DISGUSTING!!! Really the only word that is needed! But for more detail, here it is. 90% of the staff, RUDE! ALWAYS, & I mean ALWAYS OUT OF MULTIPLE THINGS! The inside, DIRTY AND EXTREMELY IGNORED! Outside, EVEN WORSE! How about if you guys won't at least pick up the trash and cigarette butts, you at least grab the couple of hypodermic needles that litter your outside. By far, this is one of the worst and dirtiest Starbucks I've ever seen, and I lived in Oakland. Who ever owns this particular franchise, should be ashamed of themselves. One star because I like starbucks... negative stars for service. The staff was too busy talking to each other and hanging out with the local customers to serve out of town guests. There were 6 employees working and we waited over 20 minutes to get our drinks even though we were second in line. I would like to see this place get some professionalism and some staff training. Just because youre the only starbucks around doesnt mean you should have poor service. Tea tasted good tho! read more

Appeared to be a nice, roomy, new Starbucks. But it was being run by slow, disinterested associates. Simple drink (grande Mocha) tasted like crap and took forever to be made in an empty place. The woman also forgot about my Lemon Loaf within seconds of ordering it. Bathrooms were dirty, with a missing mirror, no toilet paper and the seat cover holder hanging off the wall. Add in the grimy sofas and the 6 distracted associates and I won't be back soon. read more

Superb location, excellent wifi, service and clean restrooms.

They take forever to make coffee weather your waiting inside for it or sitting in your car in drive thru they take so much time. They are always frantic and forgetting. The other day I went in there and because there sticker machine was broken they forgot about my mom's drink and mine . They gave me a crappy four dollar off gift card and sent me on my way . Then a day later I go in but this time thru the drive thru and forgot about my coffee AGAIN. Kid working there told me to have a nice day to witch I replied o you mean what's left of it. Super Friendly and the baristas are the best! Love seeing the girls every morning! I come Monday-Friday to get my double tall skinny vanilla and hazelnut latte and it always tastes incredible. Not all mornings are the same but when it does get backed up in the drive-thru they are very considerate and sweet. I'm a big Starbucks fan and we stopped in here a couple of times while visiting Fort Bragg. They seem to be pretty busy but kept the line moving so we didn't have to wait long. There was an error in my daughter's drink but they remade it quickly. Thank goodness for the free wifi since we didn't have a great cell phone signal. read more

Went through Drive-Thru option since we were desperate for something hot and caffeinated! There were a lot of cars in front of us so we were anticipating a wait. The Drive-Thru ordering system had some difficulty where the barista couldn't hear us. I literally to shout out my order. When we rolled up, the associates were busy with something else (perhaps finishing another order) and our coffees sat up there on the counter for a minute or two. All in all, it was just "OK" Nothing too special about this Starbucks. I ended up only drinking half of my coffee since it tasted a little weak unlike other Starbucks location. Maybe the McDonald's down the street would've been better and faster with their coffee service. read more

I woke up and had the impression that I need to check my vehicle for my laptop holder, of which held my blue passport hard drive. I could not find it. All my personal information for the last 32 years of my life, including pictures, films, and thousands of countless memories were stored on that device. The day before was a super stressful day cause I was giving a druggie hobo Marijuana picker a ride from SF to Fort Bragg, big mistake. I could not find it and my whole life began to flash before my eyes. I became sick to my stomach thinking that I should just shoot myself in the head and get it over with. I began to pray to God, making false promises, when suddenly my phone rang, I said hello when this beautiful heavenly voice came through. Debra James informed me that my laptop holder was left at her Starbucks store. I nearly broke down cause I had called every location I had spent time in the past 2 days, of which was SF and LA. I will be for ever thankful for what she did and only pray that God gives takes care of her amazing self. Hope we can meet one day. I love Starbucks and find one everywhere we travel. The first time we went on Sunday AM, our order was taken by an unpleasant/rude woman named Stacy. She never greeted us, smiled or spoke in response to our order. We tried again this morning and had the same experience. A local guy was ordering and must have thanked the barista 10 times and was never responded to in any way. Starbucks needs to clean house and hire some of the friendly and efficient staff that they are known for. And despite the reviews of the locals, this Starbucks was never "busy". There is no excuse for the staff's poor behavior. read more

