I went to Starbucks and asked for a water and they told me they don't give out free waters anymore so I asked to pay for it and they still told me no they told me I had to purchase something in order to get a water. I think this is so ridiculous we need water to live and I think it should be illegal to deny any customers water. I used to love going to Starbucks but now everything there is so pricy 6 dollars for a drink is a 5 dollar meal deal at McDonald's and it comes with more stuff. I wish I could give Starbucks a good review but after they denied me water even after I offered to pay for it just gave me a bad experience. Starbucks is Starbucks, right? Even so, sometimes not all Starbucks are made to be equal. I've been frequenting this location for a long time since it's convenient. Mistakes happen here and there, but that's just life. However, within the last couple months I've experienced having my drinks made correctly maybe only half the time. I feel silly squabbling over 60¢ for a one time mistake, but this has turned into being over charged frequently. I'm not sure who is to blame, but there is clear miscommunication between the app and the store. Whoever is supposed to update inventory is NOT doing that on a consistent basis. When I've been to other stores and this mishap happens, the baristas have informed me when I walked in and asked if I'd like to substitute anything. And ya know, I'm never mad about it! Communication is key. This issue happened to me again at this location today, and there was no communication until I asked about it. And even then, the response seemed rushed and defensive, and I walked out without a solution. Maybe I woke up a little tired, but I'm just over it man. This location is okay in a pinch, but I wouldn't make it your regular spot. read more

Disrespectful workers. Store hours say 8:30pm, closed at 8pm. Proceeded to look at me through the door and ignore that I was standing there. Then told me that only the drive thru was was open currently. Got in my car, went through the drive thru for them to tell me via the speaker that they were closed and those store hours posted on the door started next week. I like coming to this Starbucks! Always inviting and warm. They have nice comfy seats and sofa chairs, the staff is always friendly and you can sit and work here happily if you need, without feeling awkward or anything! By far, the worst Starbucks I've been to in some time. I placed a mobile order and when in to pick it up and it took FOREVER! They didn't seem apologetic at all. This particular location was out of EVERYTHING from their special Holiday Menu, and what they were churning out wasn't very good. This is an excellent Starbucks and I go in there at least five times a week. I drinks are always well me and my food is served correctly. The staff is friendly, upbeat and professional. They're also personable and I'd like that this Starbucks has very diverse personnel. Every Starbucks has a line on occasion and this Starbucks is no different but I'll tell you they make the line move as quickly as I can they're always pleasant and apologetic when there's a back up. Wow. I'm still in the parking lot. Jamieson, the barista, has the worst attitude of any employee at a Starbucks I've ever encountered. He literally told my mom and me to "not eat here. I'd eat somewhere fancy." He proceeded to make our drinks, questioned our order, like "a skinny mocha? like, non fat chocolate?" It was weird. Aside from the terrible service, the place was a mess. Worst Starbucks on the planet. If it was not so close to me I would never go there. They are Slow Rude and a lost bunch of employees. Every time I go thru the drive they it a 15 min ordeal. I only came here to get some work done on my computer since the library in Frankfort closes early. This store is always dirty. The table tops are always filthy. It's pretty unprofessional. Today they had a neat drawing of a crystal ball Starbucks drink so I took a pic of the drawing and one of the employees came out and reprimanded me saying there was no photography allowed. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Coming from out of town to visit family. We are from CA where we frequent our local SB at least once a day and our baristas are friendly, professional and efficient... The visit at this location was exactly opposite of that. The barista at working the drive through was rude and condescending. We ordered our usual drink that was not complicated. Kids chocolate milk, no ice, light whip; Americano with honey and light milk. I went in and finished my order, the barista at the counter barely acknowledged me and just spoke to the drive through barista..... The barista making the drinks filed up a cup of ice and I mentioned that the kids chocolate has no ice. She also rudely said "that's what I said" ....???? She put up 4 drinks on the counter and said nothing more. No drink holder, no straws... I am amazed that this is SB!!!! I am glad this is not my local SB and will never have to come here again. This store has no sense of customer service at all! Corporate should seriously assess how this store is run. read more

My biggest complaint here is that the drinks are always kinda weakly flavored, not enough carmel for example, or they are slightly wrong often. I'm not going to be a jerk and complain but it isn't quite what I ordered. It's slower than the other location in town. The staff are nice though. read more

This Starbucks is nearest to my house. Therefore at least two of the four of us get something here every day. I'm a big fan of their brewed teas, and according to my daughter no one makes a mocha frappacino better than this place. I don't understand all of the negative reviews. We always have fast service here. The only thing I don't like about the place is the very limited parking. But you cannot fault the workers for that. We usually just park at Dairy Queen and walk over. Ordering ahead with the Starbucks app makes it even faster - just grab your drinks and go. read more
