WOW- I've been to Starbucks all over the world and this one has the unique distinction of serving the worst drinks I've ever had on two separate occasions. I can't seem to put my finger on it, but it has to be something in between a complete disregard for what the drink recipes are and a complete disdain for customers. Otherwise I cannot fathom how both my orders were the worst versions of my usual order in completely different ways. The first drink had an obscene amount of ice. I got like six or seven sips and then it was curtains. I somehow shelled out nearly six dollars for $1.50 worth of product. Cool. Thanks. The next drink was supposed to have oat milk but it had what amounted to about a teaspoon's worth. I would have politely asked for it to be remade, but I had already wasted...and I'm not exaggerating; thirty minutes waiting on this tall refreshers drink order placed through mobile. I had already driven off and was racing back to my worksite before I had a moment to stop and drink this abomination. I don't know if the root cause of this location's problems is lean coverage, poor training, low morale or a combination of those or other factors, but there seems to be a theme here. I've never really had consistency issues with Starbucks, but this location kind of does its own thing. After both my orders here were terrible, I'll find another option when I'm in this part of town. read more

Starbucks - Strawberry Refresher Drink with "oat milk". The oat milk sub was a joke as there was almost none. Drink was crafted with no care whatsoever. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

Second time coming here, both times we had to wait 10 minutes, on the second time in addition to waiting 10 minutes on a drink that should taken with one person behind us, 3-5 minutes tops, the drink was also completely bitter, for a mocha frappuccino that is supposed to be sweet that is totally not correct. Looking at the stars and other reviews, i am not surprised. Will not be back! read more

This Starbucks is fantastic. Drink is always perfect. Sometimes, they are a little slow, but not awful. The star of this location is Bailee. She's always a bright light in my morning! read more

Just received order from DoorDash from Mohamed..... who laughed but shook his head as if he did not know English......but the delivery driver was supposed to be Sarah..... so does Starbucks not chk drivers or who picks up ? 2/3 spilt in bag coffee and soy made cold drink that should have been milk based..... cannot call or get ahold of anyone at store or DoorDash Just screwed out of my transaction..... both shitty companies with employees that could care less....what a Joke ! read more

I am from out of state visiting for work and I was craving some starbucks so i walk into this location and immediately get looked at rudely by the employees specifically the one at the register his name is Nathan I believe very rude and made me feel uncomfortable never coming back. read more

The baristas at this store ALWAYS go above and beyond! Without exception, they are knowledgeable about off menu items and are able to fix special requests. We will drive out of the way to go to this particular unit! read more

I wish there was a way to notify the wait time when ordering online. Ordered a simple Americano and breakfast sandwich at 7:00am on the app. Arrived at the location around 7:20am. It is now 7:46am and I just overheard a barista telling a person in line that the wait is 45 minutes to an hour. Getting rancid coffee at the random gas station around the corner is a better than this. I'll be doing my part to help improve their pathetic wait time by passing this one by in the future, for eternity. It's 8:01am and I finally have my drink. read more

This is the closest Starbucks location to where I live, so I frequent here out of convenience. However, after many a mishap, it is getting to the point where I'd honestly rather drive further for better quality. Whether the wait time is WELL above average or something is wrong or missing from my order, I am regularly let down by this location. This morning, for example, I ordered an everything bagel -- and it was given to me cold. Seriously, who wants a bagel that isn't toasted?! Isn't warming up the food standard protocol? Countless times, I have received subpar food, watered down drinks, expired chips, and more from this location. I'm just not sure if it's worth it anymore. I'm giving three stars for the occasional good experience as well as the generally kind staff. Nevertheless, I plan on taking my business to another Starbucks in hopes of a better overall experience. read more

Great location! It's is always BUSY! The parking lot is shared by several other businesses so parking near by can be difficult at times. The staff is very helpful and are pretty fast. I treat myself to Starbucks on the weekends and this location can be insane. If there's something going on at the Texas motor Speedway, I highly recommend using their app and ordering ahead of time and picking up. read more

Went here before looking at Christmas lights. My sister and I got the same thing, but in a grande and tall. Neither of our cups were filled up, it was lukewarm straight out of the window and we had to wait 5 minutes because the employee at the window decided she'd rather chat it up with the customer ahead of us. Literally go anywhere else. read more

I used my stars here for the first time and they were super friendly and accommodating explaining how and how they work! Orders were yummy.

Waited 25 mins for a regular coffee, I asked for a Mocha Frappuccino no whip cream. I got a cookie crumble with whip cream. Some staff dancing around, instead of helping move things faster. Poorly managed! read more

Please do not get this Starbucks confused with a store that sells vacuum cleaners the sound of sucking is so prevalent it might confuse you. This store rarely get your drink order right they take three times longer than they stayed on the app to get you your drink and almost all employees are incredibly rude. Expecting anything better possibly eventually getting your drink and the order being incorrect is about as likely as expecting Putin or Kim Jong-un to fulfill a promise. Do yourself a favor try another Starbucks you can make it the 5 miles to any other Starbucks, which will assuredly have notably better service. read more

Honestly, at what point is Starbucks going to get an actual manager in the store that cares enough to get their staff trained. The staff has zero sense of urgency whatsoever. 30 minutes for a mobile order, especially when the slow and empty,is asinine. Another person said it best, when they said employees stare off into space. I literally hate that is the only store in this area. A complete joke. read more

This location is pretty big which is great for studying or just catching up with friends. I had a mobile order and when I came in I was a little confused as to where to go, but the pick up counter is to the left while the beginning of the line is to the right. I wasn't greeted or anything and the store wasn't that busy for 11am. Overall I enjoyed my iced green tea latte and plan on returning again. read more