The guy working seems spacey. He was more interested in what was going on outside then helping customers. He's nice enough, just not in a real hurry to help people. The gal with the cool, raspy voice was on it was my high maintenance drink. When I asked for a touch more ice she said, "No problem!" And then wished me a good evening. I visited this store last week, feeling like I could use a cup of whatever the boldest brew they had at 2:45 pm. I pulled into the drive thru to place my order and was told they didn't have any! Really??? Now what? I've got traffic behind me and can't back out. The voice on the mic told me I'd just have to wait until I could exit out the front! By the time I got to the window, I had to ask why a coffee shop doesn't have coffee in the afternoon. The girl looked at me weird and stated they did have it and she comped me a cup. Thanks very much. But generally the service here is awful. Most Starbucks will happily do a pour over if they don't have it, but not this place. You'd be happier at the A Frame, Headlands or mcdonalds. Now, what to do with these gift cards people gave me...I won't be spending them here. read more

This morning had to be the worst customer service that I have received in a long time at Starbucks. I needed the barista to remake a drink because it was wrong and then when she proceeds to say that's what I ordered when I get the same thing every day was just not a 5 Star in my book. This 1 star is because of one employee (Cali), not because of Starbucks the company. I go to Starbucks about 4 times a week near my work. I was visiting Fort Bragg and stopped to get my usual. The lady that was helping me was fine. But probably new and wasn't sure how to ring up my drink (tall coffee in grande cup topped with 3 ounces of 2%). So, Cali came to help and was ridiculous. She insisted this drink was a Misto (1/2 coffee 1/2 milk) and should cost almost double of what I usually pay. She acted like I was going after her wallet or something and it was absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. Of course not a reflection on Starbucks in general, this was just one immature kid that must feel the need to be important for whatever inadequacies she's dealing with. It was disappointing and frustrating however. I hope she learns to balance things in life..... too bad, but maybe she will grow up. read more

There always seems to be a crowd here, but WHY? Starbucks is nice and all, but there are WAY better places in Fort Bragg to choose from. Want drive through? Try A-Frame Coffee. Counter service? Go to Headlands Coffee House on Laurel Street. The coffee and espresso are better at the local joints too. read more

Absolutely the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. And I live here. If you're looking for bad service well this is the Starbucks where customer service came to die. Service is so slow even if you're the 1st or 2nd car in line expect a good 20 minute wait. Then after waiting all that time they will most likely screw up your order. Of course you don't realize it's not a dark roast brew with an add shot and cream but instead a raspberry mocha, until you pull away then have to go inside to have it fixed. Then wait another 15 mins for them to fix their mistake. The bathroom was dirty and the counter with all the sugars and cream was filthy and the trash was overflowing onto the floor. But there were 6 baristas and only 1 person in line. Hmmm. Not wise use of time. The workers were standing there chatting with each other and ignoring the customer behind me. Corporate needs to send in some help. If you're looking for amazing coffee at half the price of Starbucks check out Headlands or The A Frame AND they provide a smile with your order. Oh the best part was when I paid with cash and had .75 coming back to me in change and the girl just threw it in the tip jar instead of giving it to me. Yeah that actually happened. Brewed coffee is terrible. This specific Starbucks is often out of things and the staff is snarky (really). The wait time is long and they get huffy with special orders. I decided that Starbuck$ doesn't need my money since they make billions of dollars a year, and ALL the stores are Corporate, (chain-chain-chain). I'd much rather go to one of the locally owned independent espresso shops like Headlands, or Zappa's. It is more important to give my money to a small local business and the coffee, service, and wait time for drinks is far better. read more

Jessica has been at Starbucks since I have been going there ( for years now ) and she is consistently kind and accurate in everything she does. I really appreciate that because two baristas in particular are very rude to all customers almost every time I see them working. It's kind of a hit and miss whether or not you will be treated with mutual respect. read more

I have been to tons of Starbucks, and you will not find the nicest nor genuine people at any of them - except for Fort Bragg! The coffee is better, because they actually make it correctly and they are definitely dog friendly! Another plus, is they are one of the only places in Fort Bragg with WIFI service. But, don't go there just for that, go for the coffee and the people. Try the Snickerdoodles, yum! read more
