If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered an "iced venti green tea with three packets of honey melted in the bottom". The order taker heard me say four packets. When I get to the window, she asked if I wanted hot tea. Then she asked if the honey should be mixed in. I repeated "melted in the bottom" and asked if they knew how to do that. The reply was "yes", but the drink came out with honey gouped in the bottom. The shift leader was called so that I could explain how to do what I was told they already knew how to do. Ya'll suuuuuuuck! All those pictures of the inside that show a nice place to sit and enjoy coffee are WRONG! That is the way it used to look. Now it is a phone both size lobby with no chairs or tables or bathroom or even a posted menu. It is a food and coffee ATM machine. OK so if you want to transform into an ATM machine for food then you have to be fast. Would anyone use an ATM that took 30 minutes to dole out the money you just withdrew? NO! On top of that the crew at the counter took our order and failed to start it. Then went off and did other things. So the ticket was on the bar to be filled. Then the person that took the order read it, confirmed it hadn't been started and again walked away. It took me asking someone else about our order to get them to cook the sandwiches. December 9 we walked into shop to order peppermint mocha. Out of peppermint flavoring they stated but they could make me a white chocolate mocha. We turned around and walked out. Going to give this Starbucks 5 YELP STARS just for existing in Hot Springs, AR. I was on a tour down to Hot Springs and was craving a good, strong cup of coffee. Lucky for me, we googled Starbucks and found this Starbucks with a drive-thru! Since I needed to use the bathroom, after the drive-thru, I went inside: it was clean and with UNLOCKED RESTROOMS! Here where I live, just about every Starbucks has a code box on the bathroom doors. I saw NO HOMELESS OR VAGRANTS flopped onto the couches or chairs! By the beaches in California, many a shelter-challenged person will take over the indoor sitting areas or monopolize the bathrooms. While I feel compassion towards the homeless, they sometimes kind of harsh the coffee buzz I seek to cultivate. This Starbucks employed friendly, polite baristas, was clean--inside and out and had a very nice outdoor patio, which unfortunately was damp and wet from rain when I was there. I ordered a cold foam cold brew. I, as a normal person with no Starbucks training, know the foam is made with nonfat milk, so that it makes a foam on the top and doesn't just turn into a latte. I got the drink and it looked just like a latte. I told the barista guy and he told me he told them that is what I ordered and he could ask them again, but that is what he told them the first time. Best customer service EVAR. Came here two days ago and ordered an unusual drink: venti decaf light Frappuccino coffee drink with heavy cream and sugar free cinnamon dolce. Two days later in the drive through she remembered me (by voice or by the strange order I was beginning to rattle off), finished my order for me before I finished rambling it off. At the window my small puppy tried to get out to visit with the barista. I jokingly said "my puppy would like a drink too" as they laughed and scanned my app. While my drinks were being made another lady pooped out of the window handing over this small shooter of whipped cream for the puppy. I go to Starbucks every weekend and get a Venti pink drink light ice. Every time I say light ice they clearly don't understand what that means. So I started getting my drink no ice for a long time now. Well today I went and not even half of it was filled and it wasn't even pink. I asked the girl to re-do my drink. Some asshole in he background screamed and said it's not even a drink, you're getting double tap he drink for one price. He didn't even have to balls to look at me and say it to my face maybe if you knew what light ice meant I would have to order it with no ice lmao. Anyway in addition my drink wasn't even pink it's pure white (which kinda defeats the purpose of it ) and honestly I'm scared to drink it who's know that asshole could have done to it, and by the looks of it. I go to starbucks everyday and order the same two coffees.. when i pulled up to the speaker to order i was asked to repeat my order three times and to "yell like i'm at a baseball game" so they could hear me?? once i pulled forward to the window i received my first coffee and noticed that it didn't have sweet cream so i politely told the lady at the window, she was very sweet and said she'd make me another coffee, then while being handed my second coffee which was also completely wrong and missing 3 things, they left the window open and i could hear the barista that was on the drive thru head set talking about me and saying i don't need to complain about my coffee and decide to change my order and size once i get to the window... i don't care if i have to drive to benton starbucks everyday now, i will not be coming back after this incident. read more

Ordered a couple of basic grande lattes with a flavor and no foam. Worst cup of coffee. The cup wasn't even filled halfway and at least an inch of foam and no flavoring was added. Was starting to worry when I didn't see a Starbucks within the first hour of arriving in Hot Springs. Then, like a lighthouse on a rocky, sea beaten shore, I saw the green and white sign beckoning me to approach with caution (had to cross traffic.) Just kidding. Was happy to see it and spend my hard earned money. Oh you Bean Pushers! Anyway, the baristas greeted me, or the older gentleman in front of me. After leaving the register to go outside and find the only NY Times in Hot Springs, she returned to her station, still ignoring me. After chit chatting with the older gentleman she finally greeted me. Apparently, he was there when they opened and still has an incredible amount of moolah on his Starbucks card. I really didn't mind. I just wanted to spin a good story. While service is slow and at times, clunky, it is still the best cup of coffee in almost any town. Even if you're not a local. Be patient and you'll be rewarded with that hot morning nectar as you suckle the teat of capitalism. read more

During the Christmas shopping season, there were lots of shoppers out with the same idea as mine. The line was long, but the staff moved it along very briskly. Great job by the staff!! read more

This was the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I work for a local coffee shop back home, so I know all about the syrups/sauces/espresso/complicated orders. I ordered via the mobile app, and drove through the drive thru to pick it up. While the window was wide open, the crew proceeded to make inappropriate comments about how "we didn't know how to order" and ridiculing our drinks, how they were made, and what they were made with. Oh my goodness!!! What is the point of using the mobile app to order ahead and then have to wait for 10 or more minutes (on a fairly regular basis) for it once you arrive, or it be wrong, or on occasion, both? I get it. This is the only Starbucks in town and they are busy. I try to overlook and see things from their side. Again & again. But today was it. I mobile ordered 2 grande drinks via mobile app and my co worker went to pick them up. 15 minutes later he called and said they told him I never ordered it. I sent him a screen shot of the order which included the time it was ordered. They refused to even acknowledge it when he tried to show them the order and treated him like he was trying to pull a fast one on them. He returned with tall drinks, they said were on the house. There are a few Starbucks in Little Rock and I would say this location is one of the better ones. The service is fast and polite, which is a problem for most locations in Little Rock. There are plenty of tables at this location for working. My complaint would be parking. This Starbucks is in a small strip mall with a poorly designed parking lot. read more
