Your Starbucks Card is Locked I was told my card was locked spent cash on that day and then return 2 days later and this Starbucks and is still locked spent 12.00 using debit card although I had a 26.00 reload card I should have been able to use. I have several issue with a couple of cashiers but nothing to be concerned about but this is very concerning, the lack of care and appearing to be unbothered at your horrible customer service and you integrity. First and last time I will be visiting this Starbucks location. God bless them, but they really struggle here. This location was nearby for me, but should have really checked the reviews before visiting. I had received the food portion of my order, but was still waiting on my Flat White. At 20 minutes past the promised time of my order, I asked to be sure they had not forgotten to make my drink. They were busy, so I thought that was a reasonable amount of wait time. The lady was nice and expedited my order. Finally received it and as I'm walking out the door took a sip. This was a watery mess with barely a hint of coffee taste. Tasted like something from a pack you would mix up at home. No garbage cans in the outdoor area, so I just left the drink sitting on one of the tables. Ended up driving to my usual Starbucks location and paid for an actual Flat White. Lesson learned....avoid this location! read more

12/21 at 10am lady at the hot bar was working very well very fast and efficient. Ladies at the cold bar completely skipped my drink and just stopped making drinks for about 5 minutes to clean when there were multiple drinks backed up on the machine that prints the tickets. This Starbucks is great! There is always a wait because the town of Harrisburg is growing so fast... But the employees are super friendly! Love all the seasonal delights that they offer. I ordered on the app and picked my order up through the drive thru which moved quickly on the day of this visit. Food was tasty as always! I want to rate this place good, but I can't give it five stars. I've been here maybe 4-5 times total and every time I've gone it's not been too crowded at all in the drive-thru, (maybe 3-4 cars, nothing crazy) yet I end up sitting in my car, waiting for at least 10-15 mins each time. Once, I probably waited closer to 30 mins, which is ridiculous for one drink order. I assumed it was due to being understaffed or just an off day, and kept coming back giving it more chances, hoping for different outcomes, which is silly on my end. My orders have always been correct, and tasty, but the amount of time it takes to get it is always way too long, and not worth the trouble or wait. I went today, and was excited to see there was only one other car in the drive-thru line. I ordered and the lady on the speaker was sweet and helpful. Once I took my order the wait began. It was maybe 15 mins today, all I ordered was a medium green tea and some egg bites. When it was my turn, I got my drink and food quickly, and the guy in the window was kind and helpful. I've never had a problem with the staff here; it's really just the wait thing!! I tried my very tiny, yet expensive drink, and it tasted good, but the cup must've been damaged somewhere because it leaked all over my hoodie when I tried drinking it. Just kind of disappointing because I spent almost $10 on a tiny drink that's now all over me and some egg bites, and I had to wait so long to get it. The staff here is nice, I just do NOT recommend this place due to the long wait times. If you're in a rush or expecting faster service like other fast food places, this isn't the place to come, try a different location. read more

It's always a bummer when you have to mix your Starbucks drink yourself and I'm finding this is the case more and more when I visit any given Starbucks. I don't get it. I ordered an iced mocha that was essentially chocolate on the bottom and espresso and milk on top of that. One I mixed it, it tasted better. Another thing about this specific location is that they served one of our drinks in a leaky cup stacked in another cup... which was also leaking. So they knew the first one was leaking and just decided to add another cup? This just wastes the drink as it leaks into antoher vessel and trust me nobody wants to waste these drinks with how expensive they are. We sent it back and they just dump the liquid in a new cup, they don't make a new drink. At least that one should be mixed lol. We just decide to drive off because we didn't want to ask to remake it.... and we find out that the new 3rd cup is also leaking all over the cupholder.... what a mess. Not their fault that the cups were leaking but after multiple occurrences, you'd think they'd toss that batch of cups? read more

This is quite possibly the worst Starbucks in NC!! Service is extremely slow. Placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 9:12am. Walked in the store at 9:12am and waited 20 minutes, just to find out that there were several mobile orders ahead of mine. The barista couldn't even tell me how much longer I had to wait. This location works hard to earn the nickname "Slowbucks". They never move with any sort of speed or efficiency. The drinks normally come out right, but it takes FOREVER to get them. Also, my wife and I ordered Frappuccino's in our most recent visit. The wait was so long that when we finally got our order they weren't frozen. We just had a cup of flavored cold milk. Awful customer service. Management needs to rethink how they run this location. read more

This Starbucks location has been my go-to study-place throughout my time in nursing school. I am always greeted by the staff upon entering and can count on my coffee being prepared just right! As someone who has worked in customer service, it is disheartening to see so many people complaining about the wait time. If you were to go to any Starbucks in the greater Charlotte area during their peak times, you would have to wait 20-30mins. On top of regularly being out of ingredients for a variety of beverages, I'm sorry to say this location is simply too awkward an experience to want to visit anymore. Conversations at the drive through window have gotten, in a word, intrusive. I dislike Dutch Bros for this reason and always enjoyed the respect of not forcing strange conversations pre-coffee at Starbucks. With four people behind the counter, it took almost twenty minutes to get four drinks made, and they were served to us one at a time.
