Hello, the Starbucks is OK at times I came there before and I asked for a cup of ice water with approaches of I was purchasing and the guy had an attitude that I wanted the bigger cup set this Saturday we were going by to get coffee and I'd use about them in the young lady. Asked me if I wasn't making the purchase. Of course I was. I wasn't coming in there to just use the bathroom, but then it was trying to fight around to see who was going to help me because one young lady yelled for a lady to help me she was on a break and the other one was busy, but the sunshine came out because someone I knew that worked there helped me write in the flash. His name is Drew Drew. You always been amazing even when I used to serve, you guys guys can come to my store. I wanted to say thank you for your awesome amazing customer service as always can just look at you and see your beautiful smile and and want your service so Bad. The drinks were amazing and you are an amazing person. I hope they see that you bring out the mess in that Starbucks and just wanted to share that it was kind of like I addressed to him. Maybe it wasn't for him. I would've went somewhere else because I didn't like that I pay everywhere. I go not to just use nobody's bathroom and figuring out who's gonna help your customers you want to just help them. You know it doesn't take three or four people to do the drive-through Thank you. Horrible. Never in my life will I come here again. I did an order through the app. It said 25 minutes. So i waited 20 and went in, waited awhile so far it was a total of 45 mins waiting inside. I then went up and asked how much more time. At this time i have seen cars come and go through the drive through. The place was also filled with people that were waiting longer than I have so I knew this was not right. So they told me I would have to wait another 30 plus minutes. That they are behind. I asked to please speak to a manager. Conveniently they were on a break supposedly. I told them I would have my drink by now if I went through the drive through. And they just said yes you would have. They prioritized the whole drive through instead of the people inside. It was horrible. Never have I ever had such a horrible experience. Please do yourself a favor and never come to this Starbucks do not waste your time here. Horrible horrible horrible. With this service they should not me in business. Obviously something is very wrong with how this location is being ran. Not even Starbucks Disney do you wait this long. I'm a truck driver who stopped at this Starbucks while on the clock and had a restroom emergency. Since I'm on the road most of the time, finding a restroom can be tough, so I politely asked the staff if I could use theirs. They told me I had to purchase something first. I explained my situation and asked if I could use the restroom first and then make a purchase right after -- they agreed. When I came back to the counter, I kept my word and asked to buy a water. They told me they can't charge for water and that the cheapest item I could buy was a string cheese for $1.95. I was frustrated but still paid, trying to do the right thing. I then had to wait for them to hand me the water I originally asked for. To make it worse, I couldn't even eat the string cheese because I'm lactose intolerant -- I just bought it to follow their rule. It's disappointing that a big company like Starbucks can't show a little compassion to people on the road, especially when we're just trying to be respectful customers. A little understanding would've gone a long way. read more

First time in Galt CA. The location is clean and really cool vibe, great music. The team was very pleasant and greeted me upon walking in. I Tried the new Pistachio Latte on $3 Thursdays! I visit Starbucks 3 to 4 times a week for the past 15 or so years and have had nothing but good or great experiences but last week, I had a very strange interaction that makes me not want to come back to this location. I placed an order in the app and showed up in the drive-through line about 10 minutes later to be told by the man working that my order was not ready yet and for me to get out of the line, circle around the parking lot a few times and come back through the line and by then hopefully it's ready. I told him that is pretty bizarre, and I have never had to do that before and that I have already waited in line and don't want to just keep circling the parking lot until my order is ready. He then told me it's not fair and rude to the other customers for me to sit in line and hold up other orders (mind you I only had ordered 1 drink). He told me my options were to keep circling the parking lot several times getting back in line over and over till it's ready or to just come in the store and wait. I won't visit this location anymore after that. read more

Service is good and friendly staff. My complicated low carb no sugar drink is always perfect. The staff are so dope here and always have a smile on their face. I tell everyone Starbucks has the best customer service and this location exemplifies their motto. Ambiance can get busy as people come to work inside and often hang out but not in a bad way. It's unfortunate as a consumer I was turned away from using the bathroom because I didn't purchase anything TODAY, at a Starbucks I have purchased coffee from many times. This is a small town. We aren't in San Francisco. It's really not that serious to not allow people to quickly relieve themselves. Very upsetting. read more

Went in for cup of ice small which is usually free and was greeted very disrespectfully, was told I had to make a purchase and asked since when, because I've gone multiple cups of ice from here with no purchase and took it disrespectfully that I was told since today and cashier walked away after his remark not giving opportunity to purchase anything. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for 2 mocha frappuccino's. One employee made a mistake on my order and instead of fixing mine, he started on other orders and made me wait. SO RUDE!! Not one of the employees apologized for the long wait and inconvenience. read more

This Starbucks needs to have a better hiring process because the girl who took my order today was... yikes. If you are going to choose Starbucks as a place of employment, then you should be able to multitask. I shouldn't have to tell you my order three times, and it still will be wrong when I'm finally handed things after waiting 6-7 minutes. You got Three out of Four drinks wrong. How does that even happen? Then you turn to the girl making the drinks, saying, "Sorry to tell you." Maybe you should actually listen, and you wouldn't be standing there looking dumb. read more

Terrible and slow service won't come back to this location in the morning before work. I came in-store to purchase coffees and a breakfast sandwich. The order wasn't started until I noticed people leaving who came in after me and asked a barista if my order was ready. They looked through an iPad with orders and asked my name they say they couldn't find it. I point out the person who took my money and she finds this sticker which my order and 15-20 min later they hand me the order. I'm late the sandwich was frozen. Further I spoke with the manager and she had plenty of excuses and no apology. Never again! read more

I never want to go to another Starbucks again especially this one. They have a register that freezes and if it doesn't go fast enough they switch you to the other register charging you double. I tried to call the store to get a refund but they wanted me to come in. I was just passing through I don't live near Galt that would be more in gas then my total... So then they give me a 1-800 number I had to spend about 30mins of my time explaining and then they said I will recieve an email to explain more. It's been a week now and still no refund. Being from out of town & it being almost 9pm & closing we quickly ordered on the app. My mistake in not realizing I ordered from a location 25 minutes away I walked in & asked for my order. I don't know why I keep returning to this location. Every time I come I ask for extra Carmel on my drinks. And each time they don't even put Carmel around the cup! How hard is your job that you can't do a simple request? I'm not sure if they are fucking with me or if they are just that slow. read more

I'm so picky when it comes to Starbucks because I used to work there and this store consistently meets my standards. I rarely have a long wait in drive thru and even the few times there was a mistake on my drink, I've never had an issue with getting it remade. Never an attitude or telling me i was taught wrong like some poorly trained baristas at other locations will do in order to not have to fix it. Just all around a good location and much better than twin cities. read more
