While getting new tires on my vehicle, I thought I'd come check out this new Starbucks. I've only ever been in the drive thru. Which is cool bc they video chat with you while taking your order. The interior is nice and cozy. The staff was fast and friendly. I ordered the Green tea and it tasted great as well!

Happened to be in town visiting family, expected the same great service that I'm accustomed to in Hamilton County. They definitely did not deliver. Ordered two customized coffees and they were literally halfway filled. Waste of money and time. Staff was pathetic, incompetent and rude.

Total disaster, horribly managed. One employee working hard while others watched. long waits but not that busy.

Wow, I cannot speak enough on how good this java joint brews right up to the top! I noticed a sad…read moreand limited open hours, only til noon during the week, but OK I guess people have other things to do! It's a cozy little house on the main drag through Leo-Cedarville. There's plenty of parking, very accessible. I loved how simply smart they are using the Joe Coffee app! Why doesn't everyone use Joe? It's integrated mobile orders and rewards as good as Toast, maybe better. They had a clearly marked side entry for pickup which I will definitely use next time. I'd really like to see an option for bringing in your own containers though especially for top tier craft served here because plastic is not becoming the quality espresso! But big plastic, oh so big, they got an all day drip options, 32oz that looks wildly gigantic next to medium and small. I will be ordering that bigly big next time given the raging success we all had. What a menu, house made syrups are rare enough but an entire encyclopedia selection of everything from herbal, flowery, chocolate, caramel, and how would I survive living two hours away from this? I controlled myself at the extra polite register guy's professional attitude waiting on their last rather silly customer ten minutes to closing and ordered up three beverages, two dark cocoa and my own attempt at trying new things, raspberry and white chocolate. The stuff was made quickly, iced so missing latte art but that's OK because what a sock rockin sip! I had to try the dark chocolate, rich and balanced perfectly between bitter and tingling. I've never had a basic mocha this right. My red berry and white cocoa was a heavenly bean brew too. I haven't drank one so quick in a while and then realized I should've gotten the 32oz. I will definitely be back next time I get to Fort Wayne and bring the friends. Few places ever manage to get me so excited to try the entire menu, but it must be done!

Went on a Sunday, had the southern fried chicken, kids had sliders. Kids eating for sliders 2/5 Friend chicken 4/5 (value is solid) and chicken was decent. Service 2/5, our waitress tried - just everything was super slow.

They are not my favorite eating…read moreestablishment as their menu offers rather average choices for my taste (at least for dinner and lunch). They were conceived and constructed more for my parents' generation (and I am 64!). But they have always had redeeming attributes. The food quality has been reasonably decent in the past and they used to be relatively reliable and consistent in terms of the overall experience they offered. They typically have nice facilities with a pleasant country store at each location. They had their place in our dining scheme because they can be found along the way to most places we travel within the US and we know what we are getting when we stop. They've traditionally been an especially safe choice when we have had my 90-plus-year-old father-in-law with us or we have had the grandkids (whose food repertoire is surprisingly much like my parents was). Having said this, I have noticed in recent years that the quality of service at Cracker Barrel, which used to be one of their best attributes, has declined. I suppose this an industry-wide problem, but when this was traditionally one of the best aspects of the chain, a noticeable decline in this area spells trouble. This issue was noticeable on this last visit to this location. While our waitress was pleasant and friendly, the food was very slow to come out (probably not her fault specifically), the order was not quite right and she kept forgetting to bring us sundries (extra napkins, etc.) for which we we asked and she said she would bring. She seemed to simply lack the energy (motivation) and organizational skills required. Our dinner stop took a long time because of the slowness and it took away from our experience significantly (we had a flight early the next morning and we just wanted to get to our hotel). As far as the food was concerned, the quality was up to expectations (and that is why I maintain a 3-star for the rating). I always get the grilled catfish as it is really the main dish on their menu to which I can look forward to eating. Their biscuits with honey are a favorite and they do their broccoli pretty well also. All of these were on my order and they tasted fine. My wife got the pork chops and, while she regretted forgetting to have them hold the gravy (the waitress did not ask), her dinner still tasted good to her. The prices here are not unreasonable as we can typically get by between $15 and $20 apiece after tax and tip (with water to drink). Their facility was fairly nice (even if it was cookie cutter) and my wife always enjoys looking around their shop. But in the grand scheme of things, it is just not a very exciting stop. If the service quality continues to decline, I don't see a lot of Cracker Barrel patronage in our future.
