm happy I was finally able to try Tim Horton's.

Just know this, these doughnuts are light and tasty. My frugal meter isn't in love with this place, but sometimes you have to treat yourself. I noticed the customer service for everyone coming in the store was consistent, and appreciated. Seeing them help an elderly woman get her coffee and take a seat. The specific location is doing a fantastic job. Loved that they've updated the store so it looks super modern. My poppyseed bagel was lovely and fresh toasted to perfection. Perfect amount of cream cheese and as always the hazelnut coffee is the best. Bravo!

I'm so happy this place opened up so I didn't have to go to Crumbl anymore. Crumble is a waste of money and you leave feeling like guilt and like you've gained 10 lbs. Chip wraps you in happiness and invites you in like it's your amazing aunt's or favorite friend's kitchen. We go a lot. It started as a treat for my toddler as a reward, but ended as a guilty pleasure for myself. The cookies were always cooked to perfection until yesterday when we received cookies that were slightly overcooked on the edges and raw in the very center. I enjoyed the ginger cookie, the special, even though it had the same problem. But was turned off when I noticed the pastry paper was cooked into the bottom of the cookie. This happens, I get that, but it took some work just to get that paper out. When I got home I noticed that the ginger cookie should have been dipped in chocolate, but nothing was offered and I wasn't told about this. Chip, please work on training your workers. We have always had great experiences except for this time and will not be ordering again if this worker is there. Overall, we've been several times and have always had great cookies and experiences. This was the only time we even slightly had a lower than perfection experience and I have a super high cookie expectation.