This Starbucks is beyond disappointing! Do NOT walk up and order! If you want your order in less than 15 minutes ONLY do a mobile or drive thru order!!! The drive thru line turned over 3 times and mobile orders were made left and right while I waited 15 minutes!!!! I am clear on the number of mobile orders being made because the staff would call out Mobile or Cafe. My husband in the car outside verified the drive through turn over. read more

Where do I start? I had to come here instead of my usual location. Wish I hadn't. Showed the cashier my drink on the app and she still entered it wrong. So they made the wrong thing and the girl that calls out the names (actually whispers like the bingo character on Hotel Transylvania) acted rude to me when that should've been directed to the cashier that can't read. Then it was like molasses in December to actually get our order You just lost 4 customers for this location. read more

This is a nice " I need coffee that's good " stop. If your on the toad and tired of the rock guy this worthy the stop. I like Starbucks mostly like McDonald's; it's the consistency from store to store. I really enjoy having this location as my neighborhood Starbucks. I do mostly drive thru and the employees are always friendly, and they usually seem to move along pretty quickly. Most importantly, as a person who is hard of hearing, I can understand them, and they never seem annoyed if I need them to repeat something. There have been some supply chain issues lately, which I'm sure are companywide. I appreciate that if they don't have something I want, or can't make a drink the way it's listed because a component is missing, they make alternate suggestions which have always worked out well for me. Who knew I would actually enjoy almond milk? Just as an aside, I would definitely avoid this whole area on race days, but that's not the fault of the businesses there, it just is what it is. read more

Consistently the slowest Starbucks. I can never manage to get 1 iced coffee within 15 minutes of ordering it. I've come 4 times over the course of 8 months and just never gets any better. There is a 151 coffee down the road with equivalent coffee, cheaper prices and less than 1/3 of the wait time. read more

I can't tell you how many times over the last few months I have pulled up to the drive thru and found out they are closed?! There's nothing online, and it's not always the same day either?! At least 6-7 times I have made my way to Starbucks (on my way to work in the am) only to be greeted by a sign blocking the drive Thru stating they are closed for the day or won't open until 1pm???? One day it said they would reopen tomorrow, well I came back the next day to a sign just saying they were closed?! This is the strangest inconsistent Starbucks I've ever been to! And unfortunately, it's the only one on my way to work. read more

Debby was more concerned about telling my husband how unique his name was and how she had a life story that related than actually charging the correct card for the drinks. Okay I used to like this place but ugh. It was a train wreck last night. This dude gave me the opposite of what o ordered. How? I wanted a white tea lemonade (very sweet), but apparently I didn't deserve it. He gave me a green peach tea infusion thing. The only correct thing was an the two cake pops but hell, they're already made. You can't screw that up! The line was 20 minutes long and everyone in front of me had to have their drink remade. Really? I'm supposed to be boycotting this place but against my better nature I came here. Look, just go here in the morning. It's better service and maybe (just maybe) you won't be as disappointed. 4/16/19 Never go on a Tuesday. The woman refused to read back my order, would not give me my correct change (she kept it), then messed up my order. I asked her to remake it, but it took so long I just wanted to leave. Just asking her to fix her mistake seemed to be a burden on an almost empty Starbucks establishment. 8/9/19 Super pissed. Wanted a trenta iced latte because it is super hot out. Guess what? The woman from New Mexico told me. "That is too much caffeine. I can't make it." ARE YOU SERIOUS?!!! You cannot tell me what I can and cannot order. You are not my mother! If you want to curb someone's caffeine intake, do it at home--not at work with customers! I am so mad. I spend $30 at a time here only to be denied my drink by some chick with a headband. Let me not forget that this woman put barely any coffee in my latte. She just filled the cup with ice like a fool! I am not happy! I should be able to have what I want. read more

The drive thru service was awesome, i think the employees name was debby loved how nice she was it really made my morning !

I've been here once and not sure I'll come back. Verbal service and drive thru was good. But for some very strange and actually stupid reason - I had to wait about 20 min for a few pieces of banana bread. Instead of giving mine right away, they decided to keep serving drive thru and lobby drink orders. Drive thru was emptying and at least 3 people came in, ordered drinks and left. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for my 'already ready' order to be given. And the girl who took my order, occasionally looks at me. The manager continues cleaning and hands out drinks, then tells me 'we'll have yours out in a minute'. I asked about my order and 'yes, we'll get it- thank you'. Please tell me why TH it should take 20+ min to get something that doesn't need to be made?? NOT HAPPY about that! read more

Update: so now on mondays they don't open until 1:00pm... this is the most insane coffee shop I have ever seen, what coffee place isn't open in the mornings and only opens for the afternoon??? Let me know when ownership changes and insane people aren't in charge of this place. Wish I could give negative stars. Would of been 4-5 stars but they changed their opening time to an hour later... which doesn't show online by the way, just has a sign in the drive thru. Now I can't get my coffee before work which was the only time I got it. read more

Great service! Very nice staff! The other reviews complain about hours because of during the pandemic. No reason to bash a place for that.

Always super lovely to talk to and they always get my order just right without any issues. If they're out of what I usually get (bacon Gouda), they'll give me other breakfast options that they'd think I'll like and try their best to make sure I'm happy with what I selected. They never get my order wrong and I know I can count on them to pull through when I'm in need of some coffee and breakfast! read more

OMG 32 minutes waiting on drive thru, only 5 cars ahead of me. This is the 4th time and every time it's awful service. By far the fastest Starbucks drive-thru experience I've ever had. And the line wasn't short by any means. :)

I go into work early and I was so excited when this Starbucks opened across the street from my office. Even right at 5am, the baristas here are amazing. Aurora & team are always friendly and accommodating. The one time my drink wasn't correct, they happily remade it for me. You expect that all locations would be like this, but they certainly aren't.
