The double cheese bacon sandwich is a must try, and all of the Croffles (croissant waffles) they serve on the weekend are soooo decadent and soooo tasty. The only reason I knocked a star is because their baked goods sell out so fast that I usually don't get to try any of the specials. I wish they made more to have them last the entire time they're open. I'm also not a coffee drinker and most of the drinks are coffee based so I do wish they had more non coffee drink options that isn't hot tea. Usually this place is packed with people at every table and lines to the door, the food is worth the wait though! Finally, there was the croissant, requested heated. This poor thing resembled the pre-packaged croissants sold at big-box discount retailers, only sliced, warmed, and wrapped in foil. The air fryer helped breathe some life into it, though I really shouldn't have to keep cooking supposedly prepared food. I wanted to say PS Gourmet has a place.
