    Every drink you get looks like a kicker. Where is the coffee? I got a cocomo today, and it tastes like sweet milk. Prices go up and quality goes down. This happens to me only at the Galt location.

    Furious would be an understatement of how I left my local Dutch Bros today. As usual I walk up to the front window and order and get in and out no problem. Today that was not the case. after I ordered my drinks I stand there and wait as they are being prepared, 15 minutes go by and my drinks still have not been given to me. I approach the window and ask a team member how much longer until my drinks are finished they assure me that they are being made and will be out soon. Another 10 minutes go by and I'm starting to get a little impatient. I tried to take into account how busy they are and wait a little longer. I stand a couple feet away from the window still in sight of the workers. When my wait time gets up to 40 minutes I am now getting furious as I have seen cars come and go through the drive-thru. You have workers walking drinks out to cars in the drive-thru before finishing orders that were taken first. At this point, I am no longer patient and standing right up at the window until a worker acknowledges me. An employee then approaches me and lets me know that they are sorry and that my drinks have been waiting in the fridge for me. Instead of handing me my drinks when they were made they put them in the fridge, even when i asked beforehand that it taking a long time to make my order. Such a disappointment this shop is run by kids and needs a leadership role present. This is my local Dutch Bros and just down the street from my house , from now on I would consider driving the extra 10 minutes to Lodi or elk grove instead.

    This Dutch Bros is conveniently right off of the freeway so it's very accommodating to just stop by the drive through and continue on to your destination. This early morning on Black Friday they were open and I got a large caramelizer with half 2% and half choc milk. It's a very smooth coffee and always get it when I'm not craving something really sweet... I recommend this Dutch Bros and the drink I mentioned. :)

    Dutch bros........ If your Driving down or up 99 in the galt area and need something cool, hot or iced they got you covered 24 hours. With a convenient drive thru or even a walk up window, you can get your dutch drinks. New spot that just opened at the end of 2020, atleast this brings cheer for what's to come next year. Ordering, wait time, drinks and employees were all good. It went fast and drinks were on point, especially for the grand opening. Cheers to another Dutch Bros! Check out the website for the endless drink choices from smoothies, blended drinks, teas, energy drinks and itialin sodas and more. They do have a great amount of sugar free drink options as well.

    Service is always top notch at Dutch Bros, and this location is no exception. The line is always super long during peak, so be prepared to wait a little! Drink quality is always top notch, and it's even easier to order and enjoy with the app! No longer need to keep track of my stamp card lol I could've sworn I've taken more pictures of drinks I've gotten, but maybe they've all been on social media because the drinks are so pretty.

    It was my Grandpas birthday and they surprised him with his cup all done up. Made him feel very special!

    It's like almost every time they mess up my drink. And they messed up my drink yet again today. Supposed to be a blended eclipse rebel with fruit top and soft top. They gave a soft top but they didn't include any of the syrups that were supposed to go with it, blackberry and blue raspberry drizzle.

I arrived through the drive through 4 minutes before the due time and there were no other cars in front or behind me. The girl told me that I needed to leave and come back later. I asked what the difference was since there were no other cars and it would technically be like me ordering it there at the window. Then a guy jumped in the conversation at the speaker and said it is policy that the mobile orders come in order and even if I'm at the window they won't move it up and there's nothing they can do about my mobile order taking longer than if I just ordered at the drive thru. He told me to leave and come back around later. I asked if I could just wait at the window and wait for my order and that if a car pulled up behind that I would move with no problem. The guy said fine whatever. The guy working there was rude and with attitude and wasn't listening to what I was saying. He insisted that I leave and come back even though there were no other cars. As I was asking how to cancel my order he snapped "through the mobile app" at me and as he was about to tell me a third time to leave, a girl brought over my drinks. I understand "policy" but I wasn't bothering anyone by pulling up to the window and waiting (happily moving if another car showed up) instead when I pulled up, the guy opened the window to argue with me. The man there was unprofessional and rude. The girls there made my drinks well but the customer service from the guy was horrible. I wasn't trying to argue. I just wanted to stay inside my car waiting without wasting additional gas since I saw no one was coming through the drive thru. Instead he ruined my peace and my mood.

The bourbon caramel drizzle had amazing flavor with just a touch of bourbon. The coffee itself was average but the ambiance more than makes up for it. Nice little jaunt from the freeway.

His name is Drew Drew. You always been amazing even when I used to serve, you guys guys can come to my store. They told me I had to purchase something first. I explained my situation and asked if I could use the restroom first and then make a purchase right after -- they agreed. When I came back to the counter, I kept my word and asked to buy a water. They told me they can't charge for water and that the cheapest item I could buy was a string cheese for $1.95. I was frustrated but still paid, trying to do the right thing. I then had to wait for them to hand me the water I originally asked for. To make it worse, I couldn't even eat the string cheese because I'm lactose intolerant -- I just bought it to follow their rule. It's disappointing that a big company like Starbucks can't show a little compassion to people on the road, especially when we're just trying to be respectful customers. A little understanding would've gone a long way.
