I understand "policy" but I wasn't bothering anyone by pulling up to the window and waiting (happily moving if another car showed up) instead when I pulled up, the guy opened the window to argue with me. I've had them plenty of times but the lady time I went I was very disappointed and frustrated. I had never in the past had such a bad experience. The barista took our order and then proceeded to take other orders and make theirs before mine. I waited almost AN HOUR for two coffee tasting flights that were absolutely horrible. She then disclosed that she was new and didn't know how to make them. I asked for a refund and left. But overall with the exception of that one terrible experience, it's a great place to sit and enjoy some coffee.

The bourbon caramel drizzle had amazing flavor with just a touch of bourbon. The coffee itself was average but the ambiance more than makes up for it. Nice little jaunt from the freeway.
