They don't make the drinks correctly here. Iced coffee and espresso drinks are weak to the point of being almost like tea and kinda gross. The staff needs to be retrained or the equipment needs to be fixed to put the right amount (more) of espresso like other locations. I go to a different Starbucks whenever possible. read more

I'm in Boston everyday. I frequent those locations or southie or Milton. All are dramatically and consistently more busy. Yet this one, not only are they "too busy" to make my coffee correct, apparently they're SO over worked they can't bother to put "closed" on the app. You should pay my billable hour rate for wasting my time, every time I go and you're closed. I cannot wait until Starbucks replaces these baristas with robotics to make coffee. Do yourself a favor, go to Derby. At least they stay open. read more

Don't bring a dog in here. It says "service dogs welcome", my boyfriend brought his dog in and the workers immeadiately stared and one yelled "DOG OUTSIDE." Wow. This location is too busy. Avoid if you want good coffee, they are are so busy that every time I get my coffee it always tastes awful and is made incorrectly. Go to Derby or Cohasset, much better baristas! read more

Going for 3.5 star rating. Here's why. 1) The seating configuration is traditional anti-social Starbucks. The window view is wasted with an 8 person conference table on the right and a two person tiny table on the left, next to the "accessories table". *Should have the comfy 4 chairs by the window on left and a 4 seating counter with high stools facing out. Then mini, tall 2 seater round tables as you enter. The banquet table is for Trump's weekly firing. 2) Staff had as much personality as an unemployed clown panhandling at a highway exit. They made my drink fcuking perfectly, don't get me wrong, but their ability to hold a conversation is on par with a bullet-ridden bucket to carry water. 3) The AC is on regardless of the weather and staff can't touch it (unless its McHammer, then he can touch it). Love this particular Starbucks! Hate trying to get in and out of this particular location, though. The staff is super friendly and I've always found this location to be rather clean. Most importantly, the drinks are made correctly and quickly. This is definitely one of the larger Starbucks in the area and there are plenty of chairs to relax and tables to use for your laptop, iPad, etc. Parking can get a little tricky and the weird 3-way intersection doesn't help the traffic flow, either. read more

One venti iced coffee with coconut milk, please. Twelve minutes later, TWELVE my coffee came up. Now, when I walked in, the place was steady but not busy by any means, but as I waited for my very simple beverage, I noticed that no less than 10 of us waiting around for our drinks had accumulated. I even thought maybe they had forgotten about my drink but couldn't even get the attention of any of the baristas. While I can't assume the circumstances, a woman went through the line 3-4 orders AFTER mine and ordered 5-6 drinks of varying complexity (at least one frappucino and some other specialty drinks) and she got ALL of her drinks before my coffee came up or the gentleman in front of me got his hot coffee. I was annoyed that it seemed that somehow, her order had been put in in front of mine and several others. My coffee was fine and as to be expected but I was just so disappointed in the time it took and the lack of order going on behind the counter (I noticed one barista just sort of watching... perhaps he was training?) during a really busy time of day. I will also second the remarks of other reviewers that this parking lot can be a disaster. I almost saw a collision as I was walking into the store and almost got backed into by a driver as I returned to my vehicle. But the location or the inattentive drivers in a busy parking lot are of no control to the folks behind the counter so my two stars is solely based on the service I experienced. read more

Stopped by to pick up my drink on 8/21/20 at 6:30 pm after working a 10 hour shift. I accidentally ordered it to the derby st store. The two employees there were so nice!! They were like no problem and made a me my order and did not charge me. I grew up in HIngham, MA and then moved away. I am so excited there is a Starbucks on LIncoln Street. I love the ambiance. Every time I come back I meet interesting people. The service is great. Devin is clearly one of the stars. I love his attitude and personality. I do hope he will be there when I return in July. read more

I tend to tweak my drink a bit to keep it as low in sugar as possible while still tasting great and Devin makes sure it's made correctly each time, even going as far as grabbing my mobile order from the other baristas and making it for me so it doesn't get messed up. read more

At first I wasn't happy about this place because they often messed up my drink. But I give them 4 stars because I talked to the manager and after that I get really good service with one of the workers. I usually order more than 4 drinks everyday but she's very patient to take my orders and make sure they do it right. Nice job! read more

Was hoping for a good coffee. Just got an average coffee from a barista who didn't know she was making sub standard lattes. Ordered extra foam to hold up carmel drizzle on top. Didn't see any when I looked. Barista looked over and said, "yeah it tends to sink". Poor thing very sad skills. Sums up the store really. Looks good but no underlying training makes this experience a less than average one. I guess that's why I don't come here often. Pity it's very close to where I live. read more

Friendly, efficient service..always try to get your order right. Large group of friendly regulars visit daily. Comfortable set-up Don't know how some of the baristas stand a few demanding customers. Tonight I had a terrific craving for caffeine and decided to treat myself to Starbucks; I did not regret my decision one bit. James, the gentleman at the counter, had a great personality and referred to me as "3A brethren," which I thought was excellent (I work at a restaurant just across the bridge in North Weymouth).
