This Starbucks location has been a bit hit or miss for me. I usually stop by after work to grab something warm to drink before my fairly long drive home, and I've only used the drive-thru. Wait times can often be quite long, and at times the operation doesn't seem very organized--though it may simply be a staffing issue. There have been visits where my coffee or latte was absolutely delicious, but other times the drink wasn't very enjoyable. I still stop in occasionally and hope for one of the better experiences, but overall it really depends on the day. read more

i'm not a complaining person at all. and i have been to this location many times. but today i ordered online and picked it up like normal. on my drink was written (in sharpie(their policy)) "you're berry awesome" in huge lettering and write by the lid. it was kinda gross bc through the entire time of having my drink i could smell the sharpie while drinking it so it felt like i was drinking sharpie. not sure who thought this was a good idea but if you see this i would recommend to not keep doing this. read more

Just like all the other Starbucks, you get all the great menu items that you know and love. Originally, I held this Starbucks to a four out of five star standard. I'm downgrading this to a 3-star standard. The main reason for the downgrade are the long wait times. Ridiculously long. I completely understand when you get busy. For some reason though, this Starbucks seems to be getting worse. And when you can see the parking lot, you can see inside the store and you can see the line on the outside, it just doesn't add up. They regularly seem to be understaffed. I will say though that typically the staff is quite friendly. I know their job can't always be easy so I never give them a hard time. But, if I do see a long line, I will opt to pass and go to the Starbucks at the Kroger across the street. Would I go back? Yes. This is my closest local Starbucks with a drive-thru window. I'll be back but I do second-guess it now where as I hadn't in the past. read more

Please keep in mind I am not a starbucks fan, I prefer locally owned coffee shops, but I do have to give credit where it is do. Service was impeccable while I was here. Everyone was treated very well and the coffee drink I ordered (a Caramel Latte Hot) was very well prepared. I would gladly come back here when I need a coffee in this area. Y'all soy milk isn't just a preference. Milk is a food allergy that makes some of us very sick. I've for years felt it was in poor taste for Starbucks to up-charge a beverage 70 cents from milk to soy when the cost of the two is the same. I've also thought this upcharge makes soy viewed more as a luxury optional item, than an alternative to a food allergy. Today I ordered at the drive through. Large soy iced chia latte. There was commotion in the background and the voice in the box came back and said, sorry bout that- I got the chia. Pulled around and they handed me a hot beverage. I get it, sometimes it's hard to hear. I handed the drink back to him and said "I'm lactose intolerant" so I couldn't drink this if I wanted to. He clarified my drink twice, and I'm thinking wow this guy is on top of it! Good work sir!And I drove off to Instagram my latte before the ice melts- naturally! Let me just tell you, if you are lactose intolerant you know when your drink has been made wrong. About two hours later your entire life is ruined. You can google what happens if you done know. Its horrible. After my surprise cleanse was completed, and my body stopped shaking enough to hold the phone I dialed up the manager. The manager who answered is also lactose intolerant and was extremely receptive and appreciative of my call. Staying it was mortifying and unacceptable. Good word choices. She offered me a gift card whenever I come back in, and assured me the staff would be clearly told about the serious and undesirable effects of milk to someone lactose intolerant. I was extremely impressed by her sincere response. I give them 4 stars bc I think the manager was pretty cool, but also I still feel half dead so they don't get 5. Moral of the story. Check the little boxes on your drink to make sure soy is checked. You will thank me later! read more

Early morning weekends before sunrise are the best time to visit this location, IMMO. I've recently found myself needing to have a few study cram sessions and this has been my spot to get my caffeine fix. Visiting before the morning rush when everything is well stocked and before the non caffeinated customers stress everyone out is as close to visiting a non-franchise coffee shop you'll get. Completely out of all cake pops at 6pm. No apology or nothing. They act like this is totally acceptable when it is not. How can you offer something on your menu and not have it in stock? Sounds like you need to get a better handle of your sales mix and inventory and teach your staff how to appropriately respond when out of stock on something. read more

I've never had an issue at this location until today. In fact, the staff has always been super friendly, including today. Sadly, once I got home and took my drink out of the cup holder, I noticed there was a bug halfway down my drink! I've been coming here fairly frequently because it's the only standalone Starbucks with a drive thru nearby. I might as well as start going somewhere else, like the one inside Kroger, because the drive thru here is TRAGICALLY slow. And I mean SLOOOOOWWWWWWW. It took them almost 20 minutes to get through 3 cars, with each one ordering no more than 2 drinks each. Seriously, how slow can you be? And they got my order wrong. Although there are 2 Starbuck locations closer to me this is the one I frequent. I'm here every afternoon and rarely miss a day. I'm a drive thru user 99 percent of the time. The people who work here are always friendly and considering how busy this area can be the drive thru is usually fast and orders are almost always right. This Starbucks is by far the absolute WORST in Butler County. I have placed mobile orders and waited in long lines so many times only to find out they don't have what was available through their mobile app. Today was the failure of all failures with this location. I told them I had a mobile order for Olivia, they tell me to pull around. I pull up to the window only to find out that the boy had given my bacon egg bites to another car and that was the last one. Then he proceeded to stare at me waiting for me to.... I'm not sure what. No compensation was made. I told them to give me whatever egg bites they have without peppers. Hey guess what... red AND green peppers in my replacement egg bites. Don't waste your time at this Starbucks. Visit the one on Cin-Day. Even though they are FAR busier than the Tylersville bucks, they are faster, cleaner, better organized and ALWAYS have their menu items ready to sell to you. read more

I've never experienced such horrible customer service at a Starbucks. Went last week 30 minutes before work (I work 1 mile/5 minutes max from this location)and was late to work because I spent all 30 minutes in the drive through waiting. There were maybe 8 or 9 cars in front of me. I though I had plenty of time to be at work on time. When I got to the window I paid then waited another 5 minutes to get the drink then was given the wrong drink and size. I stated to the woman in the drive through that I've already waited 30 minutes and her reply back: We can only go so fast, we are doing as much as we can. Really? You are? Could of fooled me. Today I went through and the lady at the window was wearing sunglasses. I worked in food service for over 20 years and never would of allowed my employees to wear sunglasses in front of customers. Very unprofessional. If she had a medical condition such as a headache maybe she should of been stationed elsewhere in the back. Either way, I waited 15 minutes in line at the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me this visit. I don't think I will be going back to this particular location anymore. read more
